What does it feel like to be in a high-speed car crash? Did you hit a car, or were you hit by another car? Did you drive into a stationary object?

I was driving back from college for Thanksgiving break when I was involved in my serious wreck. It had rained the night before but the roads were not really wet anymore. I was on a highway and as I started to switch lanes I hydroplaned due to a small space between the concrete of the lanes (idk how it was big enough to even make me hydroplane). So one second I was going 75 MPH and the next thing I know I am sideways on the road. I look out my driver-side window and see that I am headed straight for a telephone pole. I quickly thought “Okay, this can only end two ways: (1) I will die from this impact or (2) I will be paralyzed from it.” I took a deep breath and said something that my friends and I would say in high school when trouble was a major possible outcome. So I outloud and calmly said “well I hope this works out.” Luckily my tires were on the shoulder, which was grass, and it was wet enough to allow my car to slide down enough to where I missed the pole by inches. Right after watching my car barely clear the pole I let out some air as relaxation then all of the sudden…my car flipped 4 times and slammed into a concrete drainage ditch. I remember seeing everything too. From the windshield braking, dirt flying around, to all my stuff getting tossed about. Upon impact I got out of the car feeling just fine and with only a surface scrape smaller than the size of a dime on a knuckle. The police and emergency crews were telling me I needed to sit down since I had to have broken something and was just in shock so I could not feel it. However, I didn’t get hurt at all (outside of the surface scrap). They said that the fact that I was so calm and chill during it saved my life as they had never seen anyone walk away much less uninjured from a wreck like that in the 25+ years they had been doing their jobs.

Has anything unexplainable happened to you?

I was seven years old when my parents took the family to Communist Russia during the 1970s. We lived there for six months while my father did mathematical research. Upon arrival at the airport, the suspicious Russian guards began thoroughly searching our seven suitcases, convinced that we were spies. Americans simply didn't go to Russia in the 70s! We of course we're not spies. However, my parents had packed one of the suitcases full of Bibles. It was highly illegal in Russia at that time and my parents could have received a very long prison sentence. But they wanted to get Bibles to the people of Russia, as they were not allowed to purchase them in their country. After searching the six suitcase without Bibles, they approached the seventh. I think my dad even told us that one guard’s hand was literally on the zipper of the suitcase with all the Bibles. Unexpectedly, one of the guards said something like "There is nothing but clothes in these suitcases. Let the Americans go. Besides, their poorly-behaved children are being too loud and rambunctious!” My father was fluent in Russian and translated for us.The shocking thing was that my brother, only five at the time, and I had been quietly standing there the entire time. We were exhausted from nearly 24 hours of flying, so we were hardly being loud. We hadn't said a word. There were no children around us either. Whatever the guards thought they heard or saw, it certainly wasn't reality and it saved my parents from decades in a Russian prison. I'm extremely skeptical about most things, but this incident has always reminded me that God is absolutely real!Months later, my father was hours away from handing over some of these Bibles to a Russian pastor at an underground secret church. But he suddenly felt like he shouldn't meet this man after all. The pastor turned out to be an undercover KGB agent, only discovered three years later as explained in a letter by a member of the church who befriended us. Yet again, protection from God. That will stick with me forever.

What are things people should do at least once in their life?

Well, going to SPACE.Of course, not everyone can go.(At least not now). But one can feel complete weightlessness in this amazing aircraft.Zero-G plane. How it works-Before starting a parabola, G-FORCE ONE flies level to the horizon at an altitude of 24,000 feet. The pilots then begins to pull up, gradually increasing the angle of the aircraft to about 45° to the horizon reaching an altitude of 32,000 feet. During this pull-up, passengers will feel the pull of 1.8 Gs.Next the plane is “pushed over” to create the zero gravity segment of the parabola. For the next 20-30 seconds everything in the plane is weightless. Next a gentle pull-out is started which allows the flyers to stabilize on the aircraft floor. This maneuver is repeated 15 times, each taking about ten miles of airspace to perform. In addition to achieving zero gravity, G-FORCE ONE also flies a parabola designed to offer Lunar gravity (one sixth your weight) and Martian gravity (one third your weight). This is created by flying a larger arc over the top of the parabola.Source-Zero Gravity CorporationIf you earn enough, give it a try. You can thank me later.EDIT- $4950= approx ₹ 3 lacs. For more details click on the above mentioned link.******** Mic drop *********

Which word most accurately describes the worst feeling in the world?

I'm looking for a single word to describe the worst feeling in the world. A word that describes the feeling that you get when something causes you so much grief its physically painful. A word that includes things like: heartbroken, hopeless, miserable, unhappy, grief stricken, anguish, etc. The direct opposite of blissful.

Oh, and please don't give me the word "sad" or something similar, I'm looking for something strong. A single, powerful word.

Thanks
