Why do i feel so bloated after eating salad?

like so bloated, i want to throw up because my stomach or airway is so congested or smtg. anyone else experience that after eating salad? i was thinking may be because eating lettuce makes you swallow a lot of air too, but it couldnt be that bad i thought.

If every time you ate a burger a cow died, would you still eat them?

I figure everytime I eat a burger there are a couple hundred other people in my town eating one too, so in reality everyone I eat a burger, a cow has in fact died. It's been that way my whole life? I have eaten a lot of burgers, a lot of cows gave died and yes I will continue to eat them. And since I often enjoy adding bacon to my burger, a lot of pigs have made the ultimate sacrifice as well. 1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Does just eating soup and salads make you bloated?

I am on this new diet where I only eat some type of fruit for breakfast, a can of low sodium vegetarian vegetable soup and/or salad with low cal balsamic, and for dinner, I will have a large salad with shrimp or chicken with low cal balsamic. I also drinks tons of water each day. However, I am worried that I won't lose weight because the sodium from the soup might make me bloated. I have done this diet one day and my tummy feels swollen. Will I eventually start to feel lighter? I have heard mixed reviews on dieting with soup. I also run 5-6 miles everyday and do strength training...lost a lot of weight doing that and have hit a plateau with weight loss.

My guess is you are eating too much fiber. Leafy green veggies contain a lot of fiber and mixed with the cheese it may not be a great combo for your stomach. Try mixing it up a bit with some low calorie soups

(By 7 p.m.). Eating food early in the evening prevents form acidity, bloating, constipation and indigestion.Don't drink carbonated soft drinks or cold water after eating red meat. Take normal water or warm water with it.Try to drink a glass of hot water (hot not just warm) after some time of eating red meat. This helps in easy digestion of meat and prevents bloating.Eat a bit less than your appetite, so that meat can digest easily without any extra load on your digestive system.Don't eat meat late in the night immediately before sleeping.These preventive measures are really very effective in preventing bloating and other problems after eating not only red meat but anything that is too heavy to digest.
