Why am I feeling dizzy?

This started to happen yesterday. I was on my laptop, then I lied my head down on my bed to rest. After that, I got up and I felt really dizzy. (I got up slowly not fast so it's not that type of dizziness) When I stood up to walk it was as if I had spun around in circles LIGHTLY. I was dizzy but not to the point where I fell or anything, it was as if I was sleepy and I had a little trouble walking or something. I thought it was normal since in the past months I have felt dizzy sometimes too.

I thought it would go away over night and so I slept and I woke up and I felt better and thought my dizziness went away. But at school I started to get dizzy again during 1st period and when I went to walk and sit down on my chair I fell into it, rather than actually sitting down.

Also when I was walking today, I noticed that I tipped lightly from side to side... (which is starting to worry me) As I'm typing now I still feel dizzy, and now my head feels really tight and pressured all around I guess? I'm really scared and I searched up my "symptoms" and I'm really really worried that I could have a stroke D:

I'm only 13 though T_T And ever since I felt dizzy I kinda got weaker too so I haven't really been talking much and my whole body feels weaker...so I'm wondering what's wrong with me? The other things that I found online that had dizziness as symptoms were migraine or a middle ear infection but I'm not sure so I hope any one can tell me what's wrong with me? A big thanks if someone knew! :)

Please let it not be a stroke T_T

Why do I feel dizzy while studying?

Irked Syndrome is a perceptual dysfunction causing light sensitivity. It is as if the brain is not filtering out light that enters the eyes. Looking at white paper reflects more light into the eyes and makes the black print distort: blur, move, shake, disappear etc. The brain has to work extremely hard to decipher on what it is focusing. Because you are reading you probably are suiting under direct light making it worse.There are several things you can do: shade your eyes from light with a visor or ball cap, turn lights down to dim, when reading on the computer, reduce the contrast of background and print, photo copy printed page on a coloured page to reduce contrast. Off white or beige paper is better than white paper.If you have Irlen Syndrome, it is likely someone else in your family is also effected. Who in the family does not like reading for any length of time? Is their home kept dark with heavy curtains and little lighting?you can be assessed by an Irlen Screener who will then refer you to an Irlen diagnostician where lenses that can be worn in frames like glasses will be customized to your individual needs.

Why am I urinating a lot and feeling dizzy?

I have this same condition as you and I feel compelled to reply. I never really believe doctors so I take matters into my own hands. I discovered that it is electrolytes imbalance that causes me to urinate frequently and at the same time I feel dizzy. I feel insatiable hunger as well although eating not too long ago, all of these symptoms are very much similar to diabetes. When I have these symptoms I simply eat an orange with salt and drink some water. I gradually feel better after 10 minutes, the urge to go to toilet and hunger stop magically.Orange contains essential electrolytes that our bodies need, some people lose them more easily if they are prone to sweating or other factors. You may google other fruits or vegetables for electrolytes imbalance, but I think orange is kind of a quick fix. Realistically speaking, you have to supply your body with electrolytes regularly to prevent these symptoms from happening.If your symptoms disappear after following my suggestion, it’s likely that you have the same problem as mine. Well, it’s better safe than sorry, you may want to see a doctor for this.

Why do i keep feeling dizzy, tired and cold?

When you had the blood tests done, did they test you for Iron deficiency? Because the symptoms you describe sound like you are Iron deficient. I went though the same thing when I was around your age as well. Iron deficiency is more common in females than men because of our monthly cycle. After a week of taking iron tablets I noticed a huge improvement in the way I felt.
The symptoms below are copied from the Blackmores Health product site:
http://www.blackmores.com.au/Conditions/...

Symptoms

Iron deficiency anaemia is more common in women than men and is associated with:

* Weakness
* Fatigue
* General malaise or tiredness
* Bluish lips, pasty skin, pale gums, nail beds and eye-lid linings

More severe symptoms such as breathlessness, light-headedness or dizziness may indicate more severe anaemia and medical attention should be sought immediately.
Causes

Iron deficiency is usually related to dietary intake of this important mineral, but other factors may also be involved. For example, women who lose excessive amounts of blood through heavy menstrual flow may have become deficient in iron. Many mothers develop anaemia during pregnancy, as their iron stores are diverted to the developing baby. Additionally, those who have suffered blood loss due to accident, surgery or chronic disease are also at risk of developing anaemia.

--------------------------------------...

If you where not tested for Iron deficiency (anaemia) then next time you get to the doctor get them to another blood test.

In the mean time I think you should start taking a course of Iron Tablets from a health shop. Talk to them and get them to recommend the best brand for you.

Why am I feeling dizzy when I wake up in the morning?

This has never happened to me before but for the past 2 or 3 days I have been waking up being very dizzy! I lose balance when walking to the living room and everything.
I am not on a diet. I eat plenty of food and I eat just like I always have. I thought "blood sugar is too low" but then I went back to the part that I eat exactly the same as I always did!
What's the deal here?
