Which Video Game Do You Prefer

Video games or movies, what do you prefer and why?

Both are good.. But here's the catchVideo game is activity. Watching movies is passivity.Let me explain..Video GamesIn video games, you take actions. You get outputs by doing so. For example, you throw a grenade (action) and you see your enemies burn (outputs). And then, further actions are being taken. The whole thing is interactive. And once you add stories to it, it gets even more immersive!MoviesIf Christopher Nolan decides to kill the protagonist, there's nothing you can do. Well, you can always curse him, but that won't change anything! So for preference, I will go for video games most of the time. It feels good in a weird way to see something happen in a virtual world due to the actions you've taken with your mouse and keyboard or game controllers. Not to mention the RPG games like Witcher 3, where your decisions and actions will change the story and the outcome of it!It's like being Christopher Nolan in a mythical land!!Now that's awesome!!!

Do you prefer board games or video games?

Depends what game

Which video game do you prefer RDR2 or Fornite?

Both are different. Considering how massive RDR2 is, we can't really compare it with fortnite. RDR2 is a world in itself. You can go on playing, do amzing things, explore nature, live, grow old and die, sit idle,, do nothing, admire the beauty of the world, get lost in a fantasy world. RDR2, in short, is a crown jewel in gaming. I can just find enough to describe it.On the other hand, fortnite is a quick action, rapid game with a limited world and crazy action. You are exposed to a variety of human intellect and it is closer to a real life situation(a warzone!).To put it short, in my personal opinion, no game in the current generation can come close to RDR2, probably for another 2–3 years.

Do you prefer to play video games or do sports?

I would say I will prefer both Sports & Video Games. The reason why i pick both is Playing Video Games helps us to think smart and find a solution in real quick time. Where sports helps me to stay fit as well as think smart (forming Strategies). But the negative side of Playing video games are getting addicted to it.“Feelings of restlessness and/or irritability when unable to play. Preoccupation with thoughts of previous online activity or anticipation of the next online session. Lying to friends or family members regarding the amount of time spent playing”.While playing sports helps me to maintain a good physique and mind will be always active. I personally play a lot of Volleyball, Table Tennis and I love to Swim. Playing volleyball helps me build few muscles. While swimming helps to stay lean and TT helps in improving my concentration.“Outdoor Sports are better than Video Games”But both are important to relieve stress and have some fun with our friends.

What video game genre do you prefer the most? Why?

RTSThere’s nothing more satisfying than constructing a massive army and watching it destroy your enemies in a huge climactic battle. Sure, it depends a lot more on reaction than other types of strategy games, such as TBS, but I prefer it because war isn’t turn based. A lot of war is won and lost by how an army reacts to an enemy. Some favorites are Age of Empires and Star Wars: Empire at War.FPSI know FPS a lot of times gets flak because of it’s unrealistic and arcadey style, but it’s just good fun, especially with friends. I’m not a big fan of playing online because I think a lot of people online take it too seriously, but get a few friends together and blast some aliens or each other and I’ll have a great time. It’s even better if you can work together to take out the enemy. Call of Duty is fun, but my favorite is Halo.RacingI love cars, and I love them driving fast. There are many, many racing games out there and a lot of them are meh, but a few stand out as truly unique or just straight up fun. I prefer street racing to circuit racing because it feels much more dangerous and thrilling. Games like Burnout and Split/Second add intentional crashing to the mix, which turns up the intensity. Then you have games like Grid 2 which is a simulation-arcade hybrid, and a very fun one at that.

Do you prefer music, movies or video games and why?

They all offer a different “escape” for me. As a videographer and musician though, movies and music don't really mean the same that they used to. I can just write a song about something I want to hear about, or something that's better than music I don't like to listen to. Sure I can't just go out and make a movie when I want, but with all the insider knowledge I have of film now, I'm very critical of a lot of movies that come out now. I'm either bored by their story acting, or I get distracted by continuity issues, bad shots, bad lighting, audio quality, etc.I don't make video games. I just play them. I can watch all I want about how a game is made, but until I make one, I just view games like art, how I used to view cinema and music. So, to still not answer your question, since each one satisfies a different need, I can't completely say I prefer one over the other. However I will say gaming captivates me more today than anything else.

Do you prefer complicated or simple video games? Why?

I like games that are simple on the surface, but have tons of hidden mechanics that you can use to really master the game once you know what you’re doing.Pokemon, one of my favourite games, is so easy to play that any child can “win”. But there are parts that, after over a decade of playing, are still challenging, such as post-ending battle towers/maisons/trees, and catching all the Pokemon. You never run out of things to do, and some parts of the game require extensive knowledge of your Pokemon’s stats, how to train those stats, and how to counter multiple builds of different Pokemon.Every generation, little tweaks to the battle mechanics give new advantages to old techniques, and new Pokemon and battle styles can be formed. Go online rather than just in the postending areas, and you never know what you’ll be facing. So despite the simplicity of the game, it can be somewhat complex under the right circumstances. That’s what I like in a video game.Too much at once when I first begin, and I get overwhelmed and can’t learn it. The game is boring because I can’t learn to play.A game that is easy enough to start in childhood, but still provides me with new ways to improve my game after a decade? Now that’s a good game.
