Why Did Obama State That For The First Time In Over A Decade

Why does Obama's birth certificate not say Barry Sotero? ?

I don't know for a fact without seeing his information, but I think it kind of goes like this. He was given the name Barak Hussein Obama Jr. at birth. When his parents divorced his parents changed his name in Indonesia to his stepfathers last name and they chose Bary for the first name. Then in college he went by the name bary Obama mixing the two together. Now here is the kicker just like Mohamed Ali who started out as Casius Clay and changed his name to Mohamed Ali when he became a Muslim, So basically Barak Obama re embraced his Muslim faith when he switched back to his Muslim name. That is why many people consider him to be a Muslim. You are only a Muslim name if you are a Muslim in most Muslim countries.

I know this because I was born in Libya and have seen this done if you leave the Muslim faith you have to get rid of you Muslim name.

How did Barack Obama become famous? ?

he is unique

If Obama did a good job as President, why did Hillary lose?

What if Obama wasn’t such a good president as many seem to assert?Let me point out that when he was elected, Obama was supposed to be the opposite of George W. Bush.Instead, we saw a President that:Increased inequality and in many cases, signed legislation that increased inequality.Had a cabinet selected by Citigroup.Refused to persecute Wall Street executives for the 2008 Crisis.Did not reinstate Glass-Steagall nor pass anything more than Dodd-Frank, which overlooked too many issues.Chose to write a debilitating healthcare system that even today bitterly divides Americans nicknamed Obamacare, instead of trying to copy say, the Canadian healthcare system or at least trying to implement a serious public option.Largely continued the wars of Bush and started new ones, in Libya for example, while “surging” in Afghanistan.Did not address the fundamental problem of Washington, which is political corruption.Had a pro-austerity budget and made no attempts after the first partial stimulus.Waged a war on whistleblowers that was unprecedented.Did not mobilize his base in an attempt to address the very issues that he ran to fix. He could have used his base to try to overcome an obstructionist GOP. There was a ton of goodwill after his election. He chose to throw it away.I don’t think that Obama will be well regarded. IN fact, I suspect that he will be compared to James Buchanan, who was facing a profound crisis and made a bad situation worse. There’s a reason why Bernie Sanders gained so much popularity. It was because Obama had not delivered the Change that we so pushed in 2008. There’s a reason why Clinton’s attempt to say that she was Obama’s third term failed to generate excitement.Combine that with Clinton’s poor campaigning skills and the Democratic National Committee’s unethical sabotage of Bernie Sanders, then you have Trump.

Why did Obama do better with the white working-class than Hillary?

Obama is more like a regular American than the Clintons. They only owned one house, and weren't backed by PACs. Hillary was a Republican at first, and only has a thin Democratic veneer, when cracked, the Repub comes out. She's Hawkish, and doesn't feel for blue collar people. She skipped the real heartland and just went to big cities during her campaign. Obama was eating in diners, shaking hands and talking to the real Americans.

Obama only a Senator for 6 month before he ran for President?

Obama was elected Senator in 2004. He started to make a name for himself on the national scene by giving a keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention in 2004, as is common for rising stars in both parties (the Republican who gave the response to Obama's State of the Union had been Governor of Virginia for a week at the time and already discussed as a possible 2012 contender). Obama likely vaguely considering running for President at all times. One running joke is that every US Senator is running for President. However, he seriously considered it around late 2006. He officially announced in February of 2007, a year ahead of the primaries. The campaign was unusually long because the field was unusually wide-open in both parties with no President or Vice President running for the first time in decades.

He was then elected in 2008 and became President in 2009.

Officially, he was running 2 years after his term started. Obviously he considered it for a while before officially throwing his hat in the ring.

What were the most notable accomplishments made by Barack Obama during his presidency?

I give President Obama, and just about any other President, a difficult time because a lot of their decision making, makes little sense to me but I can speak highly of any President I'm versed on, and yes, the includes President Obama.President Obama has made achievements that transverse across a few areas including:1. The ACA, or the Affordable Healthcare Act, which basically expanded healthcare coverage via public and private initiatives and mandates.2. He managed, with a bit of assistance from his predecessor, to navigate the US out of a recession.3. In concert with other parties, he orchestrated the US to address the Ebola crisis in a responsible way.4. Via executive order, he has helped hundreds of thousands of "illegal immigrants" to not only stay here in the US, but by pushing the DREAM Act to let them get an affordable college education.5. Though its not his policy directly, he did withdraw US troops from Iraq. That's up for debate rather he did it or even if it was a gold thing to leave.6. He Presided over a period in which all Americans have the right to marry. While that's an action of the Supreme Court, I'll still score it as a victory for President Obama.7. He managed, in concert with our UN partners, to bring the earth together for true dialogue on climate change.8. The Iranian Nuclear Deal, need I say more?9. Once again, not a direct result of his policies, but under his reign the US has become the largest or second largest oil producer on earth. This is important because its been a message within American politics to always say "make the US energy independent" and well, we're definitely moving that direction rather one is pro oil or not.10. He restored US relations with Cuba, and will be the first President in nearly nine decades to visit Cuba next month.Admittedly so, this was a difficult list to come up with off the top of my head and the order of this list doesn't suggest the importance of the accomplishment.Best,Demetrius Hicks
