Why Am I Frightened To Death When My Uncle Enters The Room

What was your earliest experience with death?

Abandonment by my single mother when I was 5 years old was a sort of death. But the violent (cerebral hemorrhage) death of my adoptive mother in front of me when I was 8 years old was the first actual death. The funny thing was that I have always conflated them both as abandonment. I have traveled the world and slep with more than a thousand women in my life and have adored every one of them. But I have never been able to stay with one long enough to lose them. That said, I’ve been married 3 times: the first time for less than a year; the second for 10 years; and the 3rd for more than 20 years. They all hated that I was away so much, but none of them ever complained.

What did you feel, when you saw a dead body in front of you?

There were two separate occasions:I was ten years old the first time I’d seen a dead body. I was on vacation with my family and we were on a mini snorkeling cruise. I remember chatting with my uncle as we sat at a table, only to be interrupted by a sudden burst of tourists that moved from one side of the boat to the other. We figured they’d seen a dolphin or something, until a few watchers began to cry while others covered the eyes of nearby children- not a dolphin at all. So, my uncle and I curiously wandered to that side of the boat, peered over the shoulders of the other tourists, and saw the most haunting image a tourist on vacation could see. Across from the boat, sailing away, was a dead man on plank. He was face down and completely naked. From his head, a trail of blood flowed- soaking into the wood, dripping into the ocean. Looking back on it now, for being so young I wasn’t as frightened or concerned as I *probably* should have been. I think at the time I was more confused as to why the men working on that ship advised the rest of us not to say anything to officials. My uncle later described to me that because we were tourists visiting a foreign country, having reported the situation could have proved more problematic for us.Ten years later I would have another encounter with a dead body- a pair of dead bodies actually! I studied biology in college and had a friend who TA’ed for an Anatomy and Physiology lab. I was sitting outside of his class munching on a bag of Cheetos, waiting for him to finish so we could chill after. Once lab ended and all the students left, he peaked his head out from the door and called to me. He waved for me to come into the lab, so I grabbed my backpack and my Cheetos and sauntered in. In the room were two covered cadavers. My friend asked excitedly if I wanted to check em out, and I (remember-I was a bio student) excitedly agreed! He revealed the cadavers- one woman and one man. He explained the cause of their deaths and went into the biology of it all. It was the closest I had ever been to a dead body, and just like my first time seeing a dead body, I didn’t feel much at all. I wasn’t scared. I wasn’t disgusted. I wasn’t even mournful. All I could really think about was eating another Cheeto, but I resisted the urge out of respect for the dead that lay before me.

Do you ever had a paranormal experience/adventure or heard any ghost story which frightened you?

I've already shared my experience with the other side here - >  Parvathy Nair Muraleekrishnan's answer to Does any Indian have a real experience of paranormal activities at some haunted place? The following is my friend's experience. He is from Ranchi, and this happened either in Jharkhand or one of its neighboring states. (I don't remember the exact location.)   I'll tell the story in first person. "It was the summer after my entrance examinations. I had gone to my grandparents house to spend my vacation. It was a fun vacation until that morning. I used to go for morning walk every morning  with my uncle. There was a school near our house and it had a big playground. There was a big tree and a water tap at one end of the playgroup.  We used to circle that playground a couple of times, and then went back home. Like everyday, we set out that day as well. It was around 5-5:30 in the morning.  After circling the ground a couple of times, my uncle got thirsty, and we went near the water tap to drink some water. As he was drinking water from the tap, I looked around, and I saw an old lady standing near the tree. She was signalling us to go,  with her hands. She was dressed in a navy blue saree, like the aayah of that school. I signalled my uncle, who was drinking water from the tap, that a lady was standing there. As soon as he saw her, he took my hand and started running. His face was pale, and he looked terrified. Having no idea what happened, I was baffled. I stopped him forcefully and asked him what was wrong. " Look at her feet. ", he said, took my hand and started running. I looked back, and what I saw terrified me to my very core. That woman was climbing the big tree with using just her hands. Her legs were hanging freely, and her feet were facing backwards. That sight scared the bejesus out of me. It was a chudail. Petrified, I ran with all the strength I had. "I don't remember what I asked him, or what he told me if I asked him something. But I remember that he promised me that this actually happened. I cannot guarantee its credibility, but I trust him.Thank you for the question, Anil.

Wild Bird In My House Whats the Omen?

I woke up this morning and a wild bird had gotten into my house. I live alone and it really wasn't afraid of the bird or anything (and I got it out by opening the door and letting it fly out). I found out how it got in a fixed the problem. But I am a bit superstitious and about 15 years ago a bird flew at my mothers (the window) and broke its neck but was still alive and I had to do a mercy killing. My uncle died a few days later. I am kind of scared now. But this time the bird didn't die I set it free. Any thoughts?

My dad said the reason my cat hates me is because he can sense that i hate cats. is that possible?

He hates me I swear. I yell at him a lot. He comes into my room and sits on my window sill and walks around like he owns the place, then after a while of me talking smack to him, he turns around and glares at me.(scariest ******* thing ever) I swear he is evil. I'm afraid he's going to claw me to death in my sleep. A few hours ago, I was petting him nicely, then out of nowhere, he clawed my hand like the little shithead he is. I kind of tease him by poking his belly when he's laying down, and he hates that and I think its funny to watch him try to attack my hand but it never works. I think that's why he hates me. But my dad said the reason all.cats hate me is because they can sense that I don't like cats. Is that even possible? Some cats are nice to me. Almost all kittens are nice to me. But most cats, especially ones I'm around a lot, hate me, and I hate them back. Does he understand what I'm saying when I yell at him and when I threaten to eat him and other mean stuff? HOW DOES HE KNOW. this is a serious question guys. I swear he's a demon!
