Who Could I Talk To About Working Out

Does working out make your penis smaller?

or like what im not sure Cause it looks kinda smaller? or maybe i just been actually focused on it so it could be my imagination..but could it also be the type of weather? since its getting near winter but the weather has been cold every now and then..

so ..any thoughts?

What does it mean if a guy talks to you about working out?

hmm some people said he want you to work out which may be true... But I think he might be wanting you to comment on 'his progress'.. i.e He obviously cares about his body if hes hitting the gym all the time and he probably wants people to give him good feedback and tell him how good he looks :)
He might also just enjoy it alot :) I know I do... and just want to share it with you.

How much has your social life changed since you started working out?

Oooooh, something that I can actually answer.Honestly, my life hasn’t changed much besides the physique of my body. It gives me this sense of confidence when I walk, my shoulders aren’t slumped anymore but held up high and my posture is gucci.The social aspect hasn’t changed much. I still suffer from life everyday and use the gym to cope with the thoughts and sadness. I still have anxiety when I talk to girls so I just avoid contact and I’ve actually lost friends for whatever reason. But it could also help making friends if you work out at a school gym after school because it gives you something common to talk about and you could make a friendship. But personally, I dislike talking when I work out so I just keep to myself.But everyone is different. Nicolas Cole used weightlifting and it literally changed his life upside down. He is my inspiration almost because his story relates to mine but I never became the best cs player out there hehe.TL;DR - For me, it didn’t really help but I still have personal problems to overcome and from that point one, I’ll probably make a good ass friendship

I really like someone in another state do you think it could work out?

It depends on how far away they live. Another state could be Massachusettes to Rhode Island (like me and my boyfriend) or it could be Mass to texas (like my friend and his girlfriend). We both are working out fine. It depends on how much you talk. My friend and his girl in Texas talk constantly. That is all that keeps them together. Along with the thought that they will be together and be able to hold each other and such soon.
It really depends on how commited the two of you are, and how much you trust each other. Long distance relationships always have that trust issue. You must have absolute trust in each other for it to work.

Hangover feeling after working out...?

Try mixing half gatorade half water.
The water is helpful in keeping you hydrated, but your depleted of other needed things which gatorade can replace, electrolytes and such.
And I suggest the mixture of water and gatorade because I know for me personally and for many others straight gatorade While working out can lead to a very upset stomach.

Is ghosting bad? If things don't work out, should we really talk about it?

I think ghosting is bad, not because of “trying to fix things,” but because, be mature and tell the person that its not working and you’re ending it.I think just vanishing when there isn’t any interest in someone anymore is incredibly immature, either its being incredibly disrespectful to a person and not letting them know that its ended, or its simply trying to avoid a serious conversation with a person.Either way, have a little respect and just tell them.

What does "work out" mean?

I hear a lot of teenagers talk about a relationship "working out" when they are like 15 or 16. What does this exactly mean? Does it mean that it will all work out towards a permanent marriage commitment? Or just that both partners will have a good time and learn some type of lesson? I just thought about this when I heard two girls talking about their relationships "not working out." Got curious. Ready? Answer.

I'm trying to avoid holiday pints of ice cream weight. I even ate Panda Express , right after I woke up from a turkey coma.I also had a rack of ribs on Tuesday and I can't even ate ocean of cookies.Here's an example:Today is Saturday, two days after Thanksgiving. Here is what my week looked like.Monday: 30 minutes of stairs at 8pm (off day)On TUESDAY I left work after a half day.TUESDAY: 5:15 extreme boot camp hot9pm did traps and armsHad a rack of ribsWEDNESDAY: 9am hot boot camp5:15 hot pilates classPint of ice cream at midnightTHURSDAY (thanksgiving): 9am hot bootcamp, and I did a chest workout later in the day.Friday: half day at work and went to a 4:30 hot Pilates class.THERE ARE A LOT OF TRAINERS THAT AREN’T BUFF OUT THERE.-THERE IS AN ARMY OF TRAINERS WHO’S CLIENTS LOOK THE SAME YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT.What I'm trying to say is that training should be BASED ON WHAT YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU.Training should be INSTINCTUAL, meaning you train the body parts that you feel you need to train.
