Who Is Drifter In Dirt 3

Can you drift a front wheel drive car?

There is only one way to drift a front wheel drive vehicle and it can not be done for very long; it's a matter of physics.
1)Make sure your rear brakes are in good condition, and that your hand brake is nice and tight.
2)Drive in a straight line and catch some speed, about 25mph is sufficient.
3)Take your foot off the gas and yank the hand-brake so that the rear wheels lock as you turn the steering wheel to the right or left. (make sure you are keeping the button pushed in with your thumb the whole time so that you can let the handbrake down quickly)
4)drop the hand-brake down to stop your drift.

Note: the speed at which you are travelling, the length of time you keep the hand-brake pulled up, the amount of turn on your steering wheel, and the stiffness of your suspension will determine how your drift will perform. If your suspension is too soft and you are going too fast, you will roll. Practice in an empty parking lot when it's wet to get the feel for it. I can do quick U-Turns when I'm driving down the road. If you want to learn more, go to stunt driving school. Good luck, don't crash. :)

Auto Racing: Are there any drift lands in India?

There is no drifting races held in India nor is there any drifting scene anywhere on the streets. There are a few wannabe drifters who try drifting with their FWD cars! The only professional drifter in India that I have heard of is Gautham Singhania. Here is a video link of him winning a drift event in Europe: He as a part of his Super Car Club(SCC) has been holding a drift event in Thane, Mumbai for the past 3 years (not sure) called 'Will It Drift?' where you can take you vehicle and try out drifting. Here are some links:"Will It Drift?"....India's first Drifting Event

How fast does drifting wear out regular car tires?

Depends on the tire. Softer, stickier compounds go up in smoke a lot faster than harder, slippery compounds. I had a set of Michelins last me 2 events before they gave out. Conversely, I had a set of pirellis disintegrate within 3 laps of the course. The first delaminated at the first corner & I held the drift until the second corner, when the other one shredded into oblivion, spinning me out into the center of the course. Kept my foot down & managed one & a half donuts before the car stopped in a cloud of smoke. The whole paddock was cheering when I got out with my arms raised. I hated those tires, so I was happy they both went in one go.General rule of thumb: tires with longer a longer tread life rating will last far longer on the track than performance rated or winter tires. The other major factor is how much tread is remaining when you buy them. Most drifters buy used tires to run at events, as the costs can add up quickly since everyone has a number of spare sets of rims.

What does it mean if there's oil in my radiator?

Means you have a leak between the oil system and the cooling system. Probably means you also have coolant antifreeze in your oil... check the dipstick for water contamination. That's a worse problem. This is bad and is a sign that the walls between the coolant and lubrication system have corroded through (from depleted coolant - too old) or your engine block is cracked from freezing or severe overheating.  Both oil and coolant travel through passageways in the block and the walls between them can be thin.  Another possibility is a head gasket failure. This is not a totally uncommon ocurrence I have heard, and to fix Head gasket is not too bad but the corrosion or cracked block will likely be expensive. Continuing to drive this way will eventually destroy the engine totally (it's not that far from there now, even though it may be running). The watery oil will foam and be ineffective. the metal parts will rust and eventually the engine will seize as the hole gets bigger and the leak worse.

Starter motor problems (how to fix an electric motor?)?

I pulled my starter motor out of my Yamaha TTR 230 dirt bike. These things cost $400 or more a piece, so I'd prefer to fix it myself. The shaft had trouble spinning at first; I think it had seized up. I had to use a pair of pliers to get it going, but after a couple rotations it's loosening up, with only slight friction and catching problems. Should I lubricate it or anything, and is there any special thing I should do to it to fix it?
I'm not afraid to crack that sucker open... I actually already have. It spins decently without the cover, but still, it does seem to have a little bit of friction.
Thanks for all input.

What is it like to drive a High End car like Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. in India?

To drive a Lambo in India, can give you ultimate pleasure and happiness in one way while disappoint you in other way.Happiness as you own one of the best super cars ever.Where ever you go with your Lambo, you are given Royal welcome.People chase you on roads just to click a photograph of your car. When u park your car , you will find the whole admiring street, with their eyes glued to the car and cameras' flashlight continuously filming the  beast. There exists some reasons that can disappoint you as well. Spending Crores on a car and still Stuck in the regular traffics and you find pedestrians &  Bike riders reaching destination faster than you just because of the poor road traffic control in India.Every Lambo owners in India would have faced the similar situation if they use their cars in the city. Also the Indian roads are hardly good just to speed your Lamborghini to at least half of the performance it's engine is designed for .

Saltpeter mound by using corpses?

Traditionally, it was made by building brick tunnels, and mounding on horse poo on the outside. Rain dissolved the urea which decomposed to Kno3 which saturated the bricks. Air through the tunnels caused the crystals to form on the surface which were then scraped off by workers, dissolved again, boiled, filtered hot, reduced then allowd to crystalise again in drying pans.

Corpses - not good. I've had to do some work in a church crypt that was below the graveyard outside. The black sticky goo coming through the walls is not much good at making anything I don't think - too much fat. Might burn ok though ;)

Come to think of it - most oil is produced from decaying corpses, but how many fish do you think just sink to the bottom and become oil? Wouldn't they get eaten first? If there was a "Great Flood" as most religions think - and science and geologists agree - that would mean all the people that were on the land got swept off and dumped in the sea, covered in silt and became the oil we are now using. Freaky huh?
