Why do I wake up with bruises on my right arm?
I wake up one morning with sore arm only to find 3 bruises on my arm . one is somewhat big , it really hurts and it's purple kind of color. While the other two are just small bruises and brownish color . My bed is really big and far from my tables and I usually sleep on my stomach or sometimes I crouched so I don't I hit myself or injured myself
Why am I waking up with random bruises on me?
For the past month or so, I have been waking up with unexplained bruises on my body and it's usually in places like my legs or arms. This morning, I woke up with a bruise on my right arm, on the wrist area. I don't have any medical issues and I sleep alone. I am also 18 years old and I've been smoking since May of last year (please no lectures, my boyfriend is already trying to get me to quit lol). I am not aware of sleep walking nor has anyone (in the past) ever told me that I sleep walk. However, I have been known for the past month to waking myself up at night by talking or yelling ( not from nightmares). But I will say that I have been having very odd dreams for the past 2 months and they're more odd than usual. I don't know why I am waking up with these strange bruises on me every morning. I have also been under a little more stress lately about things like college (and other things like personal issues). I just started college 2 weeks ago, so that couldn't be it (I don't think). Can anyone please explain it to me? It's probably nothing serious and trust me, I'm not worried. I am, however, curious. Professional advice would also be appreciated. Thanks. :)
How to explain bruises on my arm?
I was upset yesterday and I deliberately bruised the skin on my right arm so now I have small bruises that are basically spread out all over my arm and wrist until my elbow. Obviously I can't just say I ran into something because there are multiple bruises from different angles. Does anyone have any good excuses? I can't think of any. (ps I know it was a silly thing to do)
Why does my arm feel sore when touched? (no bruise there)?
My right arm in the triceps area hurts as if it is bruised, it is real sensitive to the touch, but it isn't blue like a bruise and I didn't do anything to bring trauma to the area that I remember. Just wondered if this is common.
Waking up with random bruises and scratches?
So a couple days ago I woke up with a small bruise near my right arm pit and my left forearm. I just thought maybe I bumped myself and didn't notice, then this morning I woke up with a scratch on my right thigh and a really red scratch on my right boob. I'm pretty sure I'm not scratching myself because my nails aren't that long and I sleep with a sports bra so I can't really scratch myself there. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
