Who Do You Dislike The Most In Israel Travel

Why do people dislike Israel?

right, I'm going to a mock conference soon and my topic is The Arms Trade. The country I am defending is Israel so can anybody give me some ideas? I would appreciate facts with relation to Israel, the arms trade and their military?

I have done a fair bit of research but I need an opinion from someone who knows more than me - where you come in. You know, just in case I miss out something important. Thank you for your time and have a good day.

Would you like to visit Israel?

Without a doubt. There’re very few countries that I genuinely would not want to visit, and Israel isn’t one of them.I can understand why someone might think I wouldn’t want to visit Israel, however.I’m Muslim, and am also Pakistani, a country which does not recognize Israel. Those two monikers seems to be synonymous with a distrust, dislike, or disdain, however you want to put, for Israel and the Israeli cause. That being said, to boil down any issues Israel has as being simple and judging it like that is doing everyone a demerit. The region in general, and Israel specifically, has a variety of complex issues, politics and the like, that simply can’t be regarded in binary. And, as a human being, I genuinely don’t find it fit to generalize a region, or a people based on stereotypes or conspiracies. It’s my nature to experience things for myself, and I don’t see why Israel should not be one of those things. And as someone that enjoys history, Israel is chock full of historical monuments and the like that make the visit worth it just on their own.So yes, I would like to visit Israel, among plenty of other countries. I personally see no reason not to.We’re all people at the end of the day.We live as we breathe.

Do Israelis dislike people on their birthright trips? If so, how much?

Why in the world would we dislike the participants of the birthright trips? What possible motivation could we have to not like them? While liking the participants (well, for the most parts; loud American teen girls can be the worst), I do very much dislike the program itself, for a few reasons:Israeli tax money goes to this program - around 30+ million USD a year is far from trivial. I didn’t consent to this, and this money could definitely be used for other things that are far more pressing - and would be directly serving the citizenry. It’s called theft for personal agenda. At least that’s how us libertarian-leaning folk perceive these things. The stated point for starting this program was to fight “Jewish assimilation” (Jews losing their connections to their identity as a part of the Jewish people/marrying gentiles), which I find absurd - it’s not a government's job to interfere in such matters, especially since the idea that fighting assimilation is “good” is very much contestable - first and foremost by myself. The current stated goals of the program are better, but to me seem like a coverup for 2.There’s a lot of propaganda in these trips. This propaganda comes both in religious and political forms, and can get pretty ugly. So, not a fan of the program. But I do like the people.

What do Israelis think of Turkey and Turks?

You know, by the time 2017 is through I'll probably be able to publish a book - entirely based on my answers on Quora - titled “World View: An Israeli’s Thoughts About Every Goddamn Country on this Planet”.And it'd be a New York Times bestseller, because, well, which book isn't?Anyways - Turkey. This one's actually a bit tough, because the ties between Israel and Turkey have been ‘shaky’ recently, which is a politically correct way of saying that a couple of our politicians are playing ‘she loves me, she loves me not’, and trying to decide what our countries should think about one another. The media isn't particularly kind either, especially when the Israeli Navy needs to intercept ‘peaceful’ Turkish (IHH) flotillas carrying ‘essential humanitarian aid’ to the citizens of Gaza, which somehow translates into ‘anything and everything that can also be used as a weapon’.But I'm going on a bit of a tangent, since the question asked for my thoughts about Turkish people, not of Israeli-Turkish politics. We can start with one particular Turkish person whom most Israelis have a pretty definitive opinion about - your president: Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.We think he's a total lunatic.I don't think I need to elaborate much on the matter, but when you compare Israel to Hitler during an interview on Israeli TV, ummm…As for the rest of the Turkish population - I've met a few Turks who studied at the Interdisciplinary Center of Hertzeliya, and they seemed like down-to-earth, chill people who were a lot of fun to discuss politics with. Couple that with the fact that you guys are well-known for being yet another first-world democracy (though I understand that this title might be questionable nowadays) which is far more liberal that most of the Middle East, and I'm left with a slightly favorable opinion towards Turkish people overall.I guess in a way that leads to a fairly simple distinction for me - if you like Erdogan and what he represents, chances are that I'll have a negative disposition towards you (though exceptions can certainly be made if you're nice), and if you voted against the guy then we'd probably get along just fine. One way or another, I'll be glad to hear more about Turkey from you guys in the comment section. I recently had some great discussions with some Pakistanis in a similar question and learned loads about the more positive aspects of their country, and I'd be happy to do the same here.

Which foreign country do you dislike the most?

source:http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/media...Anti-Indian sentiment - WikipediaSo, given this data I dislike Germany, France, UK and USA the most. I didn’t mention Pakistan because I don’t have any expectation from them and they don’t matter, but if world’s developed countries think negative of Indians, then I cannot resist but react. This survey was done in 2014, I have a hope that after the visit of PM Modi to these countries, people might have changed their opinion in these three years. I have also been following news and saw more racial discrimination and abuse to Indians in USA than any other country. So, USA is the country I disliked the most especially with the Trump as their president. He also tighten process of H1B visa which resulted into 3 lakh Indian losing their jobs.Recent hate crimes to Indian in US:Woman’s racist rant at US store: ‘You got an Indian waiting on an Indian’Indian shot in possible hate crime in US: List of attacks on Indians since Donald Trump took overHate crimes against Indian-Americans disturbing: Preet Bharara - Times of IndiaKuchibhotla murder, racial slurs: ‘Hate crimes’ against Indians in USHate crimes against Indians in US: Sikh cab driver assaulted in New York CityIndian engineer killed, another injured in U.S. hate crimeHate crimes against Indians in the U.S.Indian shot dead by American spewing racial slurs in Kansas - Times of IndiaKansas man charged with U.S. hate crime for shooting Indian menKansas man indicted on hate crime charges for killing Indian nationalHate crimes against Indians: State Department assures speedy justice; FBI to begin probeSikh man shot at in US: Victim out of danger, says Sushma SwarajUS: Indian-American doctor shot dead in Michigan; family denies hate crime angleHate Crime on the Rise in US, Says Indian American Congressman Ami BeraIndians could easily be collateral damage within the jump in US hate crimesAn Indian died because of racism in US. Which Asian country is the country that most Asians dislike the most?

Most hated countries in Asia are :Pakistan - Unsafe, Terror Activities, Support Terrorism by some ruling political parties through funds and assets. Maximum people hate Pakistan, not only Asians but people from any part of the World.Bangladesh - Dirty roads, open drains, garbage, crowded areas, narrow streets, Unsafe minority population, Unsafe women population, No freedom of Speech. So, i think Bangladesh is the second most hated country in Asia.India - Yes many people love India, no doubt on that but India is worst in many ways like Unhygiene, Women safety, Crime rates, Corruption, Fraudulent, Backward thoughts of society and many more and that’s why some people don’t like India and Indians. So, according to me, my country is the third most hated country in Asia.Syria - No doubt that it was a good country. But unfortunately due to insurgency of ISIS it became a hell. And at present it is the most dangerous place in the World. So, i think Syria is the 4th most hated country right now.North Korea - Kim Jong Un and his dictatorship is the only reason. Civilians of NK are not so bad, they are also the victim of their leader’s inhumane nature. Thanks !

Why do some Muslim countries forbid Israelis or anyone who has visited Israel to enter their country?

Two issues here:Not all countries recognize Israel as a valid state. It is up to each independent country to decide which other countries it recognizes and which not. Many Arab countries dislike strongly the way the Israeli government deals with the Palestinian issue and sees them as an unlawful intruder / occupying force. Many people see this as a right of self expression, free speech and self determination. You would not want to be forced neither to be friends with people you personally don’t like I suppose. Some of the countries that block entry for Israeli’s are even technically still at war with Israel. It would be unwise to enter the other country as you would risk your life as a visitor. Your own country would on the way back also frown upon your visit and potentially treat you as a spy. Most Israeli’s that dislike this ban make it a ‘antisemitic’ ban as they say it’s against Jews. This is not true, Jewish people with other passports can travel in general (with the exception of Iran and the KSA) freely to most Arab states. I even saw people eat Kosher on Arabic airlines.

Is Israel a safe and nice place to visit?

Tel Aviv is referred to as the Miami of the Mediterranean. People dress as they would in the states. Remember that it is going to be warm, though not as humid as you are used to in the US, which will actually make it feel cooler than the same temperature in the states. It is polite to cover your shoulders when you are going into a very religious area but for the most part, wear what you feel comfortable wearing. You are on vacation after all.

Israelis love practicing their English with Americans. They start learning it early in school, and always are trying to improve!
