Who are these people? “When the verses “Rajm” [Stoning] and ayah “Rezah Kabir” descended, they were written on a piece of paper and kept under my pillow. Following the demise of Prophet Muhammad (S) a goat ate the piece of paper while we were mourning.” Do you know who narrated this tradition about the goat?
Why did a goat eat the "unchanged Quran" & why didn't Allah stop the goat?
There is a claim by Muslims that the Quran remains unchanged, further that there is some great proof that the Bible has been changed. However, we learn from Sahih hadiths that verses went missing, & even an incident that some verses were eaten by a goat! Sunan Ibn Majah, Book of Nikah, Hadith # 1934) Narrated Aisha 'The verse of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my bed. When the Messenger of Allah (SAWW.) expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a goat entered and ate away the paper." Forget gradual changes due to translations & editions, why didn't Almighty Allah even stop an animal like the goat from entering, taking verses from under Aisha's bed & gobbling up what are supposedly His words of instruction to mankind?
Why do Muslims only eat Halal meat and any other form of slaughtered meat is not permissible?
As a Muslim, we are ordered to slaughter the way we have been though1. During slaughter, we have to mention the name of God (Allah) else, it will not be Halal (Permissible for us to eat) .In Holy Quran, Allah (God) says to us:Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah, and [those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns, and those from which a wild animal has eaten, except what you [are able to] slaughter [before its death], and those which are sacrificed on stone altars, and [prohibited is] that you seek decision through divining arrows. Animal should be slaughtered with sharp object (knife)The animal has to be slaughtered with a sharp object (knife) and in a fastway so that the pain of slaughter is minimized.b. Blood is a good medium for germs and bacteriaBlood is a good media of germs, bacteria, toxins, etc. Therefore the Muslim way of slaughtering is more hygienic as most of the blood containing germs, bacteria, toxins, etc. that are the cause of several diseases are eliminated.4. Meat remains fresh for a longer timeMeat slaughtered by Islamic way remains fresh for a longer time due to deficiency of blood in the meat as compared to other methods of slaughtering.5. Animal does not feel painThe swift cutting of vessels of the neck disconnects the flow of blood to the nerve of the brain responsible for pain. Thus the animal does not feel pain. While dying, the animal struggles, writhes, shakes and kicks, not due to pain, but due to the contraction and relaxation of the muscles deficient in blood and due to the flow of blood out of the body.Hope the answer is satisfying.Thanks

Goats, sheep, and basically any rodent. I use to have a horse that would break out of his stall to go in my office and eat paperwork.
