Why Am I. Getting Short If Breath All Mist To Fall With Sharp Pain In My Feet

Why does my arm sting/go numb after shooting meth?

If you're getting a blood return and you're a 100% sure you're in the vein it could be some kind of cutting agent they're using to cut it with. I've had some burn for about the first 3″ to 4″ of the shot then just stop burning. I just assumed it was probably acetone though. The numbness doesn't make sense if you're actually in the vein though. I'm no medical expert either, but it does sound like nerve damage. I would just watch for any red lines that appear around the injection site, you could develop an abscess or even worse a blood infection. I've been able to treat abscesses at home, however, blood infections are nothing to take lightly they can be fatal very quickly. The red line is an indicator that infection is setting up and if travels to the heart it can be deadly. I have some pictures of ones I caught in early stages and treated them myself. It's not a pleasant experience. I would try a different place until the current one heals up. That's the beginning to end phase of a typical abcess that was caused by “Black Tar Herion” which is more common with H. Ice tends to crystalize then slowly dissolve. I had a place where I missed with a shot of ice that if I pressed on it I could hear a rapid heartbeat inside my head. A warm towel laid across the injection site will sometimes make it heal quicker.

Clicking/popping noise in back of nose/throat area, especially when I lay down at night?

Is it at its worst when you lie on your side(s), and does it start all over again when you switch sides? Does it improve if you lie on your back or belly? If so, what you're hearing is the contents of your upper sinuses (position-wise) draining into the lower ones, often amplified by your lower ear. The passage allowing drainage is narrowed by swelling, and a bubble of air must enter the sinus (with a teeny sound) before any mucus can leave.

Think of a full bottle of something thick (ketchup? maple syrup?) tipped enough to allow the contents to cover the opening. Nothing gets out unless some air gets in. That's what's happening to your sinuses, and lying down tips the bottle.

This is very common, and the only solution is to use a product which assists in drainage or to get nasal or sinus surgery to enable proper drainage by enlarging the openings.

As a longtime sinus sufferer, I can recommend various products, but you'd want to check with your doctor before trying something nightly. Consider Mucinex-D, Afrin nasal spray, or Sudafed. Make sure you are well-hydrated all the time (urine almost colorless), since this thins the mucus in the sinuses, allowing it to drain more easily. Use a neti pot and saline solution twice daily, too. (Many 'sinus people' swear by these, FWIW.)

Lots of people also find relief in a white-noise source like a fan, the radio in between stations, etc.

Is it bad to start shaking while on Imitrex?

I take Imetrex for severe migranes and ever since then I have been extremely shakey. It varies sometimes to where it's so bad I cannot write. So I am wondering if it is bad. I also take Depakote ER for my Epilepsy.

What does a heart attack feel like?

I had a major heart attack in 2014, and here is my story:I woke up not feeling well - I couldn’t explain it… I just didn’t feel well.Around 9am, my mother and father stopped by; they had gone to the stations of the cross at the church right down the road. I began feeling a pain in my right arm, but I tried to ignore it. My mother looked at me and said that I didn’t look well, but I told her I was fine, so her and my father left. So, it was just me and my 23 year old son. He saw me rubbing my arm and asked me what was wrong. I told him I wasn’t sure - that it was like a pressure pain that was moving up my arm. He said it sounded like a heart attack, and I laughed because I thought that I was too young for a heart attack. In 2014 I was going to be 43, I believe.Anyhow, I told him that I was going to take a hot shower and put the water on my arm but that I was going to leave the door open in case I needed him to call someone. I got in the shower. At that point, the pain was in my upper arm and neck. I stood under the hot water and aimed on my neck, but it did not help. I was uncomfortable, but I managed to get out and get dressed.I then told my son that maybe a nap would make me feel better, but after just two minutes of lying down, I was too uncomfortable to bear it. I thought that I would do a breathing treatment to make myself feel better. To this day, I still wonder why in the world I thought that a breathing treatment would be effective even though I was breathing just fine and the pain was in my arm and neck.Anyway, I took out my nebulizer and albuterol and started the machine. I took one deep breath and the pain shot up from about a 5 to past a 10. I cried for my son to call 911.I made it to the local hospital, and they performed many tests and gave by nitro glycerin four times. They then stabilized me so that I could fly in the Flight for Life helicopter into the city for emergency surgery. In the city, I had a stent put in. That night, the nurse accidentally opened up my surgical site and blood splattered everywhere, making me lose so much blood that I needed two transfusions.I was told that I was lucky to be alive, and that I should have come in to the hospital when I first felt the pain in my arm and neck, and that that would have saved me a lot of trouble. I also suffered a mild brain injury because I didn’t have enough oxygen going to my head.

Need Advice....Shattered Ankle?

In 2004 I fell and shattered my ankle..I have screws and plate in the both sides of my left ankle..things aren't going well with it as come to find out there are more problems with my foot..the doctor who did the surgery told me that there is nothing more that he can do so he sent me for a second opinion.. this doctor gave me pain patches to wear that did help some but I can feel my foot getting worse and it scares me..My daughter called me because she knows someone who did the same thing and his doctor told him that the plate and screws have to come out after a year because the bone does heal...they can't remove mine as I did alot of damage..they said the next step would to take out the nerve in my foot...would it be worth it to do or just learn to live with this pain..been having alot of spasms in my foot at night and it is really bothersome..I am also afraid of losing my foot but if I have to then it needs to be done...has anyone out there had this done??

Overuse of asthma inhaler, sideaffect?

It sounds like a defective inhaler, which is a very serious problem and should be reported to the manufacturer. If you're having serious symptoms from overdose, obviously by now I hope you've sought medical attention.

Now, on the question of Epinephrine. This is an outdated drug that has been replaced by Albuterol. For some reason, Epinephrine is allowed to remain over-the-counter while Albuterol (which actually works much better and has far fewer side effects) is by prescription only. The consequences of overdosing on Epinephrine is much greater, because it has a far stronger effect on the heart. In fact, Epinephrine works like adrenalin. Albuterol can have a mild effect on the heart, but your doctor would probably tell you that it's pretty harmless for most people.

The answer is, your side effects will go away from that unusual dose. But you should go see a doctor for an adjustment to your treatment. Now, Albuterol will probably cost more (especially since it became a CFC free spray for environmental reasons). However, cost should not be the reason you use Bronchial Mist, because all manufacturers of Albuterol offer discounts to people who need it, and the final price will be lower than that Walgreens stuff you've been taking.

All the best to you!
