Who Do U Think Is Gonna Win On Tuesdayy .brazil Or Mexico

We are all saying that Spain or Brazil will win the world cup, but let me ask you a question?

YES!!! EXACTLY!!! Everyone I know says both will meet in the final!!! That's ridiculous!!! The world cup is never about favorites, almost every team has a chance to do something. 2006 favorite: Brazil, 2002 fav: France, 1998: Brazil, 1994: Italy and Argentina, 1990: Italy, Argentina, and Netherlands. No team is favored to win everything, I hope BOTH Spain and Brazil do not make the final, it's not just team v team matchup. Mentality, the audience, controversies, all the little things matter. World Cup is beautiful...no one is favored, that's the beauty of it. It's not like the NBA, where Kobe and Lebron were "destined" to be in the finals together (so glad the Magic beat the Cavs).

That's what I've been trying to tell all the random people! There is no favorite! "Who's going to win the World Cup?" Well if you really want to know, go to South Africa, book tickets for every game, follow all 32 teams around during training before the games, get all the tactics from every coach, calculate the percentage of fans there will be from each country and then tell me who is going to win the world cup! :)

BRAZIL vs Argentina???

I really really hope and pray Brazil win. They really need the points. In South Africa the match will be screened at 2:40 am! I'l have to get up so early! When everyone at home is sleeping, I'l be up watching the match in the dark, scary, freezing lounge and besides that tomorrow is school and I'm writing exams, so Brazil better not let me down!
C'mon BRAZIL!!!
Fq 1- Are u gonna watch the game?
Fq 2 - who do u think will win?

Is Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay really mostly white? I think the percentages of their statistics are way exaggerated? What do you think?

According to statistics
Argentina = 90 percent white
Uruguay = 88 percent white
Brazil = 47 percent white
But honestly... how many of those people are really white?
I haven't actually been to these three countries but from what I've seen(TV,Media,Sports,Etc.) I'd say 10-20 percent is probably about right.
Any argentinians,uruguayans or brazilians in here that can clear this for me?
Im just curious that's all

Can Brazil win the FIFA World Cup 2018?

I’m going to give the unpopular answer and say that they probably won’t.Here is why-Brazil is always at the beginning of every World Cup seen as a favorite to win it, yet after their 2002 win, they get outclassed and outmastered by a superior European side in the upper part of the tournament- first with France, then the Netherlands and lastly humiliated by Germany in the semis.Brazil simply doesn’t have the talent it used to have- the likes of Cafu, Dida, Rivaldo, Kaka, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho and Ronaldo are gone- the only player of that calibre is maybe Neymar and he’s one of the worst team workers and most selfish players I have ever seen in the sport. Look at how he didn’t allow Cavani to score the penalty that would have given him the chance to be the top scorer for PSG and when he got booed from the crowd he got angry like a spoiled brat. Neymar’s lack of discipline in crucial moments of the game could cost Brazil in the quarter or semifinals- not to mention he may not even be fit to play by the time the World Cup comes around. The other players are good but simply not world class in my opinion to carry the title.Expect Brazil to be eliminated by the likes of a France, Spain or Germany in the quarter or semis

Who is gonna win the WC? + what country is gonna be the shock story of the WC?

Well my fellow irish supporter i hope we get there, But you will have the likely names such as your Brazil's, Spain's and England have a good chance the shock story could be someone like russia or as you said serbia or ivory coast but also watch out for the south american teams.

Why Argentina can not beat Brazil?

Tactics.

Argentina used to beat Brazil all the time, between 1989 and 1994 Argentina won 5 games in a row against Brazil and knocked them out of 3 consecutive international tournaments (world cup 1990, copa america 1991 and 93). We also should have knocked them out of the copa america 95 but a brazilian player equalized 3 minutes from time scoring with his hand! (cheater)

You know how we did that? Basically, we applied the exact same tactics that Brazil applies now when they face Argentina! We gave them the ball and we defended with 10 men, eventually looking for a counterattack to win it like that. And it worked! We owned them in those days.

Now it's Brazil who plays that way against Argentina. The last 3 games (in 2005 Argentina beat Brazil 3-1 in the world cup qualifier but since then Brazil has won 3 in a row against us), Brazil sat back and waited. They gave us the ball and they played like the italians do: counterattacking. And it's working for them.

I think we made the mistake of trying to act more brazilian than the brazilians themselves. If you attack Brazil, you get crushed. You need to defend well and break their game slowly. If you attack they take the ball from you and, since they have very quick players, they catch us unprepared defensively.

Credit to them, they are smarter than us. They're not better, they're smarter. In the copa america final, they committed 37 fouls (a record for Brazil, Argentina committed only 19 fouls) and they broke our rythm. They don't play jogo bonito anymore, that's gone, they play pure catenaccio style like the italians do, or like we used to do in the world cup of 1990. That's the way football is played nowadays. Argentina is trying to play like in the 60s, we're having a teenage crisis or something and we have to get our s.hit together real quick otherwise we'll never beat Brazil again. If we keep on using the tactics we use now, we'll never win against them. We're self-destructing and it's very easy for them to beat us because we make it easy for them. And when the game is tied, we even score an own goal to make it even easier! The final of the copa america was a joke, we were so ridiculous in that game that people in Argentina were not even sad about it afterwards. We just felt stupid, the same way the brazilians must feel when they play against France and keep on losing to them (1986, 1998, 2006).

Will Brazil win the World Cup 2018 in Russia?

They do. And if we assess their chances based on their World Cup qualifier, they would actually be among the top 3 tournament favorites along with Spain and Germany.Since Tite took over as Brazil manager, they have demonstrated to be a step above other South American teams. Not only do they have great players, but Tite actually managed to find a winning game plan that takes advantage of these great players.The team now boasts a solid defensive unit with the Miranda - Marquinhos center back partnership, as well as the very physical midfield trio of Casemiro, Renato Augusto, and Paulinho. These guys use their physique to compensate for the fact the fullbacks—Marcelo and Dani Alves—essentially play as midfielders. These two are probably the most creative fullbacks on the planet, and they compensate the lack of creativity in Brazil’s midfield trio.On the attack, Neymar plays on the left side, Coutinho on the right, and Gabi Jesus as the center forward, with Paulinho often running into the box to act as a 2nd center forward. All of them have been decisive players in European giants, and this quality has definitely shown in WC qualifier: these four have scored 23 out of Brazil’s 41 goals.While this is probably the starting lineup, Willian has also done a great job in attack, with 4 goals and 5 assists throughout the qualifying stages.Many things can change in the next 9 months, but for now Brazil looks like one of the best teams going into the World Cup. One of my main concerns is that their starting 11 is amazing, but the squad depth is not as strong as other top teams like Spain, Germany or France.
