Q: Why are many terrorists identified as Muslim?Ans: Because the kind of world we are living in, demonizes the oppressed and glorifies the oppressor. Because muslims don't own CNN, BBC and FOX news.Because when USA/NATO/ISRAIL etc drop bombs on our cities, some of us survive with only one purpose to take revenge of our families. Because muslims have this concept of brotherhood which goes something like this, "The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever"_Prophet Muhammad. So, they see muslims getting killed every where, be it Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan etc. and nobody bats an eye, they have developed a sense of collective victim hood.Furthermore, terrorism is the most manipulated word in geo-political lexion. It means use of force or intimidation in pursuit of political aims. Logically it follows any organization(islamic or secular) which kills people to further it's political interests is a terrorist organization. Thus every secular nationalistic army is a terrorist organization too and YES it includes Armed forces of imperialist powers who fought two world wars and killed millions of human beings. So either you stop using this word 'terrorist/terrorism' or don't be selective in your condemnation.You want to know about the worst terrorist attack in history? It was carried out by most civilized nation on earth. You got me, i am talking about mighty USA. When Colonel Paul Tibbets and Charles Sweeney nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki and killed 100 thousand innocent people. Even now children are born with deformities there. Or maybe you guys don't consider it as an act of terror because killing innocent human beings is less horrible if sanctioned by Nations or League of Nations. So, USA/NATO crusaders can invade our countries on false pretext of WMD's, plunder our natural resources, or for catching their boogeymen in Afghanistan/Pakistan and bomb our cities kill our children and when we retaliate, we are terrorists because they have got BBC, CNN and FOX news on their side, putting veneer over the dirty actions of their armies and plastering their agenda all over the international arena. We muslims are the biggest victims of terrorism. We are getting killed by both muslim militant groups and Western secular armies.
If the United States and the Muslim world went to war, who would win?
America is a fierce and terrible enemy. Islamic conventional armies would be quickly defeated in the field. America would play on the tribal and factional differences in such a conflict. As in the 1979 Afghanistan War, the ummah would try to unite, and many jihadis would be slaughtered. What this questioner forgets is China has a centuries old conflict with Islam. China would side with the USA in mi!Itary actions, but in their own country and perhaps its neighbors. The formal military phase would end relatively quickly, as Islamic forces would be transnational without a capital or country to strike. It would then become an asymmetrical war. Islamic forces will become the classic leader less resistance. They would commit acts of terrorism against non Islamic targets. This will anger the USA and it's Allies to a point where it will launch an asymmetrical war of its own. This will be global jihad. Non Muslims will probably want vengeance for years of attacks and indignities (look to Europe today,namely Germany) . The USA will win the propaganda war first, then the divisions will begin. Decades of multicultural diversity will be undone. Both sides will go to their simplistic beliefs and the polarization will be unbearably intolerant. Soon the Islamic forces will burn out. Generations of war wear down desires and blunt hatreds. The War you ask about would last a short time as a conventional war, the asymmetrical war that follows will last 80 to 100 years. It will claim hundreds of millions of lives, not counting the the famines and epidemic diseases because of the breakdown of infrastructure.

@ blacksunshine84 you derailed my Question , stop the hate and racism toward Muslims , apparently the second list is about certain ethnic group not religion , so what the big deal if Paula Abdul is Muslim or Jewish as long as she is a syrian Arab ? Salma Hayek's dad is Lebanese regardless of his religion . the stupidity of some Americans has no limit , they are they only people who can't even differentiate between religion and ethnicity .

The Jews were Gods chosen people....once In the old testament when moses arrived it was Philistine, or Palestine. It was an outcampment of people who originated in europe around greece. The children of israel came with moses to the land of Palestine and declared it there own. (God gave them the land) Regardless the Philistine remained with the jews. Never left. Rome dispersed the jews and destroyed the temple shortly after jesus. The people of philistine remained. When the arabs came with Islam the people of Philistine converted and adopted the language of the muslims, arabic. They did intermarry with arabs but they are still the people of philistine. A lot of them still have blond hair and blue eyes, no arabs have those features. It is a lie of the west that arabs came in there and that there was no one there before the jews. The people of philistine were always there and always will be there. They are referenced throughout the bible. People play on americas lack of historical knowledge to perpetuate hate. Just because Palestinians speak arabic does not mean they moved in. They were owned by the arabs for generations converted to islam and through conversion adopted the language. Yes, God made promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but later He made it clear that possession of the land was conditional on the children of Israel keeping up their end and obeying the rules and regulations. They did not, and after warnings and warnings, God kicked Israel "out of the house" and sent them packing into exile. Later, when Judah did not turn from its own wickedness, even after seeing what had happened to their brethren, God sent them packing too. Thus, all twelve tribes lost the right to possess the land. Later, when a few Jews came back to Palestine for a specific reason, and screwed up again, they too were kicked out just as their forefathers had been. To decide whether the Jews have a claim to Palestine, you must read the entire Old Testament which bears on the subject. The initial promise does NOT settle the matter.
