Why Do I Always Feel As If .

Why do I always feel alone?

to summarize some of my thoughts on loneliness :) ... Loneliness means you are disconnected. And the most profound disconnection is with your true self and your Divine nature. Nothing and nobody can fill the gap between you and Divinity. Loneliness roots goes back in the state of being disconnected from your Divine source. Start focusing your attention on rebuilding your relation with Divinity (what ever that means for you).  Your soul tries to connect again with its source after all the endeavor in the material world. Be still, focus inside, follow your breath ... who am I ? ... ask yourself until you gave away all your masks and roles and begin to realize your nakedness in front of your Divinity ... and start re-building your relation with your Divinity and your confidence from there, confidence in your Divine nature and your inner spark ... Say thank you for all feelings that tries to bring the soul messages to your mind/awareness.Humility and Gratitude for all these energy soup where we all float will help reconnect with everything ... just start with gratitude for little things in your life and expand as mush as possible every day ... you'll be amassed how connected you feel.thank you for your smile ... :)

Why do I always feel like I’m always wrong ? ?

I’m tiered….I just want someone to tell me, “no, your wrong, it’s this way” or “no, your right”. But I always get the “your wrong” from people….really….why is this….am I really always the Bad person? I don’t consider myself to be a horrible or vindictive person.

Why do i always feel lonely?

i have lots of friends and a great life. but sometimes i just feel like crying and i feel so lonely and empty.
i'm a natural loner because even though i'm always surrounded by many people, sometimes i feel like i just want to get away from them and be alone for awhile. and sometimes, i feel like i can't stand being alone, i have to be around other people..
what's wrong with me?

Why do I always feel like I'm being watched?

Without being critical in any way, You have a common malady of youth, natural born and in need of no psychological intervention. It’s called narcissism and it’s natural when you’re a tyke because one so small must have mechanisms in place to get needs met, otherwise they might be ignored or simply forgotten by caregivers, then where would he be?This normal narcissism gradually resolves itself as the subject is acclimated to life and the reality that he isn’t the only person on the planet. He finds out as an adolescent that his peers make a wide birth for his huge ego and he is alone a lot. He discovers that he isn’t special. Others gather around and he becomes part of a peer group.Others aren’t so lucky and somehow miss this period and stay stuck at an earlier time when their narcissism was still in control. This means that the subject believes that he is still special and the whole world is monitoring and acknowledges his every move. The remedy is to seek out friends and to be more social and let the world into the private, “special” world that becomes its own trap. It’s an easier way than psychotherapy  to develop more realistic views of the world, relative to the self and how the world sees the subject—not special but unique and that’s a good place to be.Thanks for the question.

Why do I always feel ill on my days off?

Right, this has been going on for some time now. Everytime I get a day off usually if Ive been working five; the first day off I get I always feel really weak and tired (even if I get a good long sleep) and always get headaches/feel sick.
Now I work at the local petrol garage so it isnt exactly 'hard work' in the sense that I used to work in a warehouse before, which was obviously a lot moe physical work involved, whereas the garage can be a bit of a skive at times.

The most weird thing for me is that when Im at work I dont feel like this at all, and even when I come home I feel fine. Also on my days off Im fine as usual until after the time when I would usually start work I start feeling **** all of a sudden.

Ive spoke to a few different people about it and I have been told its because Im relaxing but it doesnt really make sense to me.

A solution I have thought of is that when I am at work I eat and drink a lot more, probably just because of the boredom of working at a till, than when I do at home so maybe its something to do with withdrawl symptoms of usual diet? I did briefly think about going to the doctor but then there isnt exactly anything drastically wrong with me and I dont want to waste the doctors time when there will be other people in worse situations than me. Its definitely not a psychological thing (well maybe partly) cos its not as if I miss my work lol.
So does anyone else experience this or similar things? i

Why do I always feel as if my world is going to end soon?

Well you're not that wrong for thinking that the World is going to end. There are so many ways the world could end. Such as Ebola could take over the world. There could be a Massive Ice AgeWorld War 3 could happen. (That could wipe out a lot of lives)There could be a Great DepressionIn the Universe a Massive Asteroid bigger then the Earth could kill us all. There could be a Tsunami, Hurricane, that could take over the world. The Oceans could come toppling on us...Societal, Economic Collapse. Now, a lot of these things have nothing to do with the whole entire World going to end. Although, their are more things that could happen then I listed. Wayy more things. To make yourself feel better, I would suggest starting to "Prep..." It is called Prepping, or more so "Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Preparedness." If you search up on Google. "How to start off as a Prepper." Or "Get started in Prepping." That should help you a lot combat your fears. In my Opionon, I really do think that their could be a Societal Collapse, also known as Economic Collapse. That would wipe out soo many lives. Always be prepared! Here is a site of how you can get started in Prepping!Getting Started in Prepping! - American Preppers Network

Why do I always feel like I'm waiting for something?

Interesting question. Perhaps you are waiting for something.

Waiting is a passive relationship. If you feel like you are waiting you must also feel passive. Passive can mean a lot of different things. It can mean that you have been trained to be entertained and are just waiting for the next thing to entertain you. Or it could mean that you feel helpless, vulnerable, or impotent.

Some of these feelings might come from feeling that your stress level is too high or that the world is too complex for you to deal with it effectively.

Play around with these ideas and see if any of them fit you. If none fit, try looking for other things about yourself that are probably in plain sight and are ignored because they are so common.

Ultimately, only you can answer that question. All the other posts that recommend an easy answer are most certainly false.

Why do I feel like I always have do be doing something?

If you think watching TV or sleeping is a waste of time somehow, then I can see why you try fighting the urge to do so. However, since you say that you feel like you don't "deserve to relax", then it sounds like you actually enjoy relaxing, but you think it doesn't serve a cause, so it's "not being productive", therefore it only makes sense to you to avoid it.

Try thinking about it this way: if you feel like you are missing out on being in the present moment since you always keep yourself busy, then try thinking about the fact that you are distracting yourself with all these "projects". I only say this because it sounds like you really want to set things aside for a moment and 'relax'.

Do you feel like you have to keep up with someone else? Do you actually enjoy keeping yourself busy? If you do, then it's not a problem unless you want to relax but don't feel you deserve it. Try to find some balance. I guess you should just listen to what you truly want and stop comparing yourself to others to see if you are "crazy" or not...
