I've been in cheerleading for 8 years. There is no weight limit for flyers. what really matters the most is that you can carry your weight and be flexible. Practice and stretch on the ground your scorpions, heel stretches, scales, bow and arrows. And practice balancing yourself. Good luck!!:)
