I’m trying to play online with a friend on XBOX ONE, but he can’t hear me when I talk, not when I use my headset microphone, nor my Kinect through the console. Why is this?
Well.. first off.. you can disable chat in the options menu under console.Secondly.. if it’s just one person your having trouble with, it could be the NAT setting on your router. You’ll want to set up a DMZ for the XBOXONE and have it open. This will allow you to connect to dubious connections and also, people overseas. You should notice a difference in lag as well, as the firewall is no longer scanning the traffic and adding lag to your response times.Hope this helps.

I am gonna tell you a little story.I had been playing this game called War Thunder for about a month and had been enjoying it. At the time only PS4 players and PC players could play together on it but PS4 players would stick out with a *(asterisk) in front of their PSN name (ex *Mike123). I would be deliberately killed or harassed by some PC players who thought that they were better. They have clans but they are called Squadrons where people can join. I searched for a PS4 squadron since might as well stick together. I didn’t think much of it. One night I was bored and asked those in the Squadron if anyone wanted to play. A person who I am gonna call Patches said he would be willing to. That night, we played for 3 to 4 hours of tanks and planes in War Thunder. He had to get off and I decided to send him a friend request. Four years later, we are still friends, although he has taken a step back from video games for school and a personal life but he was truly my first ever best friend that I have ever made. I have made other online friends through asking people if they wanted to play or not but none will compare to I had met him.War Thunder

I've been trying to find people to play Creative, but most my friends prefer Survival... I'm looking for at least one other person to start a new world with (flat or regular, I don't care which) However, I have three rules: (1) You have a mic and use it (2) You act mature. I don't care what your age is or what your voice sounds like, but I don't want to listen to anyone who swears too much, yells, rambles, or interrupts others. (3) You respect other players and their creations. This means no building in their space (unless they ask you to), no breaking anything of theirs, and no getting in the way. Why do my xbox live friends ignore me?
Xbox live friends don't ignore you. Maybe they are in a intense game which they are busy trying to win. I always recieve invites from people I don't even know to play. It's either because I'm talking trash in a game that I am in or I clearly don't want to leave the lobby. You have to get use to it. Also, they might be in a group already so they don't want to leave. When people don't reply back it's because they really don't have time. I know it only takes 5 sec but if they do then the other people might ask more question.. Don't worry, play as normal. If you want to make better friends, talk trash in the lobbys :D Trust me someone will back you up then eventually you be friends with them. My whole friends list are "trolls" :D It's fun. Anyways have fun!

How to make it so my friends can hear me in my party chat Xbox one?
I connected my xbox one to my monitor via HDMI and then bought an audio adapter because the monitor doesn't display sound. I can hear just fine through my turtle beach recon 50p headset. When i'm in a party with my friends I can hear them just fine but the problem is they can't hear me. How do I fix this.
