I can't receive emails?
They are not getting thru because Yahoo is working on Email and it is causing problems. Put their address on your COntact List. That sometimes helps them get thru. The problem should clear up in a week or 2 if you can wait.

You may have accidentally blocked that address----Check your blocked list. Mail page>>options (top right)>>mail options (if available)>>block addresses (under Spam). If you find her address on the list--click on it--click "remove block".
