Why Are Insurance Companies Scum Of The Earth

Are Insurance Companies Confirming what Jesus said would happen?

Matthew 24
The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all[a]these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences,[b] and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Finally, after the recent California wildfires, American insurance companies are in a near panic. Just as in the aftermath of Katrina, they're talking about no longer offering insurance in certain high risk areas. Apparently, their risk assessors have determined that catastrophic events are increasing in numbers, scope, and magnitude. In other words, prominent business leaders are now confirming the words of Jesus as He described the crescendo of events that will herald the last days of this age.

But is there a further explanation for the parade of major catastrophes that have befallen the U.S. in the last 7 years? I think there may be.

Why are Insurance companies scum of the earth?

Because they want money. It's as simple as that. An insurance company can't make money if they give it out to anybody who asks for it. The more money you end up asking for, the more of a risk you are for them to cover. So when you do end up claiming insurance, you pay more, too.

It's just business. It's sad, but it's the way the world is. Insurance companies have to pay the bills too. Not that we should feel bad for them, necessarily.

Can I sue this insurance company?

You can't sue an insurance company for pain & suffering for an accident that you caused. I know you probably had no choice regarding a deer coming out of no-where, but an insurance company still expects you to have some degree of control over your vehicle. I was once told that if it comes down to hitting the animal or "dodging" it, you hit the animal. Why you ask? it's the difference between a Comprehensive claim and a Collision claim. Hitting the animal would fall under a Comp claim, but because you avoided the deer and hit a tree, it's now a Collision claim. Unless you hit the deer and then the tree, you have no proof that there was a deer to begin with.

Anyway, it's not the insurance companies fault that you had the collision and they are not going to pay you for pain & suffering. They will pay for the damages to your grandfathers vehicle and your hospital bills. Even though your grandfather has full coverage, you should at least pay his deductible.

Insurance companies and politics.?

Insurance companies are the biggest scams on earth. They lobby politicians to enact laws forcing citizens to purchase their products. I've never, ever had an auto insurance claim. I have enough assets to cover just about any at fault accident I am involved in; yet I am forced to pay a company for a policy every 6 months.
Look at every insurance commercial on television. The Geico caveman, the ditzy progressive clerk...they are not marketing a product but are simply entertaining the viewer with comedy. There is nothing funny about insurance companies scamming people. When ever I see these commercials I am insulted that these companies think the American public is so stupid.

My car is totaled but insurance says they can fix it?

Hello, I recently got into a wreck on May 1st, I have recieved lots of letters from my insurance but none from the guy who wrecked me.
My car and his car are totaled; BAD.
There's no way on earth you can fix the car, unless you're willing to spend so much money on a 1995 Honda Accord Ex that is TOTALED MAJOR!
My question is; am I getting ripped off?
Do I need to do something about this?
If so, what do I need to do in order to get my check.
I talked to my insurance the other day, they said they're gonna get me a new car, or a check.
But the guy who wrecked me insuranced sent me a mail just today saying "Your 1995 Honda Accord was recently damaged and you have selected Floyd & Sons to repair your cehicle through our Select Sevice (TM) Program."
?!?!? I never selected anything. My car is totaled.. How are they gonna repair that piece of ****?!

Is it possible to sue my health insurance company?

My health insurance company is bound and determined to NOT pay a number of bills that they are obligated to pay according to the plan brochure that we used to select them. I know we have the usual appeal process and what not, but what other options are on the table? Are we able to actually file a lawsuit them for the obligation?

Our disabled toddler feeds on special formula through a tube that's surgically implanted in her belly for nutrition so that she can stay alive and grow, and they are refusing to pay for this even though it's in the plan brochure as a covered item. In fact, it's the REASON why we chose them. So these sharks are taking well over $10,000 a year from us in premiums and not living up to their obligations. The hospital who deals with them says they do this all the time, and the hospital is off the belief and knows that the insurance company should be covering this. We know they should be covering it. It's explicitly in the PLAN BROCHURE. However, they continue to reject claims for this tube feeding.

Unlike other insurance company victims that are often too sick to fight back and therefore easy pickings for these scum companies, my wife and I are perfectly healthy and are bound and determined to chase them until the ends of the earth to make sure they follow through on their obligation. Is a lawsuit a legitimate option?

Thanks.

Who here thinks health insurance is a scam?

Even worse than the insurance companies are all the other companies that have stuck their fingers into the healthcare pie - HMO's, third parties that do the paperwork for self-insured businesses and medical groups, etc. These businesses add nothing to the care aspect of things, but are in it only for the money.

A coworker's father had to go in for a battery of medical tests, and they required reapproval. He got the statement from the insurance provider, and it also showed how much it would cost him, along with the deductible and copay. He then called the doctors office, and asked what the cost would be if he paid cash on the spot, when he came in for the tests. He was quoted about 30% of what the total insurance bill would have come to. That was less than his portion of an insurance-billed claim would have been. The doctor's office calculated that by not having to deal with the insurance company they saved that much.
