Whose The Most Advanced People In The World

Are some Americans the most advanced people in the world when it comes to tolerating minorities, and talking about progressive values?

America/Australia/Canada have a tradition of melting pot - although some racial tensions still persist, racism is illegal - all citizens have human rights and that can’t be said about all nations. Intolerance is rather mild - and racist people have a tendency to go into hiding mode.Racial tensions are also quite mild in European countries also, but the past of colonization still haunts countries like the UK, France and Spain .In Asia, it really depends - countries like Japan / South Korea / Taiwan seem to be quite tolerant because of the American influence and opening to globalization.China seems to be an exception because it only opened to the world relatively late (after Mao’s death, Deng Xiaoping started to open the country which helped develop the country) - a lot of people are still used to living in a homogenous society with very little immigrants.Ham ethnicity is the norm. If you look Uyghur or Tibetan you will be discriminated against. If you are white, you are considered superior. If you are black, you are considered inferior. Things are changing slowly but old mentalities are still very prevalent.‘Racist’ Chinese Spring Festival TV show causes anger over ‘blackface’However, to my knowledge, I believe Brazil is the one country with the most tolerance, not only by law, but also by customs as it is deeply ingrained in the traditions.I have never ever seen a country where Caucasian, Asians, Africans, metisse etc. were treated as if skin color didn’t matter (and indeed, it didn’t).Although not being a fully developed country yet, Brazil is highly advanced in terms of ethnicities, mentalities, social cohesion and tolerance.More reading below:Exploring the "Comfortable Racial Contradictions" in Brazil

Is there a most advanced culture in the world?

Human Development Index and inequality-adjusted HDI are the indices most commonly used to assess human development on a national -- not a cultural -- level. A county can, and will, contain more than one culture. A single culture can also span more than one country.Spirituality does not figure in either index. I have trouble seeing how you would operationalize such a soft indicator in a meaningful way. (Examples: Number of Nuns and Monks per capita? Number of people attending a Church? Relative position in the World Values Survey to conform to some arbitrary standard? In case you were wondering: None of these work as an intercultural standard.)Social Science and especially Anthropology fowns on the idea of a "most advanced" or "best" culture. Culture has too many dimensions, too much history and too much diversity to be easily reductible to any simple notion of best or worst. And yes, this includes culturally specific notions of what spirituality is and should be.

Are the Japanese the most intelligent race in the world?

Whenever this is asked, the only answers are either "There is no such thing as a smart race..." from people who think the question is racist, or "They are the second smartest race in the world after Whites" from people who are white racists/nationalists.

I am white, but I can't get around the fact that the Japanese are far more technologically advanced that any white country, and they are an amazingly rich country even though they have virtually no natural resources of their own.
Whereas to heighten their average IQ a majority White country like the US relies mostly on the import of highly intelligent people taken from third world countries who neglect their special individuals, and its riches mostly come from its vast resources and its huge export of food(The US has more farms than can feed the whole world).
Good discipline alone can't make a people so innovative and intelligent right?

Note: Please don't get technical about the question, I do mean the Average IQ of a whole country.

Why do many people think that historically Chinese & Persian civilizations were more advanced than European?

At one point in history, perhaps they were more advanced. After all, China invented gunpowder.

How did Europeans conquer the world?

They came from the smallest continent, we're considered less technologically advanced than the East Asians (The most advanced people for millenia) yet somehow managed to dominate the globe for the best part of 4 centuries and still do to some extent today.
