Why Are My Arcade Games On Xbox Disappearing

Xbox missing hard drive?

There is a slot on top of the xbox where the hardrive is supposed to go if you check and there is a plastic cover then you need to buy a hardrive unless you already have one Unless your xbox is a arcade system then your xbox should have a 256 memory storage built in to it.

- About the 2 player i dont know about that

Does installing a game to the Xbox-360 hard-drive delete previous saved files?

nope :) it only happens if you delete your data yourself (or have some weird glitch that makes your 360 mentally rertarded or ur harddrives broken :))

damian :D

If I delete my game on Xbox and I reinstall it, will I have all of my skins, progress, etc.?

Anything you bought will be synced. So yes all of your saved games will be there unless you intends to sell your xbox one if you are tired of it and erase everything on your xbox one account

XBox 360 wont display in HD with proper cables, could use some assistance?

I've got my xBox hooked up with the Rocketfish HD AV cables to my Insignia TV which only goes to 720p but I'm unable to get it to display in 720p. In the HDTV setting for the xbox it says my HDTV output is disabled because the switch on the cables is set to TV, which it true, but when I change it to HDTV the signal disappears entirely and I think the xbox restarts because the lights on the power button cycle around and flash.

Why don’t many modern games have cheat codes anymore?

I have a theory.Back in the 8 bit and 16 bit era, games used to be harder as to pad out their duration, and also because a lot of older games were port of well known Arcade games, which made a profit out of making kids lose.Because of this, even developers had a hard time testing the games. How are you supposed to test a game if you go down in 5 seconds? The answer was cheat codes.Need to test the later levels? You make a secret level select screen, or a code that gives you 30 lives.Nowadays games are much longer so there’s no need for artificial difficulty, which means developers can beat the games for themselves, which means there’s no need for cheat codes.I was playing Twisted Metal Black the other day. That game is often portrayed as the hardest in the series, and funnily enough; that game has cheat codes for EVERYTHING.Makes you think.I think the fact that they’re not as widely used anymore is proof that the industry is shifting towards a more fair standard of difficulty, which I prefer. However, if you miss cheat codes, I recommend Retro Game Challenge for the DS.In that game, you get sent to the past and have to beat old famicon games in order to get back to your timeline, and you have an arsenal of old magazines within the game, to help you beat the games within the game. And those magazines are full of cheat codes and tips which you have to use, as well as fictional reviews and interviews, and a Q&A section. It’s the ultimate retro throwback game. I can’t stress enough how much I like it.
