Why Did Windows Wont Recognize My Apple Ipod Device I Mean It Wont Charged When I Plugged It In

Why does my iPad say 'not charging' even when it is plugged in?

The problem: The iPad says it’s "Not Charging", and two things could happen:it is not chargingit's actually charging, but really slowly. The issue here is that iPad is receiving enough power from the charger to operate, but it's not enough to charge the battery. The iPad requires certain power level to charge normally. For example an iPad Mini usually uses about 1.7W-2.2W while you're using it. If the charger only passes this amount or less, then you’ll get the “not charging” message. To solve the problem, you have to check 3 things:chargercableUSB port/ outletThe problem is caused by one of these 3 elements.Your USB port could be old (not high-power), the cable can be damaged, or the charger could be a cheap, non-MFi-certified charger, or maybe an iPhone charger. If you use the regular iPad charger with the original cable + power outlet, you shouldn’t see this message. Also, in some cases on USB port of the computer will charge the iPad, and the other won’t.But if you turn off the iPad it will charge faster as it will not use energy while you are charging it.

Windows is making a different recognition sound when I plug in my iPod Touch, which it no longer recognizes?

When you plug in and unplug your ipod or any device to your computer's USB port, windows makes a recognition sound, best described as a "Bee-doo" for unplugging, and "Boo-dee" for plugging in. Recently, windows has no longer been able to recognize my ipod touch and does not bring up iTunes when I plug my ipod into my computer. However when I plug it in, instead of the usual plug-in sound, I get a really fast "doo-doo-doo" instead of a "Boo-dee". But when I unplug it, I get the normal "Bee-doo" sound. I should also point out that when the ipod is plugged in, it doesnt even change the battery logo to a charging logo, so it is not charging the ipod either. I know it's not a software problem, a usb port problem, or a usb cable problem because the computer recognizes a couple of my other ipods and opens itunes for those ipods like it's supposed to. Only the ipod touch is causing the different recognition sound, and does not show up even in My Computer. I've tried reinstalling itunes, restarting my ipod, all the standard troubleshooting steps and still nothing. Cannot restore my ipod because I need to do that in iTunes. But the fact that windows is making a different plug in sound is a big clue, and since I don't speak fluent nerd, I cannot determine what that sound means. Does ANYONE have any information about that sound that can help me?

My ipod is never recognised by itunes,?

try this way if it will help solve your problem. restore your ipod and plug it again. see if the iTunes will recognize it. if this doesn't help, back your music file first or move all your songs in a different folder out of iTunes. then uninstall iTunes and reinstall again. then plug your iPod.
if the problem persists, check USB drive connection if it's working good or not. after checking your USB drive and found no problem, then your last resort is to bring your iPod to your Apple store or the store where you bought it and have it check by them. you have to explain the problem of your iPod and maybe you'll be asked to present your warranty card. just have in hand if you have.

Why is it possible sometimes, when an iPhone is plugged to a computer via USB cable, that the iPhone can charge (lightning symbol appears) but the computer cannot detect it? What is the theory behind this?

Some USB cables only allow charging and no transfer of data. It’s generally not possible to tell the difference between a data transfer cable and charge only cable.See also:Identifying data transfer micro USB cables vs charge only micro USB cables

Damaged iPod touch screen (vertical lines)?

this is actually common try to restore it by

Make sure you have iTunes the program installed on your computer and it's running. Plug the iPod Touch into the computer (into a 2.0 compatible USB port) using the USB charging cable the iPod Touch came with. We are looking for the iPod Touch to show up in iTunes on the left hand side under the devices category. If the iPod Touch does not show up instantly the computer may be having issues recognizing the iPod Touch is plugged in. Try plugging the iPod Touch into the back of the computer if you are on a desktop computer or another USB port if you are on a laptop computer.
When the iPod Touch shows up in iTunes on the left hand side under the devices category, click on the name of the iPod Touch (in most cases it will say "owner's ipod" or "your name's ipod") to navigate to the summary tab. Once you are at the summary tab (you should be seeing a larger image of your iPod Touch on the screen with the name, capacity, software version and serial number) hit the button in the "versions" section that says "restore."
Once you hit the restore button iTunes will ask you if you are sure you want to restore your iPod Touch. It is essential you do not backup your iPod Touch or restore from a backup because if you were having issues with the software before, the restore from a backup will just put the same issue on the iPod Touch again. Hit restore/okay to continue restoring the iPod Touch. The whole process can take up to a half hour depending on how much content is on the iPod Touch.

if this does not worktake it ot the apple store and they may be able to fix it but you will have to pay.

How do you fix an iPhone that won't charge?

Hi ,My Answer would be looking little non technical at first view but its as per my own experience in my service center .So many time in iPhone after using more than 1 yr the Charging Connector Slot is full of Dust and Small Particles inside which do not allow the charging cable to get connected and the phone doesn’t get charged .You can Use a Toothbrush and try to clean it . Other Best tool would be a needle which will pull the bunch of dust out of the charging connector . Which will mostly solve your problem .2. Now after this if its still not charging then … Sorry but its a problem of the Charging Connector Flex Cable in 80% cases . Here I am not doing any specific discussion about the Lightening cable because its very common sense that first to be checked is obveously charging cable and charging dock . Soo You can approach any good service center for the replacement of the Charging Flex which won’t cost you much (In India app 1200 Rs for iPhone 5s ) …3. Even after this the problem is not solved then it would be a Charging IC Problem which will be really tough job for you to find the perfect technician .In these 2nd and 3rd case the Authorised Service center Apple care would suggest the Unit Replacement only but its very costly …Good Luck !!!
