ok you will definatly need to pull the head and barrel off first check to see if the barrel has any scores in it from where the piston has siezed no good putting a fresh piston and rings in and not fixing that because you will just be rebuilding it again if the bore is damaged in anyway get it honed or bored depending on how bad it is ps a good bore will have little hatching scratches all over it this is to trap oil and fuel also check the head for any damage just incase the piston hit or anything replace the piston rings etc

It looks like Triple H tore is quad again. How long do you think he will be out and what does this mean?

I personally thought it was a fake injury for a little bit for many reasons. Triple could take some time off and film the movie that is in production, he could spend time with his daughter and stephanie, and it could finally be an excuse to end DX and let shawn go have his surgery. However, after looking into it, the match did end quickly after the injury just like last time it happened, and the same docter that worked on Hunter's Quad last time is the same one reporting on it this time. If it is indeed a serious injury then the WWE caught a break. Now Shawn can have his surgery, and DX can finally end. Now is the question of where does the company go from here. Cryme tyme will most likely win the titles from edge and orton very soon, so the tag team picture wont matter for rated RKO anymore. Also, i think that somehow the matches at wrestlemainia will be Cena vs Orton(which was already rumored) and Edge vs Shawn Michaels in a street fight. However this could turn out completely different if Shawn decided to go have surgery. Edge could turn on Orton causing rated RKO to split up and a match at the royal rumble. This would turn Orton face, and could possibly lead up to a Orton(face) vs Cena(face) vs Edge(heel) triple threat WWE championship match at wrestlemainia which i would have no objection to. Of course that probably wont happen, and Shawn will stick around until after Mainia but you never know in this buisness. And for Triple H, i wish him a quick recovery if it is a real injury.

That really depends on what you're buying skates for. For roller derby style skates (low-topped quad speed skates), the top brands are Riedell, Sure-Grip, Labeda, Bont, and Luigino. Roller Derby brand's Elite line had some good buzz out the gate but it's turned sour in recent months as I've seen a number of complaints about broken plates and difficult pivot cups.For artistic roller skates (the high-topped ones that look like a figure skate), the top brands are Riedell (again), Dominion, and Chicago.Besides the height of the ankle of the boot, key differences between derby skates and artistic skates are the height of the heel. Derby skates have either a very small lift in the heel or a flat sole, whereas artistic skates have a full heel. I'm not sure why the difference, but I've had people at my favorite skating rink marvel at the fact that I can skate flat-footed, whereas uh, that's the only way I've ever skated? Inlines have the same flat footbed.I haven't skated inline in years, but the best inline skates seem to be K2, Bladerunner, Bont, Xsjado (which weren't in business the last time I was inline skating) and Bauer.I love my Riedell 495 boots and Sure-Grip Avenger DA45 plates. If you're trying to find which muscles to train, you will need to work on:
Your core (abdomens)
Quads
Hamstrings (easy to tear)
And arm thrusting.
(The more rapidly you pump your arms, the more rapidly you make you strides)

The hardest part is not the surgery but the rehabilitation itself.Personally gone through this rehabilitation programme i can assure you that regaining your range of motion as well as strengthning your leg is very important for your recovery.Once you regain your range of motion following an acl injury it’s important to strengthen the muscles around your knee to help prevent subsequent ACL problems.Your muscles support your acl especially your hamstring muscles.Weak hamstrings are also the reason you can injure your acl,hence it’s important to strengthen them.One of the greatest challenges to recovering from an ACL tear is the prevention of and rehabilitation from muscle atrophy. Atrophy is the weakening or loss of muscle tissue resulting from disuse and hence you wont have enough strength in your legs that’s why strengthning is crucial for your recovery.Your quadriceps are affected the most.Hence initial strengthening focuses on your quadriceps muscles which run along the front of your thighs.You can do exercises like squats and lunges to build up your leg strength.Do some running drills or jogging to build up your stamina and endurance.Don’t try to rush it everyone’s recovery is different.Listen to your doctors and physio and follow a proper rehabilitation programme and you will be back to normal in no time.
