Is it really true that the Western toilet is bad and the Indian toilet is good?
There are several aspects to look at when comparing Western Toilet and Indian ToiletPosture:As many other answers pointed out, Indian toilets are the best in posture as it would naturally push the shit out instead of you holding your breath, closing your eyes and pushing till your ears get blocked. Having said that, we can't thump our chests saying that Indian toilets are best just because of this one point. This is because, the very way we live our lives nowadays, very few of us care about postures. For e.g. we can see the couches we sit, the way we see TV, the way we eat, none of this is right so it would be hypocritical to talk about postures in shitting.Cleanliness in the Toilet:No matter how much we argue, a Western toilet is actually much more cleaner than an Indian toilet mainly because of one reason, the floor of the Toilet doesn't get Wet, it remains dry. So you don't have to indulge in some acrobatic stunts to remove your pants and wear it again fearing that it might get wet. A western toilet doesn't even require you to remove your pants either.Further more, a dry toilet will give you an impression as if it is just another living space. A wet toilet, no matter how clean it is will not give that impression.Disabled and Elderly:Without a doubt, a Western Toilet is much better for disabled and elderly. Recently, i tore an ankle ligament and my leg was in a cast, every time i shit in the western toilet, i was deeply thankful for the person who invented it.Considering the points above, i think a Western toilet is much more suitable for today's world because nobody cares a damn about any posture these days, let alone shitting.However, even after considering all the above, 100% pure western toilet with tissue paper to wipe is downright disgusting and i would prefer a dirty looking, wet Indian toilet with water to wash.A western toilet with water spray to wash will be the perfect combo.Cheers & Happy shitting...:-)

Hi folks, I have a serious problem here as my duty as a parent has clashed with my duty to punish sin. My son is 15, and recently has admitted to me and my wife that he is a homosexual. We were utterly reppelled, and sent him to a Christian Boys Summer School in Utah where he would learn through the love of Christ that his perverted un natural urges could be cured. Apparently it didnt work as my wife's best friend who is a teacher at my son's High School caught my son and another boy holding hands and kissing in the halls. I am absolutely disgusted at his breach of the Lord's will and have notified him he is out of house by the end of the month. Am i correct in this?
