Why are my dreams getting so dark? Sometimes, they seem so real and I can't wake up.
There is an unhealthy influence in your life somewhere. If you can’t figure it out, you might have to seek help with this. The more this scares you, the worse it gets. It deffinately involves fear issues. It could be just some stupid thing you do in the evening before sleeping, like eating something bad for your digestive system. Your body speaks to you through your digestive system which needs to be in a happy place for dreaming to work properly. If you don’t respond to body stress and change a habit, your subconcious can give you a wake up call. Unfortunately, there are a lot of over-the -top images we take in from movies, comic books, internet etc. that our eyes take in that are available to our subconcious to make a point. This can backfire and create a fear cycle. The more we become afraid, the deeper the subconcious reaches into its supply of scary images to warn us! At this point, I would deffinately take some acconite 200C and do some meditation and breathing exercises.
Why do I have dreams that I can feel and seem real but I'm sleeping?
This is because you are going through a process of getting to know yourself through dreams. You should receive this as a gift. It is so important for you to be able to dream like this so you can deal with some of the real world’s challenges. good luck.
Why did my dream feel so real that I'm scared of what may happen?
Why did my dream feel so real that I'm scared of what may happen?Dreams are internal. They are generated in your brain, and utilize images that symbolize feelings. Since they come from you, they contain a lot of information about your life and your perceptions. As a result, they are intensely personal and generally fraught with emotional content (the ones we remember). What’s more, they depend on your perceptions and memories and can often present very realistic scenarios that relate to current circumstances. It’s like having someone follow you all day and record everything you see, do, feel, say, hear, perceive, and experience, and then write a short story featuring all of those elements. Dreams can help us solve problems we experience in daily life by presenting solutions, or they may scare us by showing negative outcomes to those same situations.Because they are so intensely personal, we often feel their impact after waking. I suffer from feelings of dread after realistic nightmares, and sometimes can’t shake them all day long. The best way I’ve found to shake “dream hangovers” is to actively engage in solving whatever challenge inspired the fear. After it’s all over, don’t forget to thank yourself both for the resolution and the warning. It really helps to cement the memory that the negative outcome was only a dream.
Do you ever have dreams that feel real?
I have dreams like that all the time but they are not necessarily scary. Alot of times I'll dream I found something really cool when I wake up in the morning I still feel as though the object is in my hand until I open it up and find nothing!

I had a bad dream but it felt so real and I was so scared!?
Hi, I'm a 13 year old girl. You know how your body tells you when your awake? And when your in a dream? Well I was awake. I had to be. Anyways, I woke up and I couldn't move! Then somebody Started laughing from behind me. I was scared. I couldn't talk or anything. It was a nightmare. I thought someone got in the house and killed my parents and paralyzed me in my sleep! I was literally unmovable but awake. All I could do was look around helplessly while I didn't know what was gonna happen next! Then the laughing sound drifted awake and I could move again! I thought it was a bad dream and brushed it off but then I started wondering because I thought it over again on how it felt so real. HELP! Please don't say I'm crazy. It's the first time happening to me. And please can someone tell me if you've done it before to? I was really scared. I don't want to wake up of that happening to me again. EVER. AGAIN.
Why do I wake up thinking my dreams are real?
An interesting thing about dreams is that they can do what happens in waking reality. They create memories. They use memories that you already have move them around and create new ones. Using real visuals and real emotions you already have. Nightmares may pull up some intense feelings of fear and you start to think there is no way I could feel this unless it actually occurred. Lucidity can also make the dream so real since you have an awareness in the dream.Determining what symbolism in the dream that occurs that help you determine it is a dream while in the dream helps you to distinguish the differences. The idea is finding the concept that can’t occur in real life but occurs in the dream. Lucid dreamers look for this all the time to bring themselves to an awareness that they are dreaming. Now lets ask the question, what is convincing you the dream is real? Is it a feeling? The clarity? Is it only for nightmares? The more you ask yourself questions about the dream the more you can understand what it is.
Why do my dreams seem to play out like movies? PLEASE HELP!?
For some reason I have very vivid dreams that seem to play out the way a movie would. They have strange things like scene transitions and images fading in and out like some sort of horror movie. They are always stories that have a plot and seem to play up to a dramatic climax. They always seem to have a lot of symbolism with specific refrences to numbers colors and actions. For example and ending to on of my dreams was that I was running away from someone and i was going through the woods and came to this shack with aquariums with snakes and animals and a man with 2 little boys came in and were walking through then I came to the end of the shack and there was no door. I was extremely worried but then the little boy came up and said don't worry the wall opens. And he took one hand and pushed open the whole wall and then there was this blinding light, and then I woke up. This sounds weird I know but I need someone who knows what theyre talking about to answer this.
What does this scary dream about the afterlife mean?
Also in real life I have often felt suicidal and even attempted suicide once, I have never wanted to live. But in this dream, once I was dead I realised the afterlife was no better and felt cheated of my life, I wished I could live again.
