Why do i get bloated after eating mixed nuts?

i try to eat nuts after i have some protien cereal to get in some healthy fats but it bloats me...is eating a fat source really necessary i mean i know u need fats but is it enough if i just eat complex carbs and proteins and fats come all from those?

Why am I extremely bloated after cheat day?

I had a cheat day (ate a serving of cake, a cup of ice cream, potato salad, and a brownie which was my cheat- not just what I ate that day) one day ago, and now I am EXTREMELY bloated. I ran more than my body could handle on the cheat day, so I am extremely sore, and haven't been exercising. I've been drinking water like crazy, but the bloat still hasn't gone down AT ALL. Whenever I eat a meal I feel like my stomach expands even more! I don't know what to do now. Will I return to normal once I start exercising again? Should I fast? Why am I even bloated so much? I mean seriously, I look pregnant.

Every time i eat, my stomach bloats a lot?

Possible causes of bloating include:

The most common causes of chronic stomach bloating are irregular
digestive processes which produce gases at a much higher rate than
normal.
Pre-menstrual Tension (PMT) - The symptoms tend to disappear or
greatly improve once the bleeding actually starts.
Contraceptive pill
Too much alcohol
Salt, or processed foods in your diet - even a small amount of excess
sodium causes bloating.
Too little protein in diet.
Doctors believe that bloating is usually the result of an intestinal
disorder, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The cause of IBS is
unknown, but may involve abnormal movements and contractions of
intestinal muscles and increased pain sensitivity in the intestine.
These disorders may give a sensation of bloating because of increased
sensitivity to gas.
Carbonated Drinks- Fizzy drinks, including soda pop and spritzers,
increase bloating because the carbon dioxide trapped in the bubbles
creates gas, which slows down stomach emptying.
Water intake: Many women believe that drinking too much water will
give them puffy abs, but just the opposite is true. Even though we
associate water with being bloated, drinking more water can help to
flush sodium out of the body, and that reduces the bloat.
Lactose Intolerance- sometimes your stomach is unable to digest the
lactose--or milk sugar--in dairy foods leading to bloating.
Food allergies can cause your stomach to puff out, too. But this is a
reaction of the immune system involving the whole body, and usually
hives and runny nose are the more prominent symptoms.
Any disease that causes intestinal inflammation or obstruction, such
as Crohn's disease or colon cancer, may also cause abdominal bloating.
In addition, people who have had many operations, adhesions (scar
tissue), or internal hernias may experience bloating or pain.
Finally, eating a lot of fatty food can delay stomach emptying and
cause bloating and discomfort.

If you binge eat one day (3000 calories), will the extra weight be visible the next day?

It takes 3500 excess calories, approximately to gain a pound of fat. If you ate 3000 calories a day for 3 or 4 days in a row, you would probably end up gaining a pound, assuming you burn about 2000 calories a day. You could bloat up with water weight, though, from the binge day, and look about 3 pounds heavier. If you're small framed like me, it would be barely noticeable. If you have an average or large frame, it wouldn't be noticeable at all. I don't eat too much usually, so when I have a binge day, I end up getting sick and sometimes losing weight. Everyone is different. If you really want to have a special day and eat what you want, go ahead. Just wear loose fitting pants.

How long does binge bloat/water retention normally take to go away?

Body composition varies according to gender and fitness level because fatty tissue contains less water than lean tissue. The average adult male is about 60% water. The average adult woman is about 55% water because women naturally have more fatty tissue than men. Overweight men and women have less water, as a percent than their leaner counterparts.Where Exactly Is Water in the Human Body? Most of the body's water is in the intracellular fluid (2/3 of the body's water). The other third is in the extracellular fluid (1/3 of the water). The amount of water varies, depending on the organ. Much of the water is in blood plasma (20% of the body's total). According to a study performed by H.H. Mitchell, published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry, the amount of water in the human heart and brain is 73%, the lungs are 83%, muscles and kidneys are 79%, the skin is 64%, and the bones are around 31%.The percent of water depends on your hydration level. People feel thirsty when they have already lost around 2-3% of their body's water. Mental performance and physical coordination start to become impaired before thirst kicks in, typically around 1% dehydration.Although liquid water is the most abundant molecule in the body, additional water is found in hydrated compounds.About 30-40% of the weight of the human body is the skeleton, but when the bound water is removed, either by chemical desiccation or heat, half the weight is lost. How Much of the Human Body Is Water?https://images-na.ssl-images-ama...

My stomach is bloated and hurts so much?

So I've been on a diet for about a month now and I haven't ate much. I try to eat less than 500 calories a day consisting of mainly fruit & vegetables. Yesterday I only had 5 bites of a cantaloupe and today I had 4 blueberries in the morning. I decided to have a cheat day today and I was so hungry I ate a slice of cheese pizza, 2 breadsticks, sushi and a slice of cheesecake in less than 10 minutes because I was so terribly hungry. Now my stomach is very bloated and it even hurts to move. What can I do to ease my stomach pain?

Is it possible to have a cheat day on a Keto diet?

Yes - but there’s various kinds of “cheating” - some kick you out of ketosis others do not. There’s also a deliberate kind of cyclic keto protocol used specifically to change-up and reset the metabolism when it down-regulates due to becoming super efficient and burning body fat and the rate of body fat consumption (self eating) reduces. Those interested in body building aspects where one can put on more lean body mass (muscle) with a higher caloric gain by going to more traditional nutrition protocols (even high carbs if one is insulin sensitive with no Insulin resistance). Then after a few weeks or months go back a ketogenic style of macro ratio (very low carbs or none [carnivore variant of keto - all animal protein]) to get very lean and “cut”/:ripped” looking - which has the effect of making the muscle very defined and looking much larger for aesthetic purposes. If one wants to cheat on weekends for social reasons one can do a Keto Intermittent Fasting at One Meal A Day for 5x per week to get deep=in on fat burning then on the weekend stay on keto macro ratios and go to 2–3 meals per day for more net calories but enter more into an anabolic growth state to again gain muscle or just reset the body to higher metabolism.Alternatively one can go to more carbs on weekends for example to kick oneself out of ketosis for social eating then go back to ketosgenic eating the next week or later. If one is “Fat Adapted” (the body is already very efficient at producing ketone bodies and weened off years of carb based nutrition with proper enzymes and hormone health to assimilate body fat) then it can be coaxed to reenter ketosis in a few days by a few techniques: complete multi-day fasting of no food or very little, exercise to burn off liver and muscle glucose/glycogen (intense gym and cardio); or by just eating ketogenic and waiting for body to burn through liver glucose by normal basil metabolic load so the liver if forced to eventually start producing ketone bodies to meet energy needs. The latter can take a week or more if fat adapted after carbing-up.

I am so bloated and uncomfortable, yet I continue to eat and binge on everything. How can I stop? This happens everytime I visit my parents’ house.

Not to diminish your struggle, but this happens to me too.I usually eat quite well in my day to day life, but when I visit home, my mom always wants to cook for me and feed me all of the comfort foods of my childhood. My dad uses my visit as an excuse to try out all the new restaurants in town. But that’s pretty common in my family, we enjoy food together, even at the expense of our dairy free, gluten free, vegan, sugar free, lives.I’ve started to prep my parents before I visit. “Mom, I really love when you cook for me, but I’m trying to eat better, can we opt for {Blank} instead?”My parents are pretty understanding, when I communicate. :)
