Who is your favorite movie villain?

Who is your favorite movie villain, and why?

Michael Corleone(spoilers)Just look at that cold, calm, and confident way he is sitting. This is one of the most complex characters in cinematic history. He is torn between his idealistic values, and his moral values that are just innate in almost all humans. He just wanted to be a low-key civilian, having no part in the mafia business, but this was not possible, he was forced to take the reigns because he was the only one who had the balls and the brains to do what needed to be done. His own brother betrayed him and his “values” forced Michael to kill his own brother. This guy killed his own brother for the sake of protecting his own family, do you see how troubled he is? Killing your own family to protect your family? Talk about hard choices. And the look he puts when Kay aborts her child just broke my heart.[Connie has just accused Michael of having Carlo killed]Michael: She's hysterical. [lights a cigarette] Hysterical.Kay: Michael, is it true?Michael: [pauses] Don't ask me about my business, Kay.Kay: Is it true?Michael: Don't ask me about my business.Kay: No!Michael: [slaps the desk] ENOUGH!!! [calms down] Alright. This one time...this one time, I'll let you ask me about my affairs.Kay: Is it true? Is it?Michael: No.[Kay smiles and walks into his arms]Kay: I guess we both need a drink, huh? C'mon...[Kay goes to the kitchen to fix a drink, and as she does, Peter Clemenza, Rocco Lampone, and Al Neri enter Michael's office][Clemeza shakes Michael's hand, embraces him, then kisses his hand]Clemenza: Don Corleone.[Lampone kisses Michael's hand, and Neri shuts the door in Kay's face][the film ends]The greatest scene and acting in movie history.

Who is your favourite villain of all time?

Okay, there are other villains I like a lot, but I’m pretty partial to The Operative from Serenity. The thing that makes him so unnerving as a villain is the fact that he is so close to being a very sympathetic hero.He is driven to create a better world. And not just for himself. He is not the evil overlord who says he wants to fix the world when he really just wants to rule it. In fact, this better world is not for himself at all, but for others. He even notes, with sadness, that it is not a world he could ever be a part of.He recognizes true goodness when he sees it. This happens immediately in the film, when he notes Simon Tam’s pure love for his sister. He has the bearing of a good guy. Not the good guys of film who are made volatile in order to be interesting (like Mal and Han Solo), but the good guys we actually know in our personal lives. He is sympathetic of other people’s perspectives. He is calm and peaceful, and he seeks rational solutions whenever possible. He is highly disciplined. This can be seen in his skillful use of a sword in a technologically advanced age. This is a discipline not just of physical skill, but of every aspect of his personality: he doesn’t have any Kylo Ren moments. And yet, when people get in the way of his goal, he murders them indiscriminately - even, seemingly, only for the purpose of ensuring that they will not be a nuisance in the future, as with Mr. Universe. The Operative is an example of a man with all the makings of a good guy who has allowed himself to believe one very dangerous lie. He is an example of a man who, genuinely concerned with bringing about the greater good, actually ends up being responsible for great evil.I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone who hasn’t seen the film, so when it comes to his downfall, I will just say that I think that was handled in the best way possible.

Both hero and villian, Rajini only. In movie “Gayatri”, he will give one Slap to Sridevi and finishing the slap in the same movement, he will lit a Cigarette with a match stick fire quickly in style. Sridevi will fall down, he will take out the cigarette! That is really difficult for anyone to do.
