Who Can Apply A Twitter Account For Me

Can i ask twitter to delete my account for me?

Since i can't log in to my old twitter account because they failed to email me my password reset link, i had no choice but to create a new account. Sice the old account is no longer in use, i want to delete it. Is there any way i can contact twitter so that they would delete the account themselves? Thanks in advance

I can't delete my Twitter account?

I never use it, so I'd like to just get rid of it. I know you can't do it on the app so I logged into Twitter on my web browser. I've read in other threads as an answer to this exact question to go to account settings and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a "deactivate account" option. I don't see it. It's not anywhere on there. It's very frustrating. I sent in a request to Twitter asking them to just delete it for me since I have no way of doing it myself. But I'm becoming impatient waiting for their response; it's been awhile. What do I do? Seriously. I don't want it anymore and I can't delete it. Help.

If I delete my twitter app, will my account get deleted?

My Twitter won't let me tweet anything so I want to delete it then redownload it... If I do so, will it delete all of my accounts?? I have 3 . Someone please help?? I have stuff to tweet about!! Trust me I've tried everything to tweet; I just need to know this question!!

Is it possible to have more than one Twitter account for a person?

Yes, absolutely.Contrary to some of the answers here, it is not against Twitter’s Rules, and it’s certainly not illegal (anywhere that I know of).In fact, Twitter even has an official help guide on how to manage multiple accounts. As Carlos Paris pointed out in his answer, Tweetdeck is intended for use with multiple accounts, and it is owned by Twitter. This isn’t intended just for social media managers to be able to manage multiple client accounts. You can set up different Twitter accounts for:ProjectsBusinessesInterestsParodyTwitter chats (and you don’t want to flood your stream)There are some other answers that suggest a limit of 5 accounts created per IP address. If this is anywhere in the Twitter documentation, I’ve never seen it. I know from personal experience, back in my “gray hat” days, that you could safely create 10 accounts from an IP address before triggering a spam filter from Twitter. The only people who would have a true number on this would be an active black hat marketer. 5 seems low. I know it used to be higher than that. They do all have to be under different email addresses. Note, though, that Gmail doesn’t pay attention to punctuation in your email addresses, but Twitter does (last time I checked). So to Twitter, “FirstLast@gmail.com” is different from “First.Last@gmail.com” and “F.i.r.s.t.Last@gmail.com”. But to Gmail, they’re all the same. There are, of course, plenty of ways to get multiple email addresses. As far as using them? No, there’s no concern about using multiple accounts from the same IP address. What do you think social media managers do? If you’re talking hundreds or thousands with a bot, that’s different, but normal human usage, there’s no problem with using multiple accounts on Twitter.NOTE: In this regard, Twitter (and Instagram too) is substantially different than Facebook and LinkedIn, which do require only one account per person.

Why would Twitter suspend a brand new account?

Not that this really matters, because I was able to get back in to my account.

But i’m curious. A few days ago I made my first twitter account, but i just set up the account and didn’t post anything or add any content. Then when I tried to log back in today, a message came up saying I had done something that violated the Twitter rules and it made me go through a verification process in order to get back into my account.

They wouldn’t tell me what I did, other than the vague description that I “violated the Twitter rules.” So I’m wondering, how can a brand-new, unused account, with zero tweets, zero activity and zero content, possibly do something that violates their policy?

I know it doesn’t really matter, and it isnt really a problem, I’m just curious about it

How do I get my Twitter account link or address?

When you register or login to your twitter account, then you are asked to enter your username. It will become a default profile name of yours which you can change in the account settings. To get the link of your twitter account,Log in with your username and password.Click on your profile name showing on the right side of the screen.Copy the whole URL including your username (for example, (https://twitter.com/xxx).My twitter account link is Mandip Pandya (@PandyaMandip) | Twitter

How to convince your parents to let you get a twitter account?

Listen, both facebook and twitter can have super, major privacy settings. That ONLY your friends can see.

If you're mostly referring to Twitter, there's literally about two sentences of info you share, and you can leave it blank. You can also leave Facebook blank. Then all you do on twitter is tweet, and follow others. And you can make it private. NO ONE can see it unless they're following you, which you give them permission to.

On facebook, you can have it so no one can even SEARCH for you. No one can view ANY part of your account. No one can view your comments, or view your comments on your friends' pages.

Unless your parents think you're just that stupid, you're not going to run into any problems.

How can I get Twitter to give me a suspended account handle?

Unfortunately, you probably won't be able to get the username you want. If you're a brand with a trademark and advertising dollars, you *might* have a shot. The status quo of having usernames tied to inactive accounts also gives Twitter a measure of control. Twitter is free (via their terms and conditions) to release usernames to whomever they wish provided the account the name is tied to has become inactive. Twitter can wait as long as they'd like to give that name to someone with an ad budget. Usernames are an area of the product where Twitter has painted itself into a corner. So many people have asked for so many years about acquiring that one special username that there is no way that they could honor a first come first served basis without pissing people off.  Sorry, Charlie.
