Why Do I Always Have Buzz Are Weird Dreams

Do you have weird random dreams?

i had a dream a loooong time ago that selena gomez was at my house and we had to pee, so i let her pee first and i heard the water runnin, so i went in the bathroom and i didnt see her, then i looked at my bathtub and she was peeing in it, and i was like what the hell are you doing, and she said that there was pee on the toilet seat and she didnt wanna use it. but ive had some waaaaaay weirder.

When I have false awakening dreams I hear this loud buzzing sound, kind of like a vibrator?

So they're like false awakening dreams. I dream that I wake up, but I don't. Sometimes I walk to another room or something. But the weirdest thing is the noise. And sometimes I'll like open my eyes and wake up (or I think I am), then they close because I wanna fall back asleep, but the sound starts back again, so I have to keep opening them, and then I become awake, and I have to wake up 'til I'm fully, and then I have to wait or it'll start back up again, and then I have trouble falling asleep. It doesn't happend every night but now it's been happening more and more, and IDK what to think of it. It's the sound that has me wondering.
Could I be astral projecting, 'cuz after my friend send me a link on how to do it, it's been on my mind and it started after that, and it says that there is a sound, but most ppl can't get past the sound at first, so the first few times I thought that's what it was, and I was scared, but now that I know how to stop it and never astral projected I'm less scared, but the sound still has me wondering. It's weird, 'cuz I've never experienced this before.
IDK what it is anymore, and I'm losing sleep over it. And the weirdest thing is, that I have to try hard to open my eyes and wake up. It has all aspects of a false awakening dream, but I have no idea what the sound is. And now I'm pretty sure it's nothing in the house, 'cuz it doesn't happend at random. And I've had false awakenings before and there was never a sound involved. It started a few months ago.

Why does drinking cause me to have weird dreams?

What are you drinking and how much are you drinking?

For some people, eating certain foods before sleeping gives them weird dreams or nightmares.

At any rate, if you are drinking to the point where you are intoxicated, that is, you are being affected by the alcohol in any way, even if you have a buzz, the chemical imbalance within your brain would be affecting your REM (dreaming point of sleep) state and causing the weird dreams.

Serious question, about tequila. Why do you get weird dreams after drinking this stuff?

i do believe tequila is a narcotic, espically blue aguave, i once spent the night in the everglades, drinking T , thinking i was a great explorer, the glades tore me up, the skeeders bit and nipped my skin, my face ate by bugs, I did not feel a thing, the T gave me courage, to face the daylight...........

Day came, and i wondered, was this a dream?
yes they are vivid, and i know why, because,,....dreams are real!!

Can someone interpret this weird dream -- it deals with gnats...?

I think we are all the symbols and people in our dreams.

If it were me, the gnats would symbolize pesky things that - by themselves - wouldn't be a big deal, but in swarms, make me nuts. I hate gnats. I hate that they fly in your eyes and in your mouth and they just won't quit picking at you! Small nuisances, those gnats.

So what's bugging you that you keep telling yourself should be no big deal, but it still won't quit nagging at you? What swarms you and overwhelms you so that you get annoyed and start to lose your cool even though you tell yourself you shouldn't be quite so upset by it?

Your mother in the dream is not really your mother. It's you. I think it is your judgment of yourself over the way you're handling those pesky things in life. You're being overly critical of yourself where you need to be patient and deal with the small issues - one at a time - instead of expecting yourself not to be upset by them.

Do you have trouble telling people the small things they do that irritate you, and then feel overwhelmed because you have so many irritants in life?

Any pregnant women having vivid and weird dreams, what causes this?

I can't help with the reason why... Except perhaps that we don't sleep as well or quite as deeply, so our subconscious may be working overtime...

I have also had really odd and vivid dreams with this pregnancy, and oddly, I always remember them when I wake up. I dreamt that a decapitated Superman was flying round my spare room a few days ago!! Last night I had the most disturbing dream I have had yet, where I discovered a woman's mutilated body... It was awful, I woke up crying and sweating!

The only thing that helps me is having a relaxing cup of tea and a bath before bed, but it isn't foolproof!

Why do I have more frequent and vivid dreams in the winter months?

Because you pay attention to them. Unless you live on the equator days become shorter and darker. Winter day life slows down significantly compared to summer. The dark promotes melatonin secretion, which triggers sleep. The cold weather also makes us sleepy. Moreover, winter makes us more introspective, which promotes inner life and dreaming. There is no significant evidence for increased dreaming during winter—the amount of REM sleep remains the same. It seems you’re just experiencing a seasonal shift of focus. Without much outer buzz in your life, you are able to focus on what's going on within you.

Blinding white light in a dream?

I continuously have this dream (about 3 times a month) Where I am in a large field. Then all of a sudden I hear a deafining, high pitched buzzing noise. Along with that, I am blinded by an emense white light so bright I am forced to close my eyes. I always feel like I will run in to something. The feeling is so frustrating, so overwhelming I feel like dying (literaly). I will try to open my eyes to see where I am going but the light burns my eyes and face and usually lasts about 10 minutes (in the dream) After that I usually wake up emediatley. This has become a reoccuring issue. Some people say It is a sign from God???? Your opinions?

How can I stop having the same dream?

There are two parts to this answer. I’m assuming you are referring to a recurring nightmare. I have both recurring nightmares (more when I was young) and recurring dreams. The latter I like, there are characters there I enjoy, villages that I never have seen but are familiar.First, dreams are there to instruct and deconstruct events in our lives and minds. Keep in mind that you are every part of the dream, from the murky stranger chasing you to the construct of the multi layered house you wander. If you embrace this, it can help look into the weird mirror the dream provides.Dreams can warn us of mistakes we keep making, they cast long shadows over our fears. They disassemble and reassemble our thinking in its rawest form. For many of us who suffer from PTSD, it can be reliving a trauma, monstrified in the dream. The traumatic event was real and the mind is trying to fit the discord into your waking life; indeed, the word Traum, in German, means dream. When we experience a horror, it seems so at odds with our function as an empathic human, that we have no place for it, so it becomes the fabric of our dreams.A recurrent dream can signal the need for help. Talking to others who have had similar situations can be helpful, unveiling the hidden to become “it’s just what happened” in our lives. The shadow of your waking life is free in your sleep. The second part of this, once you have addressed the meaning of the dream—warning or discord—you can then try to alter the dream. In your dream, try to look at your hand. Think about this before you go to sleep. If you can look at your hand in your dream, you can take some command in your dream. By doing this small thing, you become active rather than passive in your sleeping events. This has helped me when I have had recurring nightmares. I could choose to face rather than run. I could bring people into my dream to aid me. I could stop falling and fly instead.I also got help from an NLP practicioner, getting counselling which helped me place my traumatic childhood where it belonged. I am not just my past. When I am the most troubled, I tend to isolate; this is the opposite of what I needed.I hope this helps and you find peace in you slumber.
