Who Has A Worse Public Service Bus Drivers Or The Job Center

What is the difference between civil service and public service?

Two concepts of public servants and civil servants are very confusing in any study of public administration as both are very similar to each other. Not understanding the two concepts clearly is the reason why some students make the mistake of treating them as interchangeable, which is wrong as despite similarities, there are vital differences that need to be highlighted. One thing common to both a civil servant and a public servant is the fact that they are both officials in government departments, and though they are termed servants, they are actually bred and brought up to feel superior to common people. Both have an umbrella of security in the sense that their jobs are guaranteed, even if they are average or poor performers, and this sense of security makes them arrogant in their behavior towards common people.Technically speaking, a civil servant is as much a public servant as a bank officer, though the major difference pertains to the level of control each has in his hands. A civil servant is always a part of the administration, and is thus, a rung above other public servants. Even, a nurse working in a government hospital qualifies to be a public servant, though she cannot be compared to a district magistrate (DM) who belongs to the category of civil servants. There are huge differences in not just pay scales and salaries; there are different sets of rules and regulations in hiring and promotion for both civil servants as well as public servants.Civil servants are selected through Union Public Service Commission at the union level, whereas every state has its own Public Service Commission to select civil servants and press into service at state level. Those selected through UPSC can get postings in public departments all over India, and this gets decided at the start with the cadre they get.

Do you think Public Work service ( community service) is dangerous?

The first answer was correct. Often you just need to talk to the person who will supervise you from the county, or court system.

Often where you work, depends on your skills. Can you do computer work, repair work, can you teach reading or tutor students at an elementary school?

The government doesn't have that much budget or manpower to supervise hundreds of people each month doing same thing you do.

That means that you often can arrange your own "community service" with a local charity, or group that does volunteer help.
Check out Habitat for Humanity, or even a local Lions Club, or Optimist Club.
You church minister may have other ideas about groups looking for someone to provide some volunteers.

And, no, it's not dangerous, most people will be very appreciative of your support and efforts; you will live through it.
I applaud your citizenship, knowing that you have a debt to pay back to society for your stupidity of driving under the influence.
It could have been much worse. Had you injured anyone, you may have had to do real hard jail time.

Why would people still use cars rather than buses despite the increase in energy prices?

Bus services are generally more energy efficient than cars yet the trend over the past 30 years has been a decline in the proportion of commuters taking buses despite an increase in real energy prices. Why?

Is the traffic in Kuala Lumpur getting better or worse? What can be done to improve it?

It’s always bad and still the same from last time till now, if not, worse.Price of vehicles consider cheap and affordable. Almost every family in Malaysia has at least 1 vehicle. Middle income group Malaysian has almost a car for each family’s member.Government has no control of how long can you own your car. Meaning to say, you can drive your car until it’s dead. Typically, that’ll takes about 8–15years.Public transport is not popular and developed yet. If we’re comparing our public transport with other developed Asian countries like Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong, we still have a long way to go. For bus, most of the bus stop has no information of which bus was in service, where will they go, and operating hours. What local will do is ask around in the bus stop or the bus driver as there’s no information on the bus stop. In my opinion, bus service had ceased to improve and remained the same since I was 12 years old. MRT&LRT, it’s getting better, however, we just had the new lines built in 2017, but the arrival time for the MRT is not stated on the station, space inside the MRT is too narrow, the price of the MRT is relatively expensive. Of course, I’m looking at this MRT while comparing with the MRT system in Singapore that built in 1987. KLIA express is a HUGE JOKE whereby it cost us RM55 from KL sentral to KLIA2. RM55 for a public transport. If I have a family of 4, it would cost me RM220. Why don’t I take grab or taxi?I’m not saying that the government has to increase the price to reduce the vehicles on the road as it will be bad for us citizen. But the public transport need to be improved honestly, the previous Transport Minister is just shit.
