Who Are They Just Wondering.

I was just wondering .......?

Actor - Ben Stiller

Actress - Cameron Diaz

What is the best way to say, “I was wondering if you could be interested”?

Posing a question in the form of a statement like that is weak. It is polite but ineffectual.Posing weak questions is non-confrontational, but it also tends to give the impression of fear or cowardice.“Would you please tell me…?” is better, because it’s active, not passive.

How do you say "I was just wondering?" in spanish?

Im fluent in spanish but I never know how to say that phrase or "I was wondering if..." like I just wanted to know something just for the sake of knowing (example: I wonder if they will pay me today).

Found this bug in my bed, just wondering what it is?

That looks like a scale insect.
Those guys are parasitic on trees, so I don't know how it could have gotten on your bed.

It also looks like a limpet shell. Is someone who has been to the beach recently pranking you?

I was just wondering if there are still people out there in India who support congress (in its current form). If yes, can you share the reasons for supporting the party. TIA?

The way you have asked the question implicit that you are biased and blind follower of any one Political party. Let me tell you few things :1) BJP, AAP or any other party were not there when we wanted independence. When we got independence in 1947 our literacy rate was merely 10%, now it's 74%. It was Congress who produced charismatic leaders like Nehru, Shastri, Indira, Rajiv etc. 2) Since Independence mostly Congress has ruled India. Congress party made revolutionary changes like green revolution, introduction to computers in India, globalisation in India etc. 3) Congress party had one or two ups and downs in the past but they are a sophisticated party and they have a traditional vote bank. That's why they ruled India for such a long time. 4) If we have done 100 good things then there's a possibility that we may do few wrong things. That's the case with Congress. Now they are facing the repercussions of what they have done in the past. I know they are good at learning lessons. It's very difficult to say that Congress party will ever go to obscurity. 5) Congress is known for their secularism since Independence. And that secularism still pumps the heart of each and every Indian. We may talk n number of wrong things against each other but at the end of the day just see the Vande Matram by A R Rahman, we all will have tears in our eyes. Be it Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain or any other religion we all are one and it's just because of Congress Party. Just by a single loss we cannot rule out Congress from the Indian Politics. 6) Biasly supporting any party will create a problem in democracy. We vote only for development. Suppose tomorrow BJP didn't work properly then if we are biased we will waste our precious vote. We'll not cast our vote for change but we'll cast it for the attachment towards that party. 7) Let's give a chance to BJP. If they are working we'll give them another chance otherwise we'll vote for change. Today it's correct that Congress would have lost its traditional vote bank but it's good to open all the options. Support all political parties but vote for the one you think is good and help all societies of people. If BJP will not work then we'll again bring back Congress to power.

I was just wondering...Are people born gay?

Gay people are born gay.

Discover Magazine has shown that "Two of the most convincing studies have proved conclusively that sexual orientation in men has a genetic cause."

New Scientist has shown that "geneticists may have explained how genes apparently linked to male homosexuality survive" and "Mothers' genetic skew linked to gay sons."

LiveScience has shown that "The arrangement of a mother's genes could affect the sexual orientation of her son, according to a new study."

Scientific American has shown that "Having Older Brothers Increases a Man's Odds of Being Gay."

WebMD has shown that magnetic resonance imaging studies reveal key differences in the brains of gay and straight men and women that could add to the understanding of the biology of homosexuality.

What is the difference between “I am wondering” and “I was wondering”?

Others have already commented about the present vs. past, and about the fact the past form can be used in present-tense sentences. I want to add another layer.A lot of time past tense, and hypothetical tenses, are used to convey additional politeness.I am wondering if you are available tomorrow to meet.I was wondering if you might be available tomorrow to meet. Both have the same meaning, but the second form is more polite. And the somewhat fascinating thing is that both of those sentences, despite being grammatically present and past/hypothetical tense, are conceptually talking about the future.Another example:I want to let you know that the deadline for the application has been postponed to December 31st.I wanted to let you know that the deadline for the application has been postponed to December 31st.Again both here aren’t really talking about conceptual time so much as the tense is being used to convey an additional layer of politeness.Do you want to review the notes?Did you want to review the notes?Again, these questions are both conceptually about the present or future, but the past tense adds a slightly more formal tone.

I'm just wondering do y'all think Fortnite is dying?

Tricky question as no one is able to answer it accurately but -
1. Christmas is coming so consoles will be on offer
2. More people will purchase the cheaper console, specially younger children
3. Fortnite is a free game

So basically, from Christmas I bet fortnite will be still popular but I do think this kind of game will die eventually.
