FANASY FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS WEEK 14, 15, 16 WHO SHOULD I PICK UP GREG OLSEN OR ROB GRONKOWSKI?

I currently have Olsen, but have a good feeling about Gronkowski any advice would be appreciated....my team is loaded other than this position and my bench is full of studs, so I only want to keep 1 Tight End if possible

When can I play with a 3 week old baby rat after getting it? What can I feed it?

3 weeks is too young to be away from its mother. I would be wary of buying from someone that would allow you to buy a rat before at least 4wks and preferably 6 wks.
You should leave the rat alone for the first 24 hours. Most rats are pretty scared at first with the new environment, and if he ran away he would not trust you enough to come back. Also, most babies are not content to just sit there and want to be running around exploring, so he may not be content to just sit on you at the office.
It is very important to buy 2 male rats at the same time. No matter how long you spend with the rat, we cant replace another rat to cuddle, groom, and play with. I assure you, it wont weaken his bond with you at all. Solo rats are usually much more timid, anti-social, and generally have poorer health than rats in a community (even of just 2).
Once hes used to you (probably fully after a couple weeks) you may decide to take him to your office. It completely depends on his individual personality. As long as there are not any other animals there, I can not see a problem with it. If he seems stressed out at all though, you may need to bring him home quickly. Stress can easily make a rat sick. Congrats on your new rat.

How many days a week should i play tennis?

Getting constant practise is important. Generally, you should spread out your tennis lessons/sessions during the week. Also, you must make sure that you play with the right technique so that you don't practise a wrong technique, otherwise you won't go anywhere!

Usually you wouldn't play 2 - 3 days straight, so you should have 2 during the working week (Mon - Fri), then perhaps some competetive tennis, say on a weekend, and also just for fun some time during the week. This would be 4 times week, and works pretty well.

For stamina, you should try doing some fitness. Depending on you fitness level, you can do short distance training or distance training. Basically, they both improve fitness, but distance training is easier, and more common.

Distance training involves running about 2 - 6 km in one session, about 4 times a week. This will get your fitness up quickly! Usually 2 x 3km runs is good, at a time of about 10 - 15 minutes each. Give yourself about 3 minutes rest between circuits.

Shorter Distance training is for the more advanced, and requires a good level of fitness. Pyramid sessions are done, starting at 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 150m, 100m, and back up to 500m. There is about 2 - 3 minutes rest between runs again, though this is more mentally challenging. Generally once you get up to a good level of fitness, you should decide if you want to keep improving or maintain that level.

To maintain a level of fitness, just keep doing 3km runs, but to improve, you should keep the 4 per week, and do 2 distance, 2 shorter distance. Also try the beep test as a measurement of your fitness. Level 10 - 12 is a good level of fitness, though I'd say 9 - 10 is probably average. 13 - 15 is very good, about the level of a 17 year old middle distance runner. Anything above 16 would be considered as freakish... generally... unless you were an AFL Player!

Can i play volleyball with a sprained ankle?

It depends on how bad the sprain was. Check with your doctor, trainer, or a physical therapist, who can tell you the degree of your sprain and how much time you should take off.

If it was a mild sprain, you might be able to play, but I would suggest that you get a trainer to tape your ankle for the next week or so. A brace won't give you enough support while the sprain is fresh. If you have a Class 2 or 3 sprain, you will have to take some time off and do some ankle strengthening exercises once you've healed enough.

One of my players had what she thought was a sprain during club season. It still hurt after a couple of weeks, and she kept trying to play, so she went to the doctor. Turns out that she had actually broken one of the small bones in her ankle and the shards were floating around in there. She had surgery and was out for 3 months.

So if your ankle is at all swollen and tender, please do yourself a favor and go see a doctor who specializes in sports medicine ASAP. You don't want to injure yourself the the point that you can't play for an extended period. It could be better to rest it a week or two so you're still healthy over the longer term.

How many hours a day can I play video games?

There is a saying popular in gamer community: Eat >> Sleep >> Play >> Repeat. It depends on you and the game you are on, especially on your passion for gaming. If you are a hardcore gamer then you might play game 18 to 20 hours a day or even more. To some extent it also depends on machine, you playing the game on. If it is a weaker machine with less power under the hood, or it gets too much heated pretty fast, then you might stop playing the game early. But if you are gaming maniac then you might not give a sh*t to this issue as well. You will just play on and on. Also if the game, you are playing designed and built to be so engaging as per your liking, then it can bound you to play it for a long span of time.     Sometimes Eat >> Sleep >> Play >> Repeat could become Play >> Play >> Play >> Repeat. I am not exaggerating. I was used to play some of my favorite titles all day long. My machine was heating so much that my friend started mocking me saying "why not we use Aman's system to cook". For some gaming enthusiasts a day is not enough. It's like "I will explore this building, and then go for eating" or "Just this level", or "here I am saving humanity, and they are calling me for meals, morons".    *Anyways that's me. I would advise you, even if you are a hardcore gamer, focus on your studies or work in general. Play games for 2-3 hours a day, that's enough.   P.S. The line with * is just meaningless don't take it seriously. Play as much as you want. Work smart, Play hard.
