A2A.The traits one looks forward to in a great manager is not just the amount of success he has achieved in terms of trophies but also the fact about how he utilised the resources available.In the last 12 seasons, he has spent 4 at chelsea, 3 at real madrid, 2 at porto and 2 at Inter, effectively 7 in ultra-rich clubs and 4 at clubs that were comfortably the best when he took over.He has spent more than 550 million pounds in the last 10 seasons, AND HE WASN'T THE MANAGER WHO SPENT MONEY DURING REAL MADRID'S BUYS OF RONALDO, KAKA, BENZEMA.I don't remember any youth player being given a chance under him at chelsea. Apart from Jese and Morata, no player from Castilla was promoted to the senior squad at Madrid. Even these two weren't given a great chance to excel. Lukaku, The best striker Chelsea had was loaned out. He possibly has the best midfielders right now in any team and still his game is based more on defence.His on-field and press conference behaviour is shameful.His signings have always been based more on reputations rather than form.The condition of clubs after he left was shambolic to say the least: Chelsea failed to win a league title for another 4 years and has remained their only league title in post Mourinho era although they did win UCL once, The once-all mighty Inter haven't won a league in 4 seasons and have failed to qualify for UCL. RM spent a record 85 million just on a single player to finish 3rd in the league although they won the UCL.So yeah, Mou is definitely not the best manager

But we know that’s not gonna happen, this isn’t FIFA, so we need to search in weaker squads.A good candidate is Aaron-Wan-Bissaka, from Crystal Palace. He’s young, already knows the league and has had good performances with his club. He may not be as technical as the above ones, but he can do the job and protect his side, which is important.Or, obviously the option of searching in foreign leagues, I don’t care too much, the ones in charge of the club are the ones who may be.
