Why Do Canadians Get So But Hurt When I Talk About Applesauce

Why do braces make my teeth hurt like hell?

The pain is killing me!! I just got braces last week and the whole week all my teeth feel loose and it hurts so bad I can't even chew. It's hard to sleep at night. Is this normal? It feels like my teeth are falling out or something. IT HURTS. Plus I heard the wires have to be tightened every few months or something. NOOOO!!!! It's painful enough already, will it get worse? Plus next week I'll be getting 7 teeth pulled out.. 3 on top, 4 on bottom. They said it's "overcrowded" or something. Will that hurt a lot too? Which is worse, the shot of Novocaine, or the yanking of the tooth itself? What a horrible feeling...

Should i give my 4 month old apple sauce?

My son LOVES apples... we give them to him to suck on.
He is SO interested when we're eating he watches us.
I read this thing that said if your baby can hold his head, sit up and watches you eat their ready for solids.
Should i give it to him?

No BS Judging please.. im not writing this to get judged thanks

Is regular store bought applesauce safe for babies starting with solids?

She's just about 6 months old and has been starting on solids for about a week. I noticed the difference between the ingredients between baby food and the normal stuff is baby food doesn't have high fructose corn syrup.

I can't sit "indian style" (criss cross apple sauce.) ?

I used to be the same way in high school when we had to sit in the floor waiting to go to class.

For me, I had to lean against the wall while I sat in Indian-style. And put a jacket under my ankles bc they would hurt from the floor.

I believe it was a mixture of 3 things.

1- I was a very thin person. So the lack of "meat" left me sitting on a hard floor with no "cushioning."

2- I was NOT a flexible person. I couldnt sit on the floor with my back straight and my legs stretched out. It hurt. So bending in an Indian-style was uncomfortable.

3- I had HORRIBLE posture. When you dont stand straight and shoulders-back and have equal pressure on both of your feet, you pay for it. And so it becomes noticable when sitting in this style.

-Keep your shoulders back and keep your posture held as if you are being pulled upward from the
head.

Hope this helps! :D

Can you eat apples or any fruit while having a sore throat?

Grandma always gave me soda crackers and canned peaches or canned pears in light or regular syrup! The syrup will coat your throat and the fruit now comes in all types of cans and jars. Decide if you want it chilled or room temp and I suggest not freestone peaches, most canned peaches are "cling" they Cling to the pit.

We need to enrich our diets with more antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables, especially when we get sick. Fresh squeezed OJ (not pasteurized luck finding it Trader joes or buy it by the glass somewhere where you can see them squeezing it like Jamba Juice- expensive but Im telling you whoa!)and Sliced strawberries maybe in a little milk, or a little bit of brown sugar (let sit for a couple of min to dissolve sugar or it will feel like sand on a soar throat! get better!

Is the phrase "sitting Indian style" politically incorrect?

No! Why should it be?Now, it is true that that position is not unique to just India as it is practiced in most eastern regions, such as Yemen, China and Japan. But these positions also happen to be yoga poses; such as sitting cross legged or with legs folded. And yoga originated in India. It is probably for this reason why they are called 'Indian style'.In India and other eastern countries people traditionally sit on the floor, where sitting with your legs below your waist is impossible. So you have no choice but to either cross your legs, stretch them in front or fold one or both of them. The chair as we know it is a Western concept. The system of keeping furniture at home never existed in the Indian subcontinent. It was introduced by the British. The only 'chairs' ever made were thrones occupied by the rulers of kingdoms. So when they say 'Indian style' it is in contrast to how you would typically sit on a western style chair.

How do I split an Adderall XR?

You can’t ‘split’ Adderall XR capsules but you can certainly open them. The actual capsule of Adderall XR is not ‘extended release’, the individual beads inside the capsule are. There are actually two of drug-containing beads in Adderall XR, which provide a "double-pulsed delivery" of amphetamine salts. One type of bead is immediate release while the other is delayed release. The prescribing information for Adderall XR discusses how to open the capsules:If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened and the entire contents gently sprinkled on a spoonful of cool applesauce and swallowed immediately (do not store for future use). Follow with a drink of water or other liquidIt is important to not crush or chew the beads in Adderall XR capsules as this will destroy the extended release mechanism, causing the entire dose to be released at once. This could potentially cause an acute overdose and an increased risk of side effects. If you are asking how to split a dose of Adderall from a single capsule, it isn’t recommended since it can be extremely difficult, if not impossible to accurately measure a dose from the beads alone (remember, there are two types of beads in the capsules, immediate and delayed). If you are looking for a different dose, talk to your doctor about a different strength (it comes in 5, 10, 15, 25, 30 mg dosages).Opening Adderall XR Capsules
