Why Am I Always Bloated

Why am I always bloated?

I always feel bloated! I'm so tired of it! Today I was feeling bloated after I ate some grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and yams; could that have been what made me bloated? I don't know. Sometimes my body is able to "pass it" and sometimes it can't, it's worse when I can't "pass it". It's very uncomfortable and it takes a toll on my self-esteem when I look like I'm pregnant or have a beer belly. I tried eliminating processed foods and salt from my diet, but I still feel bloated. Does anyone know where I can get more information on this? I saw a doctor about it and she said to eliminate dairy from my diet, I have and I'm still bloated! I don't know what else to do. I'm trying to find a list of high sodium foods to avoid, but I can't find any. Or maybe it's something else, I don't know. I used to take those gas-x pills and that didn't work at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Why am I always bloated?

My answer is that whenever you eat, you first chew your food. While chewing and then swallowing you probably take too much air with the food inside to digest. Your stomach gets filled with the food and too much air thus you feel bloated. To solve your bloating after you chewed the food, breath out, and than swallow the food so you take a minimum of air to digest. If you took in too much air than the air has to come out. So first you are bloated and then you let out the air through farting."Gastric dilatation volvulus (also known as twisted stomach, gastric torsion and GDV) is a medical condition in which the stomach becomes overstretched and rotated by excessive gas content. The word bloat is often used as a general term to cover gas distension without twisting and is often a normal change after eating or with aerophagia. It is sometimes used incorrectly to indicate gastric torsion. Gastric dilatation volvulus always involves the twisting of the stomach and is a life-threatening condition that requires prompt treatment. The condition occurs commonly in domesticated animals, especially certain dog breeds. Deep-chested breeds are especially at risk. Mortality rates in dogs range from 10 to 60 percent, even with treatment.[1] With surgery, the mortality rate is 15 to 33 percent."Gastric dilatation volvulus

Why am I always bloated after I run?

Immediately after I run, my stomach looks hugely bloated and not at all its normal size. Of course, about a half hour or so later my stomach starts to get back to normal, and the results show after I run. But I just want to know why my stomach is so bloated immediately after I finish running. Thanks!!!

Why am i always bloated when i wake up?

Drinking a lot of water throughout the day can cause substantial bloating. But after a period of time the water weight as it is known will be removed from the body and the bloating will go down. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is healthy and I find water is a great detox that can remove toxins and even weight from the body the next morning if you start the detox in the morning before you will feel less bloated. But it is a good idea to consult a health professional to make sure your body is suited to drinking a large amount of water. Do not drink large quantities of water forcefully as this can cause major health problems if done dangerously.

Another easier thing to do is not eat anything 3 hours before sleep. This is because when you eat you constantly burn calories afterwards by talking, walking and performing other daily activities but as you are not moving nor talking much in sleep you do not burn calories there for the calories remain in your stomach and turn to fat which is harder to get rid of this also causes bloating in the morning.

Tonight do not eat anything 3 hours before sleeping and see if you feel less bloated in the morning. If the bloating continues consult your doctor. And about the hair consumption may if you're worried or if you think you consumed enough hair for it to be dangerous defiantly speak to you doctor, even consult a doctor just to be sure.
Hope I helped, Aria.

Why do I always feel bloated in my belly?

Try cutting out the beer for a week or so and see what happens. I love beer but it definitely makes me bloated. If you’ve been consuming a lot of dairy-based protein, also try eliminating that if the beer doesn’t make a difference.Edited to add: There is a difference between “bloat” and “fat.” You said you feel bloated, so that’s what I’m going by in my answer. If you are experiencing real bloat, you will probably also be gassy (farty). If you aren’t extraordinarily gassy, then maybe you’re just putting on weight from too many calories.

Always bloated at school?

how can i stop being bloated at school, after I have lunch i get really bloated! and it makes the last 2 lessons undesirable. It almost makes me in pain sometimes and completely distracts from class. how can i stop this? i eat an apple, banana, and a sandwich on rye bread. Any suggestions of how i can fix this

Why do I always get bloated? Even when I don’t eat or after I eat, I’ll get bloated.

Are you drinking enough water or are you eating too much salt? Not drinking enough water or drinking too much caffeine will cause dehydration. Your body reacts by holding on to what little water it has left and storing it in your tissues. This is one fòrm of bloating. If you eat too much salt the salt holds the water in your tissues. If neither of those are the issue I would look into food intolerances such as lactose intolerance. These cause your intestines to blow up with gas, another type of bloating. There are also some diseases that could be the culprit. The also cause gas retention.

I am always bloated below my belly button. Why?

For the past couple of years, I have been bloated below my belly button all the time. Sometimes it hurts when I wear tight pants such as jeans and it can be really embarrassing because it looks like i have a kangaroo patch. I also feel like the bloatedness is hitting my bladder which makes me need to go to urinate frequently. I checked, and i do not have a UTI. I urinate quite frequently because of the pressure I am feeling on my bladder. What could this be?

I am 22. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with IBS and some lactose sensitivity. I have been watching what I eat and rarely eat dairy. I have been eating very healthy now so I do not know why this happens. It happens when I have oatmeal, bread, and coffee sometimes too, not sure why. What could this be?

Why am I always bloated? I feel like my stomach has gas 24/7.

Possibly it’s your diet. Have you discussed this with your doctor? You might want to.Here’s what worked for me, though. I take a multi-enzyme pill in the mornings. That’s helped a ton with my issues. Not a single type of enzyme, but one that covers the whole panoply.Others say that if you fix a “leaky gut” with diet (lots of fermented foods, organics, and bone broth, among other things) that will fix the problem.
