I feel fat and ugly? I'm 14?

I'm not a big fan of food, but all I eat is crap. I'm 14 about 5 feet one inch and around 120lbs. But it's all FAT! Sometimes I just never want to eat again. For example today at lunch my friends were saying they were all fat (they're super skinny) and all I wanted to do was scream and cry. I feel so huge.. Sometimes all I want to do is just never eat again. Sometimes I don't eat, but then I get hungry and eat a lot of junk food. I've gone through days where I hardly eat anything, but most of the time I'm fine. It's like I can't make up my mind! What is wrong with me?

So this is answering from first hand experience. I used to be a pretty hefty kid growing up and was bullied a bit for it. It wasn't until I met this beautiful and charming girl that I had decided enough was enough. I started simple by eating smaller portions and eating (slightly) healthier. I did easy workouts that anyone could do at home like 15 pushups (not a lot but it's better than doing zero) and jumping jacks and squats etc. I also drank a green tea after my dinner every night. Through this method I was able to lose around 10 pounds. The summer of that year I admitted my feelings to the girl to which I was unfortunately rejected. That motivated me to lose more weight the upcoming summer of that year by watching my calorie consumption and fat, sugar, and sodium intake. During that summer I lost around 20-30 pounds just from watching what I ate and occasional workout. A year after, I started going to the gym to turn my now scrawny body into a muscular one. A few months later is where I am today and I have definitely made progress. As for being “ugly”, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I think I'm ugly too but apparently not everyone thinks that because I ended dating that girl I mentioned before. This is thanks mostly because your are 30% more attractive than you think you ate because you can only see your exterior while others can understand and view your personality. So in conclusion, find something or someone that motivates you to want to make a change in your life and don't ever let go. I know that whoever you are, you can and WILL make an improvement. I feel so fat and ugly and disgusting?

I just feel so fat and gross sometimes, especially compared to my other friends. I'm 15 years old, 4'11 and approximately 95 pounds. Is this okay? It doesn't sound like a lot when I say it out loud but when I look at myself, it does. I can't even wear crop tops because I feel like my stomach is fat, and I hate wearing shorts cuz I feel like my thighs are fat, and I don't like tank tops cuz they make my arms look huge. Is it unsafe to eat 1200 calories per day at my age? I'm thinking of going on that diet. I don't want to take it too far and risk anorexia or bulimia, even though I've considered bulimia before. But, I'm just so uncomfortable with my body. Sometimes I forget about it, but I think about it multiple times a day.

Why do i feel so lame,dumb, and sad ?

You bring back a lot of memories I wish I didn't have... I was 4'11 and 180 lbs in 7 grade... and almost flunked 7th grade. My mom bet me I couldn't get on the honor roll in 8th grade ( a trip to Disney World was on the line!) so I did...I remember the cruelty of my 'friends'.... and I remember the kindness of my real friends.

I'm now 51 years old... I have wonderful friends, a masters degree, and I love myself... faults and all. Everyday I meditate... and I have a little mantra all my own... 'I'm perfect, I live in a warm, loving, caring, supportive environment, I'm loved".... I say it 3 -5 times a day.... whenever I'm feeling down...

I have found (the absolute hardest way possible) that the only way to have a good day .... is to make it so. Smile. Be positive. Ignore negative people. and I mean Ignore Them.. if someone is nasty... ask them why... if they continue.. ignore them.. take them out of your environment. You don't need that.

The more you practice being positive... the more positive energy you'll draw toward you.

I feel ugly, I can't stop eating. help!!?

Don't worry, you aren't ugly. Everyone is beautful in their own unique way. Try to exercise more if you feel you want to lose weight. Simply walking for a bit each day will help you feel better about yourself and burn calories. This is coming from a guy who considers himself as a partially anorexic exercise addict.
