Why Am I Always Nauseous In The Morning

Why am i always nauseous?

I'm sorry about your nausea. There are many potential causes of inner ear issues, so it's difficult to give you a definitive answer. Personally, I suffered from nausea and it was found to be inner ear related. The nausea was awful, so I can certainly relate.

I found some information from the Mayo Clinic site which will give you an idea of potential causes:

I would definitely pursue this with your Doctor, because help is out there - it's just about finding out what is the root cause and the best course of treatment.

I hope you get answers and relief soon. =)

Why do I always feel nauseous in the morning, even when I am not pregnant?

Your blood sugar will be lowest in the morning. Your stomach also, obviously, will be empty. Keep some crackers or something on your nightstand and try nibbling a few before rising.

**ETA**
What are the symptoms?
The symptoms can vary depending on how low the blood sugar level drops.

Mild hypoglycemia can cause nausea, a jittery or nervous feeling, cold and clammy skin, sweating, hunger, and a rapid heartbeat.
Moderate hypoglycemia often makes you feel irritable, anxious, or confused. You may have blurred vision, feel unsteady, and have difficulty walking.
Severe hypoglycemia can lead to loss of consciousness, seizures, and coma—and it may be fatal.

I have symptoms listed as moderate more and more if I don't eat every few hours. Have some orange juice in the refrigerator to drink when you first wake up. It will be the quickest way to raise your blood sugar but eat early as well.

Why do I wake up nauseous every morning?

There could be SO MANY reasons. Very hard to pin down on here.At age 18, 8 hours of sleep may be insufficient. In general, younger people require more sleep.Drawing from my own personal experience; if I don't get enough sleep, without fail, I wake up feeling nauseated in the morning.Try going to bed a half hour early for several nights, then progress to 45 minutes earlier, then an hour, and slowly progress like this until you're going to bed around 10pm and getting up at your usual time of 730am.See if sleeping an additional 1.5 hours (or even 2 at your age!) per night eliminates your morning nausea. If not, you'll need to see a Doctor to investigate other causes.Best wishes to you!

Why do I always feel nauseous?

there are multiple reasons that you could be nauseous. Some of them are
1. Pregnancy - but if you've seen the Dr. and it's been going on for 6 months then you could probably rule that out
2. You are having trouble with your blood sugar -
3. You could be allergic to something you have been eating
4. you are having a hormone imbalance
5. you could have an ulcer

the list goes on and on

If it were me I would go back to the Dr and let him know that you are still having trouble. Ask him to take some blood and run some test.

In the mean time try eating tums and lightly salted crackers to help with the nausea

Why do I always feel dizzy and nauseous while working out in the gym in the morning?

I’m surprised that people are assuming you go to the gym on an empty stomach when you work out in the morning. For my first ~5 months, I worked out fairly early in the morning - almost immediately after breakfast. This is what my schedule looked like:6:30 AM - Wake up & shower7:00 AM - Breakfast (4~6 boiled eggs + 1 scoop of oatmeal)7:50 AM - Drive to gym8:10 AM - cardio classMy class involved LOTS of jumping and kicking around, which was hell on a full stomach.Heck, even if I didn’t do cardio, leg day alone made me feel dizzy and nauseous.Nowadays I work out in the afternoons, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM., and my last meal is generally at 2~3 PM. With this schedule I haven’t felt dizzy or nauseous yet, except for that one time when I ate a banana about an hour before my workout (a banana, of all things…).My best guess is that, in the morning, you’re working out too soon after having breakfast.

Why do i feel nauseous every morning?

This uses to happen to me! It usually means you're not getting enough sleep or you wake up really early. I know when I would only get 4 hours a sleep I would feel naseous in the morning. Also, if you're waking up really early and/or early ad usual (example: You wake up at 5 everyday for work but now for a meeting you have to wake up at 4) That can cause naeseuousness. Finally, if you're continually waking up early especially at different times, that causes naesea too. I'm with you on this: overall just try and get more sleep!

PS: If you are adjusting to a new sleeping schedule anf waking up earlier than usual, that can definitely be the issue! Try and get more sleep anf your body will adapt!

Why do I feel nauseous every morning?

I'm a 14 year old girl. No I am not pregnant because I'm too self conscious to have sex. Anyways, every morning a wake up sick to my stomach. I feel like puking. After I eat it makes it worse for a while then it goes away. Why is this happening?

Why do I wake up feeling nauseous?

when I saw this question ,I want to answer  it immediately . I have the same feeling with you . I am only 18 years old.when I wake up I am feeling nauseous . So I went to see the doctor. The  doctor  said that my liver has a very quick-tempered(I saw the traditional Chinese medicine .) So I had a decoction of medicinal ingredients which can nurse my health. After I had this  medicine for one week , I felt much better. And when it came to two months,I was completely right. So maybe you have eat too much meat at dinner,I advise you to have more vegetables and fruit.

Why do I wake up every morning extremely nauseous?

Do you drink enough water? Being dehydrated can definitely make you feel nauseated, and since your body, and kidney's uses sleep to repair, and filter your blood during the night, if you aren't hydrated enough, in the morning you could be nauseated. Do you have to pee and pee a lot when you wake up? Because you should be waking up and have to go pee, and pee a lot. If you do, you know that your kidneys had a lot of water available to help them filter your blood. Also, do you have any type of blood sugar problems? If you eat a lot of sugar the night before, and you have blood sugar issues, like reactive hypoglycemia, that could mess with you and make you feel nauseated after a night of basically fasting. So it could be lots of things but just make sure you are eating a low sugar diet at night with lots of vegetables and drink tons of water and stay hydrated. Nausea is a common symptom of tons of things, so it could be anything, but one of the biggest causes is dehydration, which can be cured by drinking more water.
