Why Do I Have To Sign In Each Time I Want To Read My Email Even Though I Have Checked The Every 2

How can I permanently "uncheck" the Yahoo Mail "Keep Me Signed In" box?

I don't want to have to uncheck the Keep Me Signed in box every time I sign into Yahoo Mail. I have already looked up possible solutions and changed my Yahoo Mail Options to keeping me signed in for only one day.. although I want it to be even less than that. I have also checked my Firefox settings and the cookies are supposedly being saved.

But this HAS NOT solved my issue. I still have to uncheck the box every time I log in.

Any help?

How can one track whether a sent email was read? I’m using gmail.

You can set any email to use the read receipt feature and be notified as soon as the recipient opens your message. This feature works across most email services and clients, even for contacts who do not use Gmail.Compose a message using your Gmail account as you normally would.Click “Request return receipt” under the “To:” text box. A new checkbox option will appear.Place a check in the box next to the “Request read receipt” option and then send your email.Check your Gmail inbox later for a confirmation. It will come in the form of a new email letting you know which contact opened which message and the time your message was read. Also I recommend you to use Gmail integrated NetHunt CRM. This tool offers unlimited folders, records and follow-ups, as well as email tracking, calendar support and mass emailing. The app adapts your inbox with basic CRM functions. Emails are shown with qualifying information, and clicking on the NetHunt icon beside the sender’s name allows you to search for relevant records. NetHunt also allows filtered views of records.NetHunt allows for email marketing campaigns and a customizable sales pipeline. It’s offered at tiered pricing plans; a Small Business plan costs $25 per month for 5 users; various Growing Business tiers increase the price and user cap.

Why will yahoo mail not keep me signed in?

You may have lost your settings in the upgrade, or you may be deleting cookies automatically or manually.

Here is a link to the Yahoo help page, which I think will explain it for you:

How can I do to recover my mail A/C?

Hi,

Sorry, it is just part of the glitch in Yahoo!'s new format.
Thousands are having many different problems with their e-mail.
This applies to almost all areas of mail (including signing in, composing, receiving, sending, attachments, photos, etc.), original and beta mail, messenger and search problems, for the last few weeks.
Yahoo! is wrapping up a few remaining compatibility issues between Yahoo! Mail Beta (beta testing lasts for at least 6 months!!!) and the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
1. You will have less problems with original mail if you sign in via Messenger! Go to preferences, general, then check box: Automatically sign me in when I click a Yahoo! link in Messenger.
2. Or if you don't have Yahoo Messenger:
Beta wouldn't let me in so I went to beta help and it said to click on my toolbar mail icon. So I did and it worked!
3. Or if you don't have beta mail:
http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/ can be used to sign into Yahoo!, then put yahoo back into the address bar and hit go. It will take you back to Yahoo! and you can open mail normally. Otherwise, you can open mail in wap, but it is blind. I had to go through wap each time I logged in.
4. BETA means TESTING!!!
So, it seems we have to stop using these two programs (if you installed them) or try to work around them until they finish wrapping things up. Your IE6 is still installed, so you just have to go to: Start, settings/control panel, add/remove programs and delete IE7. For Beta mail you only have to use the switch back option located in your mail inbox. Also, where you sign in by clicking on: Are you having trouble?. You can keep trying them periodically!
This link has a lot of good info that covers about everything on a PC: http://www.freecreed.com/home.htmlysreq=...

I hope this helps you.

Why do I have an account on Quora if I never signed up?

I’ve noticed that a lot of people have asked this question in various ways and, through research and experience, I’ve found out why.Quora API can find your profile details from your existing accounts like Google, Facebook and/or other places and automatically make you an account on Quora without you ever consenting to it or realizing it.When you finally ‘join’ Quora officially, you log in to an account that was probably made ages before you even actually joined. It is likely that you searched up something on a search engine that associated to Quora somehow and you logged in with one of your social media accounts, generally speaking, Facebook. Many of Quora’s website traffic is from people searching things on the internet and to find answers, looked in Quora. To disconnect social media accounts that have connected, you can go to Your profile picture > Settings from the drop down menu > Account from the side menu > and scroll down to see Connected Accounts. Disconnect all or some as desired and done! Those accounts now have no connection to Quora whatsoever. You can also completely delete your Quora account : Your profile picture > Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.

If I check my personal email at work (Gmail with https), can my employer access my personal messages if they want to?

TY for the A2A.The TL;DR answer? While some natural caution is indicated, this level of paranoia is (usually) not.As others have mentioned, your employer can legally install monitoring programs and devices on it’s machines. So if you use a work computer to access your private Gmail, your employer “could” see that activity. Some geek in a closet somewhere might be spying on you right now, as you read Quora on company time! Activity on a corporate WiFi could also be accessed by some geek in a closet - if they have the tools in place, and if they care.If the corporation has a key logger installed on your workstation, they *could* even get your password and then some geek could use it to log in to your private account(s).So enough paranoia about what “they” could do. Now it’s time to get real. Why the hell would any corporation do that? I have little knowledge of the laws in other countries, but *in the USA* if you could prove your employer accessed your private account, you could sue them easily - and successfully! The only real reason for an employer to monitor your activities on a work machine is to try to make sure you are actually working, not playing slither.io. They may also look at your messages in a company email account - and this is NOT spying! - to make sure you are not lying to clients or misrepresenting the corporation. If you work for a government secure facility, or some Corp that has close ties to Gov or Mil, your chances of being monitored and/or “spied on” quadruple, or more. But the vast majority of corporations are only interested in getting their dollar’s worth of work from you.In several cases, I am the “geek in a closet” that I mentioned. Trust me, I’m far too busy fixing machines for people that insist on using an admin account and clicking yes… Every. Damn. Time. And recovering data for people who open every attachment no matter how many warnings they get. I have zero time and less inclination to try to “spy” on you.Plus, I guarantee the vast majority of my brother and sister geeks are just as indifferent to your kitten pics and latex selfies as I am.
