What does the parylizes dreams mean nd seeing black figures while u sleep mean?

Look up sleep paralysis, and old hag syndrome. Sometimes, the body goes to sleep while the mind is still awake, or the mind wakes up before the body does. This causes a frightening feeling of being paralyzed, which is a sleep condition known as sleep paralysis. Sometimes, sleep paralysis is accompanied by hallucinations, visual hallucinations, audible hallucinations, and also feelings such as feelings of pressure on the chest, as though someone were sitting or pressing on your chest. When you start seeing and hearing crazy things while experiencing sleep paralysis, it is called old hag syndrome. Common hallucinations while having old hag syndrome include the feeling or sight that there is a threatening presence in the room, and sometimes the hallucination includes the presence sitting on your chest. The condition got it's name from the idea that these visions are sent by a witch. The name has been around for a very long time, of course. These are both actual sleep conditions. Probably someone will be along later to scare you with stories of demons and such and tell you that you need to be saved, people often get that sort of answer to this type of question as well, but I hope that you will look up both conditions. It's easy to find information on sleep paralysis online, when it comes to looking for information on old hag syndrome, you might find information on it as a sleep condition, or you may find posts by people who think it is something paranormal, you will find a little bit of both out there, so explore quite a few sites while you are trying to learn about it. Have you been under a lot of stress, or keeping irregular hours lately? Sleep paralysis is often brought on by things like an irregular sleep schedule, stress, not being able to mentally wind down enough before the body gets to sleep. If it should start to happen on a regular basis, try keeping a regular sleep/ wake schedule, and do some yoga or a relaxation exercise to calm the mind before bedtime...I occasionally have sleep paralysis during times of stress...

Why do i see black shadows?

Are you the only one seeing these things? Did you see these things when you moved in or just recently? Have you or anyone in your home dabbled in something you shouldn't have?

While I cannot say what was crawling on your floor, I can help address the shadow people. Shadow people are pretty common in the paranormal world. Most are harmless, however, not all are. They're often seen out in the peripheral visions, however, these may be caused by a trick of the eyes. Shadow people can be seen full on though, and they're not all dark, they can be in shades of blacks, grays, and whites, as well as taking different forms besides human-shape. Some don't appear to even know we're around, while others seem to know and some may even appear to be studying us. Our last house was infested with them, however, there was nothing malicious whatsoever in them. Yes, it's creepy if you're first seeing them, but most are harmless and oblivious to us.

I would advise you to say prayers of protection every day, just in case. You can also try telling them to leave your house, that they don't belong there, hopefully that will help. If it's still a bother, perhaps have a paranormal investigation team go out and check your house out.

Why am I seeing black figures? What does this mean?

According to the most recent theories on “Shadow People” they are nothing more than “Ghosts” which don’t possess enough energy to fully appear. People assume because they are black that they are especially evil or hiding or something. They are very difficult to see as they are of course usually in the dark! In my over 50 years of Research I have only dealt with them on 2 occasions and they behaved as other “Ghosts” I have studied - they ignore you! However movies and books have ruined what they’re reputation making them evil, demonic or something else, they are harmless as are all “Ghosts” and if you are lucky to run across one document your experience as fully and closely as possible.

If you see a black shadow, what does that mean?

Black shadows are very common from the corner of our eyes because of our peripheral vision. Also as another example, I have insomnia, so it is sometimes common for me to see black shadows in corners or ceiling with little stars, that is related to my fatigue.Dark shadows don’t mean ghost, it can be a variety of things that can be explained naturally. I know there are, in some cases, eye problems that can cause those sort of shadows. It is possible. However, I wouldn’t disregard ghosts entirely, only that it can be other things than ghosts. :)

I dreamt of a dark figure wearing a wide-brimmed hat and a long coat when I was a child. I could only see the silhouette. Many others have claimed to see the same thing or similar “shadow creatures”. What could this mean?

Oh, how I love speaking of paranormal figures!Yes, seeing shadow people during dreams or sleep paralysis is extremely common. So much so that a very specific entity with a wide-brimmed hat, a trenchcoat, and no discernible features named The Hat Man has been classified. I highly suggest you do your own research on this figure and watch a few of the YouTube videos on him.As for what it would mean, I cannot answer that. What feeling did he invole in you? Fear? Calm? Nothing? Shadow people often are signs of protection and generally do not present themselves as malevolent creatures. However, did this stir any negative feeling in you, take it as just that. Unlike regular shadow people, The Hat Man seems to have a wide report of being hostile, sometimes choking or staring at his victims. Usually this occurs right after or before a bad event. This is why he is often times related to demons or night terrors.OP, I strongly urge you to look him up in your spare time and come to understand what you have seen. Even if you do not believe in this sort of thing, it is certainly a very good folklore read.

Has someone experienced a dark creature, like a shadow, sitting on their chest while they are sleeping, making it very difficult to understand whether its a dream or reality? Such incidents have happened usually before or after someone's death.

Fear not, what you are experiencing is sleep paralysis. It occurs when parts of your brain wakes up at different times, leaving you in a semi-conscious state. You can see but cannot move, also you are able to still have dream like visions.People report seeing aliens, monsters, demons during this state but relax that’s the mind still in a semi dream state giving you those images. That’s why we can see hear smell touch taste and even have orgasms during our dreams. People in older times report goblins, skeletons and witches sitting on them, because that was the monsters of their day. When I was 7 I had a nightmare. This green monster with red eyes was on my dresser, when I awoke it was still there and faded away, the last thing I saw was the glowing red eyes disappear. I screamed and screamed. My physician had to explain that even thought I sat up I was not in a fully conscious state. Notice the beings never actually hurts you.The worst part is the sensation of being out of breath. This happens due to the lungs slowing down during sleep, now that more body functions starting up the lungs are still on power save mood.hope this helps you sleep better at night.I am Cedric Long the Corrupt Author.
