My guy friend likes me but I don't like him?
It's SO obvious, I'm not going to even bother explaining. Well anyways I don't like him more than a friend but he sure does... Plus my friend (girl) likes him! Buy he doesn't like her (maybe he does kind of) as much as he does like me Im a natural flirt, it's just my personality... But I think he took it the wrong way I don't want to hurt anybody!! Dam love triangle!! What do I do? He's constantly fining excuses to be with me when really my friend and him should be together!!
How do you tell your guy friend you like him more than a friend..?
So me and this guy have been friends for a while. we were talking last year but i got annoyed of him and then he was just mean all the time. we are slowly becoming friends again im starting to see that my feelings for him are really strong. I know he would treat me great. I have never had a real boyfriend because the 1 week boyfriends you have in middle school don't count. I realllly like him. how would you tell him if you were me or how would you make him like you?
What does it mean to be more than friends but not a couple?
Talking from my personal experience- I know this guy for 7 years now, he was 1 yr senior to me in school. We were very good friends, more like brother and sister. He moved to another city after Class XII for his higher studies. We remained in contact then as well. Distance wasn't a major issue for us. However, as I joined college and he got busy with his engineering life and a girlfriend, we went almost out of touch, we hardly talked. However, 4yrs later, I again contacted him. Initially we had a fight regarding "why didn't you contact?" and all, but then things went back to the normal state. He eventually had a bad break-up with his girlfriend, because they belonged to completely different cultures. He was literally broken, I, as a faithful friend/sister, gave him moral support. We came a lot closer than we were before. I eventually started developing feelings for him. I knew it was wrong, since it would have hampered an innocent brother-sister relationship. But things do not go as we plan to. I told him about my feelings and to my surprise, he completely stopped talking. I tried to reach him but all in vain.Finally, one day, I got his call. I was very frustrated initially, because of his weird behaviour. However, deep down, I knew I was at fault too, perhaps. We patched up again. Things were normal, till he started developing feelings for me too. Not just mentally but sexually as well, and he actually had the guts to say that he fantasizes about me. I was shocked, because I hadn't been thinking that way honestly. Moreover, I knew this relationship had no climax because our priorities were very different and that would never allow us to be together. So there was no question of being in a relationship. He knew this too, so he just confessed about his sexual feelings and did not once say that he loved me, We had an argument and I stopped talking to him. Few days back, he contacted me and apologized. He was guilty of what he did. I knew I was at fault too, I couldn't help but forgive him. For the first time, that day he said "I love you, I always did, and I still do, I am just afraid because my past relationship was disaster. I really miss you. I am really sorry for mentioning my fantasies but they were true, I won't lie" These were his exact words. Two people in love with each other- more than friends but not a couple and never will be. There is no defined word for this situation.
My best friend loves me. I don't love him. What should I do?
“Love and Friendship”, both the words have their own importance. Love gives us pain and frienship gives us peace. Love is unconditional but it's a need. Friendship is forever but it's a Joy. Love is eternal and friendship too. But in love you think about the other person and forget youself, but in frienship you love the other person not by forgetting youself. Frienship makes you stronger and loves makes you weaker(Exception are always there). There is a very thin line between love and friendship.Both the words are very powerful. If u say , “you love him as a friend” , that means you love yourself first and then your friend.If u say , “ you have fallen in love with him”, that means you love him first by forgetting yourself. He’s more important than your life.You got to understand this, “Everything that falls, get broken”. Without a heartbreak you can't say , that you have been in love ever.Now just take time, and think. Do you love him or not.??Is he your friend??OrIs he your lover??OrIs he your soulmate??As of now. By looking at your question. I think you are puzzled in your own thoughts.Solution to this is : Get distinct from your Bestfriend. Stop texting him for few days. You would get to know the real truth of yours. Just listen to your heart. Imagine that he is not your friend anymore. You would get to know , the feeling you are going through is love or it's just a friendship.If you are clear on this, that he is just your Bestfriend! Nothing more than that. Then why are you so much concerned about him.If you think , that he is your Bestfriend than just go to him and tell everything straight forward.Why are you hesitating ??If he is your Bestfriend , he would totally understand your situation. Because friendship is more important that love. If he is your true friend, he would choose friendship over love.Don't get conscious. Be brave enough to face it. Wether it's a breakup or rejection. Do you think my friend likes me more than a friend?
So I have this friend, we have one class together and will hang out after school until I get picked up and he lives in my friends neighborhood and he’ll come over some when I’m over. We sit next to each other in that one class, and one day another friend of mine asked if I liked him. My immediate Response was “what the hell why would you say that lol” like I was shook. But then I realized hey I do think I kinda like him, like a small crush right. Well time moves on we still do our little flirting and I think I really like him now. But I honestly don’t know if he likes me. Like there are these things he does like he’ll always try to sit next to me, or go to the same class has me. He plays with my hair and pulls it when he sees me in the halls. He always try’s to talk to me but I still don’t know if he likes me, and I don’t know , this isn’t really even a question just more of a rant and I’m just asking for input of what you think.
