Who Is Your Favorite Wrestler Who Names Start With A M

Who was your favorite 1980s WWF wrestler?

For myself and most people at the time, it was Hulk Hogan. As hokey as he was, the WWF knew how to market him and he became a major phenomena at the time. As the years went by though, we started to realize just how hokey he was compared to what wrestling morphed into. The later 1990’s ushered in a faster harder version culminating with the Attitude Era. With that, the changing climate with wrestling fans and the UFC, Hogan’s legacy seemed to get be looked on with amusement. Then as his divorce, sex tape and then the racist rant were also caught on tape, he lost the respect of a lot of people who grew up watching him. His legacy which was rocky at best was really tarnished. So now to look back at the wrestlers of that era, I would have to say that Ric Flair despite working mostly as a heel, should be the favorite. Being in on the Kayfabe, I now can respect performers who portray heels. I still love to see them lose, but I still understand and appreciate what they do to entertain us.

Who was your favorite wrestler from the 1970's?

Abdullah the Butcher - He’s bloodthirsty, ruthless, barbaric, and completely lacks regard for the rules. He’ll try to kill his opponents midway during the match. He’ll try to literally butcher his opponents with forks, knives, barbed wire, and other weapons. That’s what makes him such a great heel. While he’s known for his hardcore wrestling style, he used to wrestle with technical wrestling skills when he first started. He used Judo chops to the throat, flying elbow drops, flying headbutts, pressure point submission holds, etc. This was one of his most memorable championship matches with Billy Robinson. It was savage how he tried to cripple his leg. You must watch this epic match.Billy Robinson vs. Abdullah The Butcher - Video Dailymotion

Who is your favorite Canadian wrestler?

Well my favourite wrestler of all time is well-known Canadian, Chris Jericho, so he wins automatically. I could go on to explain why Y2J is my absolute top guy, but that would be a LONG answer, so I'll skip the fan babble and just say that I think he is all kinds of awesome. In terms of the current top-tier WWER guys, I'm a huge fan of Kevin Owens. Not only does he put on some truly excellent matches, but his character is probably the deepest and most intelligently played in WWE right now. Part whining, cowardly suck-up, part insecure bully, part fight-to-the-death badass, KO has LAYERS to his on-screen persona, which is something we don't often see in this era of one-dimensional wrestling gimmicks.I also really like Sami Zayn, and going back I've enjoyed the work of Edge and Christian, Bret and Owen Hart and many others, but Y2J and KO pretty much top my list.

What is your favorite name for a pro wrestler?

Right now  the devastation Corporation have the most brilliantly hammy pro wrestling stereotype names going : Max Smashmaster and Blaster McMassive. (unsurprisingly both men are huge Other faves of mine are:Ax and Smash  aka Demolition,  Vader, Cactus Jack, Stone Cold Steve austin,Sycho Sid/ Sid Vicious. The undertaker  (even if it was a nickname that is just pure badass) Bret "the hitman" Hart  (again just an awesome nickname) Bruiser BrodyThe WarlordRavenDiamond Dallas PageSuperstar Billy GrahamThe big Cat Ernie LaddRavishing Rick Rude Jake The Snake Roberts

Who is your favorite active wrestler?

Right now, my favorite is Pete Dunn. He’s such an amazing performer. he does all the great ground stuff, and can fly too. But what I like best is the little things. How he takes swipes at a guy or a kick to the head when the guy isn’t looking. It makes it look like a real fight. The finger stuff was awesome the first few times, but will get old eventually if he keeps doing it.

Wrestling Section: Who is Your LEAST Favorite Wrestler of all-time?

hahah CM Punk :P lol hmmm i can see why, but for me, i don't really mind his attitude and i can see where he's coming from with all his negativity, though yeah there is a difference many people confuse with "speaking your mind" and straight up "bitching and complaining" - the second of which CM punk used to do more often than not after the infamous "pipebomb promo" -------------everything aside, i'd agree he's great on the mic, and pretty good in the ring, but not "god status" like everyone made him out to be (again "post pipebomb" promo/ "popularity explosion" phase) but his attitudes/actions outside the ring never make his matches unwatchable for me tbh :P

Anyyyyywayyyyyyyy ---least Favourite Wrestler of all time??? hmmmm probably gotta be "Hardcore holly" / "Bob holly" for being a douche in the ring and out of the ring, infamous for beating up rookies and "sandbagging" other wrestlers (basically slumping like dead weight on something like a suplex) lol i think Brock Lesnar had the last laugh when holly tried sandbagging him on a suplex once, apparently Lesnar actually managed to legit heave him up and gave him a non assisted suplex - leading to holly breaking his neck because he did a dick move and paid the price for it....

Other least fav wrestlers of all time:

- Great Khali - only great matches i can ever remember him in were ones vs the undertaker and his fued with triple H in 2008

- Melina - that scream....just ughhhh...get off my tv...

- Finlay - definately respect him as a wrestler/trainer, etc, but in the ring never enjoyed seeing him wrestle to be honest....i know thats harsh but yeahhhh :P

-Hornswoggle - just a bunch of stupid stuff, was funny seeing DX beat him up once LOL

hmmmm i think thats about ittt :P
