How can I convince people to not throw garbage on the roadside?
One step and it really works:If you see any people throwing garbage right in front of your eyes, go and pick it up and throw it to somewhere appropriate place for the garbage like a dustbin. Everything has to be done right in front of the culprits eyes. Let him see and realise his mistake.This makes him feel ashamed and he at that very moment might try to ignore the scenario but the very night when he's on his bed he's gonna think back and hit his own forehead on the wall.Second step:Notice or a Warning boardWarning boards which actually reflects a fine of x amount for the violators. Humans have this natural tendency to be scared of paying bills. So, the warning labels with a fine amount is apparently gonna work.Third step:Get dustbins or use your old buckets/containers and place it near the defected area or vulnerable spots. Let the dustbins/litter bin bear this kind of labels which should be fairly visible.Step 4:Write a letter to sanitary inspector/municipal council for cleaning garbage in your locality. Personal Injury Case: I slipped and fell down some wet stairs at a hotel?
A long story short I was staying at a hotel and it had been raining outside and when I came out after the rain had stopped I walked down the stairs which are outside and slipped and dislocated my shoulder. I also feel down several steps and bruised most of my back up. After falling down the stairs I came across a cleaning lady who I asked to call an ambulance. She told me to walk to the lobby and that they could call an ambulance for me because she could not. After stumbling to the lobby an ambulance was finally called. There was no signage next to the stairs stating they were wet. Also the cleaning lady at the hotel was negligent because she did not call an ambulance as quicly as she was notified.
