Why is Tom Glavine so overrated?

I'm not sure that he's overrated. You never hear him mentioned in discussions about the great pitchers in MLB history or in the history of the Braves franchise, for that matter. Glavine gets recognition for his longevity and the fact that he held his own in one of the most formidable starting rotations in baseball history, posting solid numbers during the steroids era.
He wasn't flashy, he just went out and took his turn every five days for 20 years. And that start resulted in a win for Atlanta more often than not.
I don't think Glavine is over- or underrated. He's just a guy who hung around long enough and impressed enough people to get voted into the HoF.

Do brave people fear?

Quite the opposite: brave people are usually terrified of those things that might cause harm to life, limb and liberty. They experience fear in situations where you’d expect there to be a natural fear response. The reason they’re brave is because despite their fear, they still act. Firemen afraid of being burned still walk into burning buildings. Construction workers afraid of heights still build skyscrapers. People afraid of cats still work in animal shelters. Soldiers scared of being killed still go into battle. These people are brave.A truly fearless person cannot be brave, because they do not experience fear, and thus cannot overcome their fear. Only a person who feels fear can surmount it. Only that person could be considered brave.

When you have braces can you give oral sex to a Man?

Can you give oral sex to a man when you have braces on? Does it hurt the man at all? Will it hurt me at all? Will it be the same as giving oral to a man before having braces? I am getting braces put on Febuary 15th, and I need to know.

I believe I am old enough to have oral sex, it is my choice so please no rude answers or comments.

Are the Braves 2017 World Series champions?

That's still a pretty bad team, so no. Adding 90 years of pitching between 2 guys will eat innings, but I have doubts as to how effective they'll be. Should be entertaining though.

What have the Atlanta Braves accomplished as a baseball team?

They won 14 straight divisional pennants during the 90s and early 2000s and went to 4 World Series' during that span. They eventually won the World Series in 1995 against one of the greatest teams ever assembled the 1995 Cleveland Indians. As of late they have stumbled but building and stocking their farm system with some of the best young talent in baseball should help them regain their footing in the future.

The Boston Braves entered the NFL in 1932. They changed their name in 1937 to what?

The football team named the Boston Braves was founded in 1932. They took their name from the Boston Braves baseball team and played at their field. (The baseball team moved several times and now is in Atlanta.) Keep in mind, professional football was a relatively minor sport. Baseball was the predominant professional sport. Football was mostly considered a collegiate sport. After one season, they changed their name to the Boston Redskins, possibly to differentiate themselves from the baseball team but still have some level of name-recognition (e.g. Chicago Bears and Cubs). They played in Boston through 1936 and moved to Washington for the1937 season.

Why do so many young male Americans wear baseball caps?

I think this question is asked with a misunderstanding of what young male Americans actually wear. We do not necessarily wear baseball caps, because they don't necessarily support baseball teams. Similarly, we wear them with a flat instead of a curved brim, further differentiating them from generic baseball caps.Out of actual caps, we generally wear one of two types:Fitted Caps (the ones with the stickers on the brim). These come in sizes and can not be adjusted.Snapbacks (the ones that "snap" in the back). These are most similar to traditional baseball caps. These can include "trucker" or mesh hats. But anyways.. To your question of WHY do we wear them. I think this could be subjective so I'll give my own answer which by no means applies to my entire generation.I like wearing my hats because 1) it has become a trend, just as bellbottoms or afros or whatever other stylistic element has existed in the past, 2) because I can express myself through the hats. Their logo or type can say I support a team, I support this cause, very often: I support this brand. As to why these became popular in the first place, it is probably due to an increase of skater and/or the lower-class looks influence on our fashion. Being lower-class can mean "I'm going through a hardship, so I'm tougher than you", and as such dressing in that culture makes one seem more "tough" or more appropriately: "Badass". This is similar to why we sag our pants. For reference, I am writing this as an 18 year old male. It's just my take. I hope that helps :).
