Why Am I Racist If I Disagree With Obama

If you don't like Obama, are you racist?

Why do you dislike President Obama? Some equate a Democrat with Satan. If you are in that boat then you really need to decide why you hate half of the United States but claim to be a patriot. If you dislike President Obama because of his policies then you can debate the pros and cons of the issues and you have a good reason to have voted for another person. Please evaluate if you really can debate the issues or if you can just shut down a conversation. To be able to debate takes great skills and knowledge. If you dislike President Obama because you do not agree with his religion then you are not a Christian. That is not a racist just not a Christian. This is true because President Obama says he is a Christian and chose to be a Christian. If you do not like other Christians when you claim to be a Christian then you need to read Christ’s teachings again and pay attention to the Pharisees and Scribes. If you are do not like President Obama because he was not a US citizen then yes you are a racist because he is as much a US citizen as Ted Cruz except President Obama was born in the US instead of Canada.

If you DON'T vote for Obama, you're a RACIST! ! !?

Seriously - Am I the ONLY one sick of hearing that crap from Obama supporters? Here's how a typical conversation with an Obama supporter goes.

Average person - "I don't think Im going to vote for Obama this election....I don't really agree with his views."

Obama supporter - "YOU'RE A RACIST!!!!!!"

Obama supporters, does it ever occur to you that maybe we disagree with his views, and that his race has absolutely nothing to do with our votes?

Frankly, I think voting for him just because he's black is racist.

Okay...Now go ahead and call me a racist and an idiot because I'm not going to vote for the man. :)

Is it true that if you didn't vote for Obama you're racist?

I vote color bind. I also vote gender blind, and religion blind. I think that black people that voted for Obama simply because he is black, may have cast a racist vote. White people and others who may have voted for someone else simply because Obama was black may have cast a racist vote.I did not vote for Obama, but it had nothing to do with the color of his skin. It did not even have anything to do with his birth certificate. In my view, his mother was an American Citizen at the time of his birth, so his birth place (probably Hawaii) was irrelevant to me. So I cannot be moved by playing that card, unless a person truly is not Constitutionally qualified to be President. In most cases, that is simply a hair-splitting technicality. John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone. That was not and is not the USA. Yet he is a natural born citizen. Ted Cruz was born in Canada, but his parents were US citizens. I would have voted for him if, and only if, I thought he was the best candidate to both go up against HRC and to lead the nation. I would not have been upset had he won the primary. He did not. When I had to choose between Obama and McCain, or Obama and Romney, I chose not to vote for Obama. Simply put, I did not and do not agree with his positions, nor his philosophy of government. I would have voted for Herman Cain had he ever been the nominee. His skin color is irrelevant. I like the man. I like his thinking. He would have been a good leader. All I can really say is, why does the left demonize all the blacks on the right? Is this not a perverted form of racism in its own right? No one thinks all whites have to support the same party. Why is there such an attitude about blacks?Somehow we have the idea that Mexican Americans have to be liberal, and Cuban Americans have to be conservative. Here we are, following the leadership of a great black man, a martyr to his cause, who had a dream, that one day a man would be judged by the content of his character rather than the color of his skin. And yet, the left simply cannot let it go. It is not racist for a white man to disagree with a black man on a principle. It is not becoming an “Uncle Tom” for a black man to agree with a white man on principle. It is simply people determining their own destiny, and making up their own minds.Any objections to that?

Is it racist to not like Obama because he is a horrible president?

I will respectfully say that while you yourself are not racist i know quite a few who don't like Obama b/c he's African American. Some from my own job. I have overheard some of my co workers saying they didn't want a n President. Yes while he's not been a great President Bush wasn't any better. I know you may disagree with me but why wasn't the Tea Party created until Obama was elected President? And despite their denials i believe many of them are racists especially with the pictures they display of Obama. Long story short all i will say is that Bush led this country to the worst recession since the Great depression b/c he looked the other way while Wall St & the Banks abused the system & led this country to the situation it's in now. How is that Obama's fault? Bush was the one who led this country into debt thanks to his war of lies & deceit in Iraq for supposed weapons that where never found & the other lie that Saddam was involved with 9/11. Again yes Obama hasn't been great but he has done more to help the poor & middle class than Bush has ever done. Only in America is it considered wrong to give Health care to every citizen. And before I'm accused of being a Lib I'm not. I'm a Moderate who didn't like when Clinton was in office either. And I don't always buy into the division factor that many news Stations like to do these days whether it's CNN, Fox News or MSNBC. They do nothing but cause division, & dislike among people. That's just my point of view.

Edit: I will agree Obama has spent a lot of money. Only thing i will say as well is that it's going to take more than 1 term in my opinion to fix the damage caused by some of our past Presidents. No matter who's the next President should Obama lose next election they won't fix things overnight either.

Why do liberals cry racism every time a conservative disagrees with Obama?

I for one am sick and tired of people of low intellect crying racism just because I disagree with the President. I disagreed with Clinton and he is not brown skinned. I disagree with Reid, and he is as Caucasian as it gets. But if I say that Obama is bad for the country, I am called a racist. If I say that ObamaCare is a bad law, I am called a racist. If I call Obama out on his many lies, I am called a racist. Personally, I am ready for all you liberals to take that racism crap and shove it up your rear end. Get a life and discuss issues, not just name calling.
