Why is it that in reviews of apps on the Google Play Store, almost all apps have more ratings for 5,4,3 and 1 stars and fewer for 2 stars?
There have been studies where the explanation for a high density of 5 and 1 star ratings are high. Apparently this was also the reason why Youtube chose to switch from stars to like/dislike. One theory was that the voters would be those who either like the product in question very much, or dislike it to such an extent that they chose to invest time in defaming it.We can extend this to all 5 stars then by imagining what would be going on in the mind of the voter.5: Awesome! It couldn't be better!4: Awesome, but I have a few requirements I'm reserving the last star for.3: Yeah, it's not buggy, but nothing outstanding about it either.2: Err... umm... I kinda don't like it, but they're at least trying...1: This thing sucks big time. Why does this even exist!If you try to imagine it this way, the 2 star rating seems to be on a cliff of preferred votes. Most people with this opinion, if at all, would simply uninstall the app and forget about it.

Whats the best photo editing app for android?
I'm looking for a Photo editing App that can... Resize a picture WITHOUT zooming into it. That can let me place stickers (of my own) onto the picture, from my SD card. And can let me put my own background saved on my SD card. I've downloaded almost every free app for android out there so far and none of them had what I wanted. I was just wondering if anyone knows any Apps that aren't too expensive, that do these. My overall goal is to decorate my pictures like a Japanese purikura, except I want the option to decorate it with my own stickers. (Not the crappy ones on the app.) Anyway thank you! :)

I have been thinking about switching to apple. I currently use android, but I think apple seems better, so i'm thinking about switching soon. I have never used an iPhone before.
