Why Do I Wake Up In The Middle Of The Night Feeling This Way

Why do I keep waking up in the middle of the night?

There is nothing wrong with you, your sleep schedule may just be a little off. A lot of people regularly wake up in the middle of the night. My dad always wakes up around 4-4:30 in the morning without fail. I too used to regularly wake up at least once in the middle of the night when I was younger.

Sometimes a dream can trigger you to wake up, even though you might not remember the dream. But at your age you are probably beginning puberty. Puberty brings with it a rush of various hormones which can affect you in different ways (you begin to get romantic attractions, you may have mood swings or other changes in behavior and stress level etc). My guess is that it is very likely that these hormone increases that come with puberty are likely messing with your body's natural sleep cycle, causing you to wake up in the middle of the night. You may or may not grow out of such a cycle but there is nothing wrong with it.

The only problem here is your fear of ghosts and the dark. But there is nothing for you to fear. Ghosts are not real. Many scientific studies have been done and none of them have produced any proof of ghosts. When you wake up at night, just take a deep breath, roll over, keep your eyes closed and either think about something comforting or just try to clear your mind.

Waking up in the middle of the night EXTREMELY thirsty...??? why?

I love liquids I drink all the time even when I do not feel thirsty. However last night i was so thirsty I was even dreaming of drinking a large amount of water. When I woke up I literally downed to large glasses of water., and feel back to sleep. Last night was the first night this has happened to me... what does this mean?

Stomach pain when I wake up in the middle of the night, help?

It sounds like a duodenal ulcer. A stomach ulcer causes pain shortly after you eat, as the stomach acids are irritating the ulcer. The duodenal ulcer pain starts a couple hours later as the acidic food enters the small intestine. This is a classical presentation of this condition.

A common clinical feature of peptic ulcer disease is dyspepsia--a chronic or recurrent abdominal pain or discomfort centered in the upper abdomen. This symptom is commonly related to eating and is often nocturnal. However, the absence of epigastric pain does not rule out the diagnosis. In patients with duodenal ulcers, the abdominal pain may be severe and radiate through to the back as a result of penetration of the ulcer posteriorly into the pancreas.
NSAID use, relief of the discomfort by antacids, and epigastric tenderness also support the diagnosis of peptic ulcer disease. However, these are neither sensitive nor specific indicators; most people with symptoms of dyspepsia do not have peptic ulcer disease.

I have treated this before.

Really good feeling in vagina in middle of the night?

Really weird question I know! I just need to know and am curious. Sometimes when sleeping i wake up with this really good feeling in my vagina. Like it is heavy kinda and when i put my hand against it it feels soooo good and if i close my legs together.
I wanna know if this is normal it happens like once every 2 or 3 months. I love when it happens cause it feels so good (im not really that kind of person either). Is there a way to make it happen more often, and is this something to be concerned about?
