My step-brother Benjamin Peake drowned 10/25/07 at Doctors Pass Naples Fl I was not told until he was already cremated and scattered. I heard something on the news around that time that some one drowned by did not watch the storie now all I can find is his obit can anyone help DOB11/4/83

I wish my brother was dead?
I hate my brother, I wish he was dead and no matter what I can't seem to despise him any less. He hits me, is verbally abusive and my mother does nothing about it. She sees him as the golden child but he's evil, a jerk, an animal and spiteful. I have 2 sisters also, they hate him just as much but they love him and he loves them. It's getting to be a serious problem because I don't want to go home anymore, he stresses me out, frightens me and makes me depressed. I'm a 15 year old girl.
Reading a Heroin Overdose Autopsy Report?
I am having a hard time reading my brother's autopsy report. He died of a heroin overdose. -He was 25 years old, 6'1'' and 189 pounds Toxicology: -Morphine (free) of 370 ng/ml -6-mono-acetyl morphine of 16 ng/ml -Codeine (free) of 15 ng/ml -Alprazolam of 34 ng/ml -amphetamine of 22 ng/ml Slightly dilated cardiomyopathy (440 grams) Pulmonary Congestion What do all of these numbers mean? He had a history of heroin use, oxycontin, and adderall they found him in his bathroom with a small blue plastic bag with a white crystalline substance and a spoon with cotton and burned debris including a small chunk of brown crystalline substance. There was a 1cc syringe with 60 units of clear fluid in it. I am currently a 2nd year pre med student, and I like to know details about things. I want to know what all of this means in the autopsy report. Thanks

Take very good care of your parents.Seriously though, do you think your brother is just talking, or that there's a serious threat to you that he will kill you?If you think he's serious, perhaps he can be involuntary committed for psychiatric care for being a threat to you. Or, you and your parents can report this threat to the police, friends, family and neighbors, and let your brother know that if anything happens to you, he will be investigated as the primary suspect, and probably be spending most of his life in prison for premeditated murder.
