I had a dream about this girl I like. In my dream her mom ended up dying and I was trying to comfort her. Well, a few weeks later her best friends mom died, and the chick whose mom died likes me, But I like the chick that I had the dream about. REALLY Weird Coincidences. Do They Happen to You Too?
So I've noticed that for awhile now (around a 2 years and a half or so), that most of the time I learn, watch, read, or do something, there will be a totally unrelated reference to it. Yesterday I watched the 2000s movie "Donnie Darko". This evening on youtube, someone made a reference to this movie, and it was UNRELATED to the topic of the video (Sourcefed Comedy/News Channel - www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6A4pk2-N4Q around 10:48 of the video) With that example in mind, earlier in the year I was reading about the quote of French Dauphine, Marie Antoinette, "Let them eat cake", for a history assignment. On TV AND from a friend (NOT knowing I was doing the assignment) I've heard the quote AFTER the fact of looking up the quote. There are many other strange coincidences (and I mean at least hundred more) like this, and maybe it could be that since I've had those topics on my mind, I notice them around me. And another weird coincidence was with the missing MH-370 airlines flight of March 2014. Around two days before that, my friends and I were talking about what if we just lost a plane? Like if it just vanished? Seeing the airline go missing really freaked us out! Does this ever happen to you?
