Why am i so emotional?
U are like me !!!! I am so emotional and sensitive, I cry for small thing ( sometime I feel like i can't even talk ) I mean when my father is scolding me or asking me and I am a Bit sad , I began to tear and cry like BABY ( I try to control myself but..... ) Even my parent r saying that i am useless and like baby SOMETIMES but sometimes I am smart ............ We both have same problem * Emotional * :D I heard from some people that when Girl grow up and have the period she began to be Somewhat sensitive.........., I read this information in a website......... I search alot BUT can't find that Website !!!! :( I find another one ( i will post the main point about.... ) both boys and girls go through all sorts of emotional changes at puberty. Sometimes I think that society is a bit unfair on boys here. Everyone knows that girls can get emotional when they are experiencing hormonal changes and starting menstruation, but boys are also coping with hormonal changes, although usually a couple of years later than the girls and they sometimes get forgotten. Why am I so emotional after my period?
This is completely normal. Female hormones are always up and down. They can make you feel sad or depressed. They can make you feel overly happy. They can cause you to be easily angered. Try to keep a diary of when you feel different emotions and when you start your period. That way, you can see patterns and know what to expect.

I'm extremely emotional lately and I have no idea why. It's gotten so bad that it's affected my relationship with my boyfriend. Anything I get a little upset by quickly escalates to me balling and saying that I don't know if we're going to last much longer etc. etc. I didn't used to be like this, I used to not care about every little thing so much but now it all hurts. I try to just relax but my emotions take over everything and I just cry. It's embarrassing really because I know I shouldn't be crying. So why could this be? I know I'm not pregnant and not getting my period soon. Nothing around me has changed but my emotions. What can I do to make this stop? Is it something I could see a doctor about?

HiIt could be the hormonal changes. I am not a doctor so i can not be sure. I suggest you meet a good gynaecology and discuss this if this has been happening for years.Alternatively, you could keep yourself occupied and indulge in some regular work out routine which could help you deal with being too sensitive. Other options could be starting a new hobby, meditation, dancing etc.ThanksPooja
