Does anyone know if Dr. Gordon from the saw movies is dead or not?
Well, I am a huge Saw fan too, and I do think the first one is the best, but I always wondred what happened to the Doctor too. So i did some research and found out a few possible things. Here we go: 1: When Lawrence left the bathroom to go get help, it was only about a minute or two after that when Adam found Zep's tape and Jigsaw stood up. After another minute, he locked Adam in the bathroom to die, and by that time he probably walked away to his lair or whatever. My first guess is that he passed Lawrence trying to escape and either left him there or saved him. He did not kill him because he thinks murderers are horrible. I think that he might have been recruited for Jigsaw, but idk just yet. 2: He simply died trying to get out. If you remember when the black cop was chasing Zep through the house while he was trying to get to the bathroom, they had to go down a LADDER. With his foot gone and him crawling a yard per minute, I don't think for one instant that he could climb up that ladder. 3: I heard that his fate might be revealed in the new upcoming Saw video game for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, but idk. Could be a rumor. 4: Back to my second thought, you DO see a trail of blood leaving the bathroom at the end of the second movie, which means he at least got that far. Also, in many of the movies, characters travel down into the bathroom and each time that happens you never see his dead body, which means that either Jigsaw saved him, Amanda could have killed him, or he found a way out and escaped. But since the characters in the movies say that it had been a whole YEAR since he disappeared, he would either have to be dead, or being kept alive because of Jigsaw. Thats what I am thinking, so i hope that helps! No matter what, I am so buying that game to see if it reveals his fate ( i guess i should prob buy a 360 first tho...) and then if it doesnt say it the, i guess we just have to hope that it will be revealed in an upcoming movie. And I guess he could become a new Jigsaw, maybe after Hoffman, but idk... he doesn't seem like the type to do that stuff... Hope that helped!
Why is it that when a person dies cotton is stuffed in the person's nose?
Cotton is stuffed in the nose of a dead person for a few reasons. They are: to prevent fluid from draining out of the nose; respiration has stopped and air will enter the body thru the nasal openings and cause swelling; to prevent any germs from being released by decaying processes that may be taking place to the dead body; and lastly, to provide proper shape if necessary for viewing at a funeral.
What happened to Dr. Lawrence Gordon and his family in SAW. He went for help and what about his family?
Soon after Lawrence left the bathroom, John got up from pretending to be dead and locked Adam in the bathroom. Since Lawrence couldn't really walk because his foot had been cut off, John probably caught up to him as he left the bathroom but John wouldn't have killed him because he doesn't directly murder people. It's possible that Amanda could've killed him because in the third movie, you see flashbacks of John and Amanda setting up the bathroom trap and there's another one of her suffocating Adam in the bathroom. And that couldn't have been long after he was locked in there so Amanda could've killed Lawrence. And in the third movie, when Lynn was talking to John she said "Dr. Lawrence Gordon was your doctor". I think Lynn and Lawrence must've worked at the same hospital and I don't think Lawrence works there anymore. So he might have been killed by Amanda, died from blood loss, or he's still alive. And his family is probably fine. Edit: If you mean his body was in the bathroom, why would it be in there unless either Amanda or Jigsaw carried his body back in there? And that could've been Zepps body because Adam killed him in the first movie.

ha. you will get your head chopped off if you go into any saw movie forums and ask that question.LOL the thing that i don't like is that people say thats a stupid question and i don't think it is. 1st.sure dr gordan cut his foot off but when SHAWNEE SMITH and the COPS SON were running down the hall in saw 2,i don't remember seeing a body did you? if dr gordan died,there should've been a dead body in the hall. 2nd.at the begining of saw 2 do you remember when jigsaw showed the guy(IN THE REVERSE BEAR TRAP) that he had put a key in his eye? do you remember jigsaw having a "LIMP WALK"? kind of like someone with one foot. in the rest of the movie jigsaw wasn't walking with a limp. SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT. 3rd.how and why does jigsaw always have DRS items around him or at a crime scene? OR in a trap(XAVIERS,AMANDAS,ETC..) scalpels,needles,he knows alot about medical stuff too. maybe the help of a dr? 4th.there were only 2(DEAD) bodies in the bathroom at the end of saw and saw 2. ZEPP AND ADAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so honestly its a 50/50 chance he can be alive or dead. ive been on some good websites for saw. they have new pics and alot more. What did you feel, when you saw a dead body in front of you?
There were two separate occasions:I was ten years old the first time I’d seen a dead body. I was on vacation with my family and we were on a mini snorkeling cruise. I remember chatting with my uncle as we sat at a table, only to be interrupted by a sudden burst of tourists that moved from one side of the boat to the other. We figured they’d seen a dolphin or something, until a few watchers began to cry while others covered the eyes of nearby children- not a dolphin at all. So, my uncle and I curiously wandered to that side of the boat, peered over the shoulders of the other tourists, and saw the most haunting image a tourist on vacation could see. Across from the boat, sailing away, was a dead man on plank. He was face down and completely naked. From his head, a trail of blood flowed- soaking into the wood, dripping into the ocean. Looking back on it now, for being so young I wasn’t as frightened or concerned as I *probably* should have been. I think at the time I was more confused as to why the men working on that ship advised the rest of us not to say anything to officials. My uncle later described to me that because we were tourists visiting a foreign country, having reported the situation could have proved more problematic for us.Ten years later I would have another encounter with a dead body- a pair of dead bodies actually! I studied biology in college and had a friend who TA’ed for an Anatomy and Physiology lab. I was sitting outside of his class munching on a bag of Cheetos, waiting for him to finish so we could chill after. Once lab ended and all the students left, he peaked his head out from the door and called to me. He waved for me to come into the lab, so I grabbed my backpack and my Cheetos and sauntered in. In the room were two covered cadavers. My friend asked excitedly if I wanted to check em out, and I (remember-I was a bio student) excitedly agreed! He revealed the cadavers- one woman and one man. He explained the cause of their deaths and went into the biology of it all. It was the closest I had ever been to a dead body, and just like my first time seeing a dead body, I didn’t feel much at all. I wasn’t scared. I wasn’t disgusted. I wasn’t even mournful. All I could really think about was eating another Cheeto, but I resisted the urge out of respect for the dead that lay before me.
At the end of Saw 1, do the guys survive?
**SPOILERS*** Amanda suffocates Adam---we see this in Saw 3. As far as Dr. Gordon's fate, no one knows. We see him crawl away to get help, but he was bleeding pretty badly from his sawed off foot! In the Saw World, you're not dead until they show you dead. Since we've never seen Gordon's body, it is a possibility that he is still alive. It's probably unlikely, but I know a lot of people think he's alive. He'll probably return for a twist in Saw VI, or possibly Saw VII
